If all of the countries were genderbent for a day, France may go around messing around while America acts even more stupid. Of course, most of the others would panic, but Italy's reaction is unpredictable....

As for me, I'd panic as well. After asking an awful amount of girls on whether or not I should try out being a female for a day, I realized that it would turn out bad.... even if it was only for a day.

EDIT: I didn't mean to come off as stereotypical! This idea purely refers to everyone's personalities, which while I know they're based on stereotypes anyway, I was paying 0% heed to the stereotypes! Sorry for any misunderstandings.
