《我烦人的未婚夫》

"So, how was the date?", Kit groaned as Pha asked him the same question which Beam, and his parents had asked.

"It's not as bad as I thought", Kit answered with the same answer he gave to his parents.

"See, told you to give it a chance", Pha smiled.

"I-", Kit was about to say something when his phone started to ring loudly. He let out a groan as he thought it was Ming who called him until he read the caller ID and found out it was his mother instead.

"So, it's not him?", he muttered, feeling a little dejected before he shook the thought off.

"Kit?", his mother gentle voice called out.

"Yes, Mae? What's wrong?", Kit asked as or was unlike his mother to call him at his work.

"Kitty? Ah, get ready to meet Mr and Mrs Dechapanya. We'll be attending  a party they held at their household so make sure you dress well", said his mother.

"A party??", Kit thought out loud as Pha perked up at the sound of it.

"I'll text you later".

"Oh...right. Okay, then I'll see you at night. Bye, Mae".

"Okay, I love you", he smiled as he replied with a short "Love you, too". As soon as Kit hung up the call, Pha spun his chair around to face him.

"I WANT TO GO", Pha said all of sudden as he emphasised every word with hopeful eyes.

"I don't know? I am only a guest".

"You're getting married to Ming soon".

"No? It's Ming who's getting married to me soon", Kit said with offended face while Pha rolled his eyes.

"Whatever, that's not the point. What I meant is you have a future husband for a reason", Pha said with a smile.

"...Fine, I'll try to ask", Kit mumbled as he searched for Ming's contact in his phone.

"Don't worry. He will say yes if it's your request", Beam said confidently and Kit gave him a look before he dialed the number and the next second, Ming picked up his phone.

"Hello? P'Kit?", he heard Ming's usual annoying' voice.

"Hello. Are you busy at the moment?", KIt asked as Pha and Beam peeked over his shoulders so that they could listen to their conversation.

"...I'm not. Is there something you need? Or you call because you're missing me?", he said and Kit swore he laughed at the end of the sentence.

"Of course not. It's just about the party....", Kit trailed off.

"Oh, you heard already? I was planning to tell you later".

"Yeah...Can I bring a friend?".

"Sure. Is it a close friend?".

"My best friend".

"I see. So I'll come and pick you up later".

"It's okay! I can drive my own car", Kit said rejecting his offer.

"Okay, then I'll see you at night", Kit hung up after saying "Bye".

"Is that all for today?", Ming asked as he placed the last file aside.

"Yes, Sir", answered his assistant as he smiled at him.

"You look happy, did something good happen?".

"Yeah, then I'll get going", Ming said before leaving.

"...Are you for real?! At a time like this?", Kit groaned as he glared at his car.

"Great, what are we going to do?", Pha asked.

"Where's your damn car?", Kit asked.

"...You said you will drive us there so I asked someone to drive it home".

"Why don't you try calling your fiance?".

"....No way in hell am I going to call him", Kit said as he could imagine Ming teasing him.

"P'Kit! I knew you will call me", Ming smiled.

A/N: I'm sorry that I didn't update cause I was very busy for the last two weeks. One week was with helping out my teacher as the arbiternof a chess competition held in out school.

A lot of people came (around 300 humans from other schools) so we were very busy and it lasted for a week.

And my exams started on this Tuesday. I died. Thank you for reading and listening to my rants. I am so tired and hungry. Gotta go sleep. Good night I love you😘
