"What tension!"

The crowds roared to their hearts content as their attention turned away from the fight between Rogue and Gajeel, to the show down between three heavy hitters.

Frosch, Rogue's little Exceed partner had run out into the city and bravely stood between Gajeel and Rogue. Now the three of them were taking it easy, trying to catch their breath as their fight was announced over, and Fairy Tail one the point for Rogue's defeat.

The announcer was right when he commented on the tension between the three men, Orga, Laxus and Jura, who were all still as they stared each other down. Many of the people in the crowds were talking amongst themselves, most of them assuring the people around them, that Jura was going to win this fight hands down.

Jura was one of the Ten Saints, a strong and powerful Mage that was sure to be force to be reckoned with. Others were a bit more optimistic, Orga and Laxus were strong too, and they might have a chance. Though, not a lot of people believed it.

Frea interlocked her fingers with one another and rest her chin in her hands, resting her elbows on her thighs, as she looked down at the Screen showing the stand down between the three of them. This was sure to be an interesting fight, and she wanted to see very detail of it.

Orga and Laxus sweatdropped at the appearance of the Saint, but held their ground none the less. Jura smirked and looked over the two,

"Alright, Saint." Orga stepped forward and smirked arrogantly, lifting his hands to place them open palmed over one another as the SaberTooth man looked to Jura , who only smiled back and stayed silent. "I want your full power in this fight, no holding back."

Black Lightning began to spin and crackle in Orga's hands as he prepared his attack, and Laxus looked his way as if the man was crazy. "Lets see if you can block this Saint!" Orga smiled widely as his hands shot out toward Jura, power radiating of of him as his spell was about to be fired.

"Lightning God's Photon Sli-"

Orga was cut off as his face was smashed into the ground with such force, the large man was knocked unconscious, and the ground was destroyed where his face had made contact.

It had happened so fast, and it was so shocking that the crowds fell silent at once as all eyes widened. Jura had sprung forward in seconds and delivered the blow to Orga before the SaberTooth man even had any time to react. Laxus' eyes went wide at the action, and he sweatdropped a little more, this definitely did not look good for him and he knew it.

"I remembered your fight on the first day," Jura murmured as he straightened up and looked down at the unconscious form of Orga. "I ended the fight right away."

"Amazing! Jura took Orga down with one hit, Lamia Scale +1!" The announcer exclaimed, but the shock in his voice was evident.

Frea stiffened at what happened, sweatdropping a little and eyes growing wide.

Jura's gotten stronger...

Frea stayed silent as she looked back to the Screen, putting all her attention on the fight. She was faintly aware of Erza still facing off with Minerva, and Juvia fighting alongside Gray against Chelia and Lyon.

All of the fights were interesting, but the one against the Lightning Idiot and The Wizard Saint had gained her full attention. The odds were against Laxus, everyone thought he no chance against a Wizard Saint, they believed he would lose.

Jura took down Orgo so fast, and with so little effort is sort of scared some people. They knew Jura was powerful, but the man really was a Monster...

Jura had also gone up against 'Mystogan', of rather, Jellal. Jellal himself had been one of the Wizard Saints before he became a wanted criminal; and even though his fight with Jura had been interrupted by Meredy and Ultear, Jura had beaten Jellal in the end.

Though... I suppose that really wasn't a fair fight...

She leaned forward a little and rest her hands on the railing on either side of her as she sat on it, her eyes stayed glued to the screen, narrowing a little as she watched.

"I've been waiting for this." Jura commented as he looked to Laxus, smiling as he crossed his arms over his chest. Laxus looked back at him calmly, his own arms crossing over his chest as he kept a neutral face and clam demeanor.

His clothes were a little ragged and dirty from his earlier fight with Orga, his coat no where in sight at the moment, and he had a little bruising, but he was in fairly good shape, as to be expected from the Lightning Dragon Slayer. He really was one tough man...

"I finally get the chance to fight Makarov's-" Jura smiled but Laxus frowned and shook his head, cutting the older man off quickly.

"No," he said firmly. "I'm not anyone's Grandson, and your not some Old Guy with a fancy title. We're just two men." Laxus fixed Jura with a steady glare as he said the words, and for a moment Jura stayed silent, before smiling wider.

In an instant Laxus launched himself at Jura as the match began. Jura smirked as he stayed completely still and clapped his hands together in front of him, waiting for Laxus to reach him. Laxus lit up with the light of his Magic as the Electricity buzzed around him, determined look spread across his face.

