"The Royal family invited us to stay inside the Buckingham Palace!"
"WHAT?!"
"I know, I know!" Namjoon grabbed a fistful of his hair as he jumped up and down.
"H-How-When did you—" Jimin stumbled over his words. Namjoon grabbed both Jimin's shoulders, before shaking him. "It's a really sketchy story, but this guy randomly stopped me in the streets and said, are you Namjoon? And I said yeah! And then he said that I'm invited to stay at the Buckingham Palace with the Royal Family. He said he's meeting with us tomorrow at the same exact corner!"
"Oh my God, the corner?!" Jimin continued to fan boy.
"Yeah!" Namjoon screamed. "He's gonna take us shopping, and he even bought us train tickets to London!" He held up the tickets.
Jimin's smile faded as he grabbed the tickets from Namjoon's hand.
"What's the matter?" Namjoon lowered his brows.
Jimin licked his lips, before looking up at his friend with a sigh. "There's only two tickets."
"Yeah, I know—" Namjoon nodded his head, right before it hit him. "Oh.."
"Guys." Kara stepped forward as she laid her hands on both of their shoulders. "Don't worry about me. You guys go to London. I'll be fine." She gave them both a soft smile.
"Kara." Jimin narrowed his eyes.
"I'm serious." She calmly spoke, looking up into his concerned eyes. "This is why you guys came here, and you both deserve it. I'd hate to hold you back from something as amazing as this."
"Kara, can I talk to you for a second?" Jimin quietly mumbled, before he pulled her to the side.
"You're not changing my mind." Kara argued, before he got a chance to speak. Jimin roughly grabbed her shoulders, stopping words from leaving her mouth.
"Do you remember when I told you, this was a team of three now. There is no me without you. As stupid and cheesy as this may sound, I came here looking for money, and left finding a beautiful women that makes me forget about the reason I'm here."
"I know." Kara sighed. "But there's nothing we can do."
"Baby." Jimin smirked as he gently lifted Kara's chin with one finger. "Do you have a clue who you're dealing with right now?"
Kara raised her brow when Jimin brought his arm around her shoulder and they began to walk. "You really underestimate me."
"You're saying you have a plan?" She looked up at him, and he glanced down at her with a smile. "Of course I don't have plan."
Iconic movie.
The next morning
"Woah, woah, woah." Jimin scoffed at the hotel clerk. "I want those bags handled with care, you understand me?"
"Yes monsieur!" The man wiped the sweat off his forehead, as him and the other men loaded their luggage into the limousine outside."
Kara let out a deep breath as she stood beside Jimin and Namjoon. "You sure this is gonna work?"
"Trust me on this one." Jimin nodded his head, and stepped towards the limousine. Kara's lips curved into a grin when Jimin held the door open for her.
"Merci Monsieur." She casually flirted with him, while stepping into the fancy car.
"Keep that up, and we'll do it in the backseat." He scoffed, before slamming the door shut.
Namjoon sat in the passenger seat, while Jimin sat beside Kara. The limousine was greater than any first class flight. It felt like they were sitting in a hotel room, more than it did a car.
"I don't get it." Kara said, biting her lip as soon as they started driving.
"What's wrong?" Jimin asked, while grabbed a wine glass.
"I keep seeing these amazing things, and yet I'm always surprised by something new. I can't believe I was so oblivious to all the beautiful things you can get with money." She let her hand run across the leather seats.
"Money can't buy you everything." Jimin looked down at his glass of wine.
"Sure it can." Kara chuckled as she opened the mini fridge. "ooh, cranberry chicken salad." She raised her brows at Jimin. "See."
He smiled at her playfulness, shaking his head. "I could get that for a dollar at seven eleven."
"Take a bite, and then try telling me you can buy this for a dollar." She handed him a fork, and watched him as he tried to salad.
Jimin tried to play it cool, but damn, was that the best chicken salad he's ever had in his lifetime. "I think it's average." He shrugged his shoulders.
"You want some more, don't you?" She smirked.
"Maybe." Jimin mumbled, as he grabbed another fork full.
The limousine took a sharp turn, making Kara slide across the seat. She smashed against Jimin, making him drop the salad everywhere. "The fucking salad!"
Another bad turn made Kara and Jimin tumbled to the floor, while the food was splattered everywhere.
"WHO THE HELL IS DRIVING THIS THING?"
"What a nice view of the city."
"Um, do you mind paying attention to the road sir, you just ran over that curb."
"Pfft. That curb ran under me."
Limousine owner :
The limousine finally came to an abrupt stop, and both Kara and Jimin slammed into the cabinet.
"We're here!" Namjoon opened the car door, to find them both holding their shoulders in pain. "What happened here?"
"What happened?" Jimin scoffed as he sat up. "We nearly died because of that dumbass. Let me deal with that little—"
"No need." Namjoon put his hand out. "What we should do, is find that other guy." He grabbed onto Kara's hand and pulled her up, then did the same to Jimin. "Wow, you guys are a mess."
"I know." Jimin mumbled, as he ate some of the salad off his shirt.
Namjoon and Kara looked at each other with disgust.
"Namjoon?"
"Creepy guy in the alley! Hey!" Namjoon gave him a brief hug. "This is Jimin."
"Nice to finally meet you." The man shook Jimin's hand.
"And this is Kara." Namjoon pointed to her.
"My fiancée." Jimin added, making both Namjoon and Kara's eyes go wide.
"Not again." Namjoon whimpered.
"Y-You're engaged?" The man lowered his brows, as did the limousine driver.
"But you told me that you two were friends?" The driver, also known as the hotel clerk, exposed him.
"Well." Jimin let out a deep breath. "That's because I proposed to her last night!"
"You did?" Namjoon tilted his head.
"Yes, I did. Remember?" Jimin muttered between his teeth, and Namjoon finally understood to play along.
"Ohhhh, I remember that! It was so romantic." He cooed.
"Enough." Jimin mumbled underneath his breath.
"Congratulations Mr and Mrs Park." He shook both of their hands. Kara smiled as she brought her arm around her so called fiancé.
"Thank you." Kara smiled as she played along.
"Yeah, I have to say I'm a little disappointed that there are only two tickets. I mean, there's no way I'm leaving my fiancée all alone in Paris. It's a very dangerous place. For Gods sake, she could get robbed!" Jimin dramatically grabbed the man's collar.
Kara couldn't help but chuckle at his humorous behavior.
"Y-Yes!" The man's pupils enlarged. "We will get your Misses a ticket, so she can come along with you." He reassured Jimin.
"Thank you so much." Jimin briefly closed his eyes, resting his hand on the man's shoulder. "We didn't even get to celebrate our engagement yet. This is the least you could do for us."
"Of course sir!" He nodded, making sure Jimin was satisfied. "Let my men get your luggage into the car and then we'll head out. We have an amazing team. They will make sure everything is perfect for your arrival tomorrow."
"That's what I like to hear." Jimin gave him a satisfied nod.
They quickly began loading the luggage from the limousine to their new vehicle. Jimin's lips curved into a grin as he turned around. His smile faded when he was met with blank faces.
"What?" He gave them a petty response.
Kara gave Jimin an amused smile. She took a step towards him, placing her hands against his chest. "I love knowing that I have this much of an influence on you."
"Who knows." Jimin smirked as he looked down at her. "Maybe I'll start robbing people soon." He ran his tongue along his lips, before leaning down for the perfect kiss.
