Welcome to Week #5! This week will focus on self-care in the Spirtual realm. This single challenge will take an entire week to complete. It involves keeping track of your dreams.

This week, we will be trying to keep a dream journal. For some, it is difficult to remember the majority of our dreams the following morning. But oftentimes, we remember more than we give ourselves credit for.

So what are the benefits of keeping a dream journal?

Some might say it's used to process your emotions, and there is some backing to that. Considering our thoughts are operating unconsciously during dreams.

It has the potential to fuel your creativity, many books have been written from a mere idea an author had in a dream and built on from there. Can you name one?

In addition, it has the ability to lower anxiety pertaining to our daily lives. It ties in with previous benefits in starting to listen to the unresolved issues that might be floating around in your mind that you don't even realize are bothering you. This means your brain is speaking to you, and once you learn how to decipher it, it will be the starting block to dealing with anxiety.