Just as Laxus came close, one of Jura's hands came down on the Lightning Dragon Slayer with such force, he was set into the ground where it cracked and caved under his body. Laxus didn't move and everything went silent,

"Again, Jura ended the fight with only one hit..." The announcer mumbled.

"In life, there will always be people stronger than you." Jura murmured.

"We're screwed..." Moon mumbled.

"He's done..." Rified murmured.

SMACK

Both Moon and Rified let out hisses of pain as Frea smacked both of them upside the head and fixed both with a glare filled with utter fury.

"Have a little faith in the Lightning Idiot would you?!" She growled, they blinked in shock at her and she just kept glaring. "The fight isn't over yet."

Both Moon and Rified exchanged confused looks with one another, before a familiar voice rang around the arena.

"I know," they looked toward the screen and they stiffened. "But there are others who I like to look down on, and they might just be there at my feet!" Laxus jumped up as he caught Jura with an uppercut to the jaw, looking furious.

The crowds roared, unable to believe that Jura had been hit, and they started cheering for Laxus. Jura stepped back to catch himself and smiled, this fight was turning out to be interesting for him. Moon and Rified stared at the screen with wide eyes, shocked to see Laxus get back up. They both glanced Frea's way to see her eyes fixed on the screen,

"There's no way he's going down without one hell of a fight." Frea muttered once she felt their eyes on her.

Moon POV

Moon blinked a few times as she looked Frea over silently with her blue gaze. She was surprised at Frea to say the least, and glancing at Rified, she could see he was surprised at her as well.

Frea seemed to put a lot more faith in Laxus than either of them had originally thought. It was odd, Frea seemed to hate Laxus, one would have thought that she didn't actually think very highly of him...

But this? Frea was putting more faith in Laxus than either Rified or herself did, probably even more than the rest of Fairy Tail at the moment.

She had hit them for doubting Laxus before, which she would have to pay the Energy Dragon Slayer back for later, even if she knew it was wrong to even think about doubting one of her fellow Fairy Tail Members. Moon hadn't been a member more than a few days, but she was already growing quite attached to the others, they were kind, funny, and supportive.

Happy and Carla were great, and even if she would never admit it out loud, and definitely never to Frea, but Lily was nice too, and she rather enjoyed being around him.

Hmm... Never would have pegged Frea, to be the one to give Laxus the benefit of the doubt...

Though the thought did make her smirk a little...

Frea POV

Jura clapped his hands together again as several large pillars of earth shot from the ground, and Laxus was thrown upward as one of them appeared under his feet.

Yellow light shone down from the sky as Laxus began to glow from the light if his Magic in the air above the Saint's head.

"Lightning Dragon's Heavenward Haleberd!"

A trident made entirely of crackling lightning flew down Jura, a large crack of thunder rolling over the land as Laxus hurled the Magic at the Wizard Saint.

"Talus!" Jura shouted as he crossed his arms in front of him, and a large shield of stone sprung up in front of him.

An even louder boom echoed over the city as the attack made contact with the sheild, and dust sprang up to hide the view for a minute. Jura's sheild was gone, but he didn't look to have been touched by the attack. Down from the sky, a large streak of yellow was coming down toward Jura, who raised an arm to block the heavy punch Laxus was throwing his way.

Before Laxus could touch Jura, a pillar of earth sprung up in between them, and another in its quake. Laxus jumped backward, using his Lightning to go faster as he avoided the pillars, and went even faster as he came at Jura again. The two started an all out fist fight, heavy blows being dealt by both men, who were by now wearing furious expressions as they got into it.

"He's keeping up with Jura..." Rified murmured.

The crowds had began to make much more noise, their full attentions were fixed on the fight between the Saint and The Dragon Slayer. They were excited, no one would have believed that Laxus could keep up with Jura, Laxus was strong, but to go head to head with a Saint? It was shocking, amazing...

I wish I could see Master's face right now...

Frea suppressed smiling at the thought, she could just imagine it. The Guild would be shocked, probably had their jaws dropped as they watched the fight. Master would probably be the most shocked of them all, she knew them enough, to know they had never expected Laxus to be this strong.

He was strong, stronger than many people knew, even Laxus himself didn't know how strong he really was.

She did though, she had seen his true strength in a few occasions, and to be completely honest...

She was impressed, at least a little.

