Kara, Jimin, and Namjoon finally made it back to their hotel, safe and sound. The lights turned on once Jimin clapped twice. He gave the others a sly grin. "Noice."
"I'm exhausted." Kara yawned as she plopped onto the couch. She grabbed one of the pillows and laid it under her head.
"Kara, the sun's still out. You can't sleep now." He tried to say, but there was no waking this girl up.
"It's just you and me now." Namjoon wiggled his brows.
"I have some beef to pull with you bitch." Jimin angrily shook his head.
"I'm a vegetarian—"
"Shut the fuck up." Jimin spat. "You're the whole reason we ended up in that car accident mess! Just be glad I didn't beat you up, because I could've." He cracked his knuckles.
Namjoon covered his mouth when a loud chuckle accidentally escaped his lips. Jimin slowly looked up at him with his tongue poking against his cheek.
"Something funny hoe?"
"Can you guys take this somewhere else?" Kara sleepily mumbled as she got comfortable.
"Shut yo bitch ass up—KARA I'M KIDDING, PUT THE COAT HANGER DOWN." He quickly backed away, hiding behind Namjoon who continued laughing.
"I'm sorry okay! Let's just all calm down." He held onto her shoulders and lightly pushed her back on the couch. Jimin took a seat across from her and gave her a weak smile.
Silence filled the air, as all of them exchanged glances at one another.
What Kara's imagining:
Jimin looking at Kara:
Namjoon staying in his own lane:
"I love you Kara." Jimin whispered, breaking Kara from her cruel thoughts. "Don't be mad at me, because we both know how that ends."
Kara didn't say anything but raised her brow.
"Say it back."
"Wh—"
"Say it back Kara." He muttered with his teeth.
"Fine, I love you too." She rolled her eyes.
Jimin 2 seconds later:
"I'm gonna go." Namjoon awkwardly picked himself up and walked into the kitchen. Jimin glanced back at Kara and pursed his lips together. "You're being a little distant." He scratched his head while avoiding her gaze.
"I'm not really in the mood." She sighed, before leaving to the bedroom.
"Damn it." Jimin gripped at his hair as he walked towards Namjoon in the kitchen.
"What?" Namjoon mumbled with a mouth full of gummy bears.
"I don't know how to talk to her about this whole thing man. Why is it so fucking tough to talk about this." He groaned.
"You need to make a decision for yourself before you think about her." Namjoon proudly said, acting like he now had a degree in philosophy.
"That made absolutely no sense..." Jimin lowered his brows.
"What I meant to say, is that you should decide where you want to go from here. Do you want to continue your relationship with Kara?"
"Yes." Jimin quickly blurted out.
"Okay... But do you also want to go back to the states?" Namjoon raised his brow, making Jimin slowly sink back into his seat.
"Y-Yes?" He peaked through one eye.
"Well TOO BAD." Namjoon suddenly shouted. "You can only chose one."
"How the hell is that fair?!" Jimin argued. "I can't just ditch everything I have back home. My family, friends, you." Jimin pretended to pout as he laid a hand on Namjoon's shoulder. "But I also can't just leave Kara here after I promised myself I'd take care of her. She means a lot to me Joon.."
"I know that, but Kara can't come to America, so you've really got two choices here. The first one is you stay here with Kara and build your life in Paris, and the second choice is you go back home and try having a long distance relationship."
"Yo, how we supposed to have sex thru the phone bro?" Jimin argued. "Oh shit, she doesn't even have a phone." He scratched his arm.
"Um... I don't know how to answer that.." Namjoon scrunched his nose with confusion. "Anyway.. we could buy her a phone and you know.." Namjoon gave Jimin a shoulder shrug, not knowing what else to say. "I don't know what to tell you buddy. Maybe you shouldn't have fallen for a foreign girl."
"Oh, well MY FUCKING BAD." Jimin shouted as he began searching through the fridge. "This isn't fair man. Don't put the blame on me. She had just as much to do with this as I did."
"You're the one who started flirting, kissed her, and all the other kinky shit that you guys did... it was all YOU." Namjoon casually spilt the tea, and man was it hot.
"You know, I don't really like you all that much."
"Think about it." Namjoon shook the stressed boy's shoulders. "Go sit outside with a glass of wine and come back with a decision." He shoved him towards the door. "Meanwhile, I'm gonna talk to Kara and see how she's feeling."
"O-Okay." Jimin sniffled, before drinking the entire glass of wine down. He walked outside onto the fancy balcony.
"What a mess." Namjoon sighed as he ran his fingers through his hair. He began making his way towards Kara's room, nervous to have this discussion with her. He lifted his fist up to the foot and knocked.
"Kara it's me, Namjoon." He quietly spoke, incase she was trying to sleep. Namjoon waited patiently as he heard her shuffling out of the bed. The doorknob rattled, and was finally opened.
"No no no, don't cry." Namjoon quickly grabbed her wrist and pulled her into the living room. He sat her down on the couch and handed her a couple tissues.
"Kara, I hate seeing you like this." Namjoon looked into her teary eyes and bit his lip. "I wish there was something I could do or say that could help."
Kara used the tissues to wipe underneath her eyes, then crumbling them in her hand. "I-I don't want to hold him back." She nearly choked up on her words.
"I get that." Namjoon nodded his head. "It's gonna be a tough decision to make. And Jimin.. he really wants to make this work. He doesn't want to leave without you Kara."
"I know it's selfish of me for not wanting to let him go, but he's just so special to me." She used the same napkin to wipe her eyes. "At first it seemed like it was just some flirty, romantic game. It's different now. I really do love him."
"Of course you do." Namjoon rubbed her back. "I think you all just need a day out with each other, alone. Without me in the picture. Just go explore Paris together, have a date night, and maybe then, you'll feel more comfortable making a decision."
"You think so?" She looked up at Namjoon with a red nose and puffy eyes.
"Yeah, trust me." He stood from the couch, giving her an encouraging smile. "Let me just go see how Jimin's doing."
Namjoon took in a deep breath as he braced himself for whatever emotional, drunk breakdown he was about to witness. He opened the balcony doors and stepped outside to see Jimin having a conversation with someone else.
"I'm telling you, I don't know what to do about all of this. I need some advice, man to bird." He sipped out of the wine bottle, as the pigeon just stared at him.
"Jimin...?"
"Oh, Namjoon I'd like you to meet— HEY! COME BACK HERE BITCH." He shouted as the pigeon flew away.
"I made that bitch promise me he wasn't a robot pigeon." Jimin whimpered before drinking more wine. "I told him my feelings man!"
"How'd you get the entire bottle?" Namjoon quickly grabbed it from Jimin's hand. "I told you to have one glass!"
"I was—"
They both turned their heads as the same pigeon came back to the balcony.
