《我烦人的未婚夫》

"So, as I was saying...My parents want to meet you", Kit mentioned as he was currently having lunch with Ming at another fancy restaurant.

"Oh? I want to meet them as well. It's been a while since I saw them", Ming smiled as he took a sip from his glass of wine.

"When are they free?", he continued.

"Anytime, I guess? I should be the one asking you that, after all, you are supposed to be busy", Kit pointed out.

"No matter how busy I am, I will always make time for you and your family", Ming answered.

"Oh, right...", Kit's face went red from Ming's sweet words as he fidgeted in his seat.

"Are you uncomfortable? Perhaps, you're not feeling well?", Ming asked, concerned about his health. Kit could only shake his heads in response as he tried to regain his cool.

"By the way, about what I asked you the last time...have you made up your mind?", Kit asked as he muttered a short thank you to the waiter who served him his meal.

"Oh, I am going with you. I can't leave you alone when everyone else is going with their partner", Ming teased.

"But, how are you free? Don't you have works to do?", Kit asked, curious, ignoring the remark Ming made.

"Oh, I have cancelled a week's plan", Ming smiled as if it was really no big deal.

"... Is that fine?", asked Kit.

"P'Kit, it's alright. Earning money is nothing compared with spending time with you", Ming smiled lovingly at Kit who was looking at him with a flushed face.

"Besides, if my employees can't even handle that much with my absence for a week...then I shall get rid of then as I have no use of them anymore", his smile was still there but it wasn't a sweet one.

"I pity your employees", said Kit as he started eating his food while Ming only watched with a small smile as he did.

"Is it to your taste, P'?", he asked.

"Not bad. Pretty delicious", Kit answered with shrug then he realised.

"Are you not going to eat?", Kit questioned.

"I have something to attend to so I'll have to leave soon", Ming answered. Just then, someone came by to talk to Ming.

"Boss, it's almost time. And, I've already informed them about Mr.Panuwat", said the person in formal clothes.

"Okay. Then I'll be going, P'Kit. Order as many foods as you want, it's on the house", Ming smiled and Kit watched as he left with the man in a suit whom he assumed was Ming's assistant.

"That was quick", Kit muttered softly under his breath, a little upset at the fact that Ming had to leave so soon.

"Kitty, can you give me a hand?", Kit's mother called out from the kitchen. She was busy cooking in the kitchen while her husband and son helped to clean around the house.

"Sure, I'll be there", Kit answered as he went over to the kitchen to help out his mom who was seeking for a help with something.

"Can you bring these out?", she asked as she pointed at the two dishes on the kitchen counter.
 
"Alright", said Kit with a smile as he proceeded to do as his mother said.

"By the way, are your boyfriend here yet? Mae and want to see him", she said, thrilled at the thought of Ming coming over.

"Mae, how come you're more enthusiastic when you see him compared to when you see me", Kit laughed.

"Because my son-in-law is a handsome young man", she chuckled.

"And I'm not?".

"You're my cutie pie", she teased.

Just then, Kit heard the doorbell ran and quickly made his way towards the door. Before he opened the door though, he fixed his clothes a little to look better.

"Sawadee, P'Kit", there stood Ming, looking as good as ever in a suit as he held onto two other bags.

"Sawadee", Kit replied as he moved aside to let Ming into the house.

"Oh my, you're as handsome as ever", Kit's mother said as she came out from the kitchen with one more dish.

"Sawadee, Mr and Mrs.Panuwat", Ming greeted and earned a disapproving look from both of them.

"Ah, I mean, Mae and Pa", Ming corrected himself quickly while Kit blushed.

"Ah, these are small gifts for you", Ming smiled as she took them from him before smiling back.

"Thank you. Next time, you don't have to bring anything. Mae is content enough with your presence", she smiled as she went back to the kitchen.

"Hm, don't just stand there. We are about to have dinner soon, take a seat", said Kit's father who was reading the newspaper. Ming nodded in response.

"Then I will go prepare the plates and others", Kit announced as he walked away.

"Let me help you", Ming called out as he trailed after Kit.

"Dinner was great. Thank you, mae", Ming smiled charmingly.

"Well, aren't you sweet", she grinned, obviously satisfied with the compliment.

"Oh, it's already so late", she gasped in surprise as she checked the time.

"Right, I have to go", said Ming.

"It's dangerous to drive home around this hour. Why don't you stay here for the night?", she asked, concerned?

"You should stay, son", said Kit's father.

"But...", Ming trailed off.

"Ming, just stay for the night. It's late", Kit chipped in.

"If P'Kitty says so", Ming smiled.

"Great, take a shower and go to sleep", Kit's mother sang happily as she pushed Ming towards the staircase with unusual strength.

"Where do I sleep?", Ming asked.

"Of course you'll be sleeping in Kit's room", she laughed.

A/N: It's been so long since I updated the last chapter. SPM is finally over and I have already graduated from high school. Next year I will be attending college and meet more humans. I am excited at the same time I'm anxious about it hahaha