Though Frea was a bit to stubborn to even admit to herself, just how impressed she really was with the Lightning Idiot.

Laxus let out a long shout of anger as his fist swung back and lit up with an insane amount of Lightning, he brought it forward and hit Jura on the cheek, sending the older man reeling backward before steadying himself a few steps away.

"Well... Now I'm seriously impressed." Jura told Laxus, who had come to a pause, panting heavily. Both men were beaten up, but Laxus was in the worst shape of the two. The Lightning Dragon Slayer was covered in sweat, cuts, bruises, dirt, and his own blood.

"Its the first time in years I feel this excited." Jura continued and Laxus let out a heavy sigh.

"Your a monster like everyone says..." He murmured, letting his eyes close for a moment. "What would you say in this situation, Natsu...?"

Laxus straightened up, clenched a fist, and smirked at Jura, looking more determined than Frea had seen him in a long time.

"I'm getting Fired Up."

The crowds roared even more, and Jura smirked.

"Come, lets fight until one of us falls!"

Chase POV

Chase crossed his arms over his chest as he watched the screens silently. He wasn't concerned about where Moon or Frea had run off to, if they were in trouble, and even if Frea was in the weakened condition she was in, the Energy Dragon Slayer could take care of herself, and her Exceed Partner no problem.

Though his mind was a little put at ease because he couldn't feel anything extremely evil anywhere around the Arena, telling him there wasn't any serious trouble anywhere close. But he was a little curious about the Dark Magic Energy Signature he could feel somewhere up high, probably the part of the stands where none of the crowds went on the very top of the Arena. He also knew that's where Frea was, from being able to feel both hers and Moon's up there as well.

He pushed the thought to the back of his mind, and focused on the fights going on. Many of the people around him were focused on one fight out of three that was going on.

Laxus VS Jura

That's where most of the Fairy Tail members were looking, others were focused on the other fights though, and a few were rapidly looking back and forth between the three.

But he settled for focusing on the one that interested him the most, the one between Erza and Minerva.

The two were formidable opponents, pretty fairly matched and going at each other nonstop. Erza was powerful, but at the moment she was already pretty injured from saving Kagura earlier, and he sweatdropped a little as Minerva grabbed onto Erza's leg with her Magic, and swung her into a pillar with such force, Erza's body broke through the stone and destroyed it.

"You can't stand up with that leg." Minerva told Erza, hands placed on her hips.

"I will.." Erza growled, forcing herself into a kneel. "As long as I'm fighting a battle I must lose... I'm ready to stand up as many times as needed." Erza forced herself to start standing up. "You were already told, making Fairy Tail angry was the worst mistake you have ever made..."

Chase sweatdropped a little as the thought flashed through his mind, when Frea had warned SaberTooth of angering the Guild, when the Energy Dragon Slayer had been extremely pissed off...

Minerva smirked a little, and he found it a little odd that she hadn't even been bothered by Frea's intervention, in fact, she just looked amused at the thought now.

She has no clue who Frea really is...

"Anger is bad for your looks." Minerva told her and Erza's feet stomped down on the ground as she stood all the way up, bangs overshadowing her eyes.

"How dare you hurt Lucy... My Team-mates..." Erza's fists clenched at her sides. "Kagura... Milliana..."

Minerva smirked more and lifted a hand, her Magic glaring up on the tips of her fingers. "You think that will be enough to scare me?"

Erza was blown back as explosions erupted in front of her, and she hit the floor. Minerva smiled as she held her arms up around her,

"Thanks to my Spacial Magic, I can do whatever I want, in whatever spot you can see." More explosions went off around the space the two woman were in, and Erza was lost in the dust that arose as a result of the blasts.

"Territory. The strongest Magic for the strongest Guild." Minerva smirked, but her eyes widened and the smile vanished as Erza emerged from the dust in an instant, a sword in each hand as she swung out at Minerva.

"I saw through it!" Erza shouted, and her sword slashed Minerva's shoulder.

"What?!" Minerva gasped, was widening in utter which as her blood sprang into the air.

Minerva's hands lit up with the light of her Magic, and she swung out at Erza, who's swords easily sliced through Minerva's Magic, slicing the SaberTooth woman again. Minerva was thrown backward before she caught herself, looking furious.

"Ih Rargas!" Minerva growled as she came forward again.

"My anger..." Erza yelled, Magic beginning to spiral up around her a little. "IS MY GUILDS ANGER!"

"Second Origin; Release!"

Chase smirked, way to go Erza...

"Second Origin?!" Jet shouted behind him.

"Was she hiding it!?" Droy yelled. Behind him, all of Fairy Tail looked rather shocked, but Chase only smiled wider. He had known Erza had more Magic Power than she had been using, and now, she was putting her full effort into this fight. There was no way she'd lose now.

"Armor of Nakagami!" Erza requiped into an armor Chase had never seen before, and the shocked expressions and emotions he could feel coming from the rest of the Guild, told him they had never seen this armor before either. Minerva's eyes narrowed as she started to shake with fury, and Magic began to spiral up around her hands, and she sprinted toward Erza.

"This is the End." Erza growled, gaze hard and cold.

"I Ragdo!" Minerva yelled, coming to a dead stop and thrusting her hands in Erza's direction, her Magic spiraling out toward the red-head.

Erza's eyes narrowed as she spun around, and slashed out with her weapon, destroying the Magic that had been coming for her. Minerva stared in utter shock at what happened, unable to understand it.

"She slashed her Magic?!" Nab gasped.

"No... The Space?!" Elfman yelled.

"Because of the huge amount of Magic that the Armor of Nakagami consumes, no one has been able to wear if for ten years..." Levy murmured; eyes wide as she looked down at a book she had open to Chase's right. Levy was standing next to the low stone railing, with a book resting on top, held open by her hands.

Chase moved closer to her and leaned down to her level, resting his elbows on the railing and glancing over at the book curiously. Cana leaned onto the railing on Levy's right, eyebrow quirked.

"What's that book?" The brunette asked. The Script Mage didn't pay any attention as she continued to look at the book,

"...However, the ones who are able to wear it... Are able to break the Rules of Magic, and their sword is invincible..." Chase smirked a little and looked back to the screen.

"Impossible..." Minerva murmured, eyes wide in fear. "How can you have so much power left...?"

"You hurt too many people I care for." Erza replied darkly. Minerva looked panicked at the expression Erza wore, and took a step back.

"No... Stop it!" Minerva yelled.

"This is the reward." Erza growled, eyes hard.

"Stop!" Minerva yelled, getting more panicked by the second. "I... I..."

Jynx POV

Jynx smiled faintly as she watched the Games progress. Fairy Tail was doing well now, everyone was fighting with all their heart. Seeing everyone looking so excited made her happier, she had seen how much the Guild had suffered the Seven Years the Tenrou Team had been missing... All that had happened to those who remained, those who remained loyal to the Guild... And to each other...

Mavis had been right, this was the perfect Era of the Guild, it brought happiness to her heart to have been able to see it. The young ones, the 'youth' as Mavis put it.

They are all amazing.. All in their own ways...

Jynx's red eyes glanced over at Makarov, who was watching the battles with wide eyes and a hopeful expression. His attention was on all the fights, but most of it, was focused on his Grandson's fight.

Both Jynx and Mavis could see from the expression on Makarov's face, that he had never believed Laxus to be as strong as he was. Jynx smiled a little and let her eyes close,

Oh Makarov... You have no idea just how strong everyone of your children are... Some... Even stronger than you could ever imagine...

Jynx looked back up, and focused her attention on Juvia and Gray's fight. They were being attacked relentlessly by the two Lamia Scale Wizards, Chelia and Lyon. Juvia kneeled on the ground, and Gray stood next to her, both beaten, bruised and bleeding as they panted heavily.

"Lets give them the final blow, Lyon!" Chelia told her older member furiously, both Lamia Scale Wizards having come to a pause.

"Forgive me, Juvia..." Lyon murmured.

"Juvia..." Gray panted out, his hand coming to rest on the bluenette's shoulder. Juvia's hand came up to rest on his, and their fingers interlocked. "Their weak spot is teamwork, we can work together better than they can."

"Gray..." Juvia murmured.

"Lets use our full Magic!" Gray said firmly and Juvia smiled up at him in determination.

"Yes!"

No One POV

Juvia and Gray joined hands as they got to their feet, Magic Power beginning to radiate around them as they put forth all their willpower and strength into their one last attack against Lyon and Chelia.

"Water Nebula!"
"Ice Geyser!"

Water spun out around from the two Fairy Tail Mages, and Ice sprung up on the swirling tornado of water as it launched out toward Lyon and Chelia, engulfing the two and sending them flying, the battle coming to an end.

"Nakagami Starlight!" Erza's yell echoed over the arena as she launched forward, slashing out in seconds and catching Minerva with an extremely powerful hit. Defeating the Tiger Woman easily.

Frea POV

"Dragon Slayer Secret Art..." Laxus ran out toward Jura, beginning to radiate with power, and Frea leaned in a little.

"Roaring Thunder!"

Laxus' fist flew forward, and an arc of Lightning engulfed Jura, sending the Saint flying backward in the midst of flickering gold.

Jura fell, smiling. "You beat me..."

"LAXUS WON! HE DEFEATED ONE OF THE TEN WIZARD SAINTS! THE SITUATION HAS SUDDENLY CHANGED!"

Frea smiled as she looked down at the screen, she couldn't help but be excited... Impressed... Maybe even a little proud...

Good job, Laxus... You really are a great Mage...

No One POV

Moon and Rified's jaws dropped for a split second as they stared at the screen, astonished. But after a moment, they both composed themselves, Moon jumped up from her seat, smiling widely.

Rified allowed himself a small smile as be crossed his arms over his chest, "You were right about him..." He murmured, glancing Frea's direction.

Frea looked his way for a minute, and smirked. "Of course I was, I know him a lot better than anyone thinks I do." She smirked more, her fangs showing a little, and he smiled a little more too.

He could see that happiness in her eyes, she really did put a lot of faith in Laxus, and she seemed really pleased with him...

"Erza has defeated Minerva! Juvia and Gray have defeated Lyon and Chelia! Gajeel has defeated Rogue! And even more surprisingly, Laxus has defeated Jura, one of The Ten Wizard Saints!" The Announcer's voice rang out across the Arena, sounding extremely shocked. "With these Victories, the Table's have turned! Fairy Tail is now in the lead! Only Sting from SaberTooth is left!"

Their attention turned back to the screens, "Can Sting face all five Fairy Tail members and win?!"

A huge, glowing white SaberTooth symbol glared up in the sky over the city, as Sting challenged all five remaining Fairy Tail members. The five of them slowly headed off, toward where they knew they would find Sting waiting for them.

Everyone realized, that if Sting managed to defeat all five of the Fairy Tail members, his Guild would be able to win by one point. Tension was prickling the air as they watched all the competitors grow closer to one another.

The Fairy Tail Mages were badly injured, beaten bruised and bleeding. They looked like they be hardly even standing, their clothes were tattered an torn, blood and dirt covering everyone of them. All five Fairy Tail members came to a slow stop as they circled around Sting, eyes hard as the SaberTooth man smirked at them.

"Alright Sting, choose your opponent." Erza growled and Sting smirked more.

"No, I'll take on all five of you since your injured." He smiled.

"Fine," Erza growled, straightening up more with everyone one of them.

"You shouldn't make light of Fairy Tail."

Sting started to glow with the light of his Magic, as he went in to his White Drive.

Fairy Tail just stood their ground around them, eyes narrowed and fixed steadily on him.

In that instant, the Five Fairy Tail Wizards looked much stronger than they had the entire time the Games had been going on. Sting faltered for a minute as he took a step toward them, eyes wide and sweatdropping.

He couldn't believe it! How could they look so strong, so powerful, when they were so wounded? He could knock them all over the state they were in, he could win...

He took a few more steps, before falling to his knees, head hanging, Magic disappearing. "I... Can't win..." Sting told them lowly.

The crowds erupted in noise, they couldn't believe what had happened. Sting had given up!

Fairy Tail stood in assembled silence for a moment, eyes wide, before tears started to fall from those who remained over the Seven Years the Tenrou Team had been missing.

Fairy Tail...

"FAIRY TAIL HAS WON THE GRAND MAGIC GAMES!"

Even more noise rose up, and the most noise came from the Fairy Tail Guild as they jumped for joy, yelling at the top of their lungs in excitement. Frea smiled more, and Moon jumped a little, smiling widely, cheering. Rified crossed his arms over his chest and smiled, shaking his head.

Fairy Tail finally won... Good.. He thought, looking to Frea, he saw her smiling even more as she stayed still, keeping her emotions inside. But it wasn't hard to tell she was pleased, and why wouldn't she be? This was what Fairy Tail had needed to regain their former glory, and what the members participating in the Games had done, was nothing less than amazing.

The ones down in the city, let out sighs of relief and smiled. It was over, well... At least the tournament was anyway.
