(Genos POV)

We walked slowly non of us where feeling brave enough but Reaper to lead the group he seemed confident When we reached the wall the others hid while me Killer and Reaper slipped on the masks We knocked a camera popped out of the door along with a voice "Who are you three?" said a stern voice on the other end I gulped before mustering the most confident voice i could "We three are survivors after the attack We have important information!" The voice was silent i thought for sure we had bin caught but finally The doors released wafting cool air on to us vanishing any heat the sun beated down on us, Killer looked at us before he took the first step. Reaper grabbed my hand tightly before entering also.

The guards examined us before they deemed us for clearance I relaxed "I know where we can get the masks" Reaper spoke taking the lead. I glanced around no one noticed us Some gave weary looks but Killer whispered that was normal to a officer. I soon matched Reapers pace getting more at ease this plan was easier then i thought. I leaned over to Reaper "maybe we can do this with the three of us?"

 "im sure with out that mask he would be raising a eye brow(Don't ask questions) at me, Killer gave me a are you crazy look. "Possibly if we make it the the cells I bet there more on high guard after what happens to me." I nodded in understanding "Can we try?" He shrugged "it will be risky" he hesitated for a while  before agreeing with me "Fine we will try" We headed to where we got Reaper surprisingly There was no one guarding it? 

"Weird..." Mutterd Killer getting spooked "You guys go ahead I need to close the door to make sure no guards enter while where in hear." I nodded walking down the hall way quickly towing killer behind me The cells where filled with monsters our people I gasped some jumped up when they saw me eager they where filled with hope I tore my gaze down a bit father and noticed the blue sweater of Dust I ran towards that cell He jumped up wide eyed while Killer hung back trying to free the other monsters. 

Dust mouthed something at me frantically pounding his hands on the barrier I tilted my head "I dont understand." His eye sockets widen even more before i noticed a button and clicked it Dust could be heard now and his words chilled me to the bone 

"Wheres Reaper?!" "Isnt he with you?!!!, You have to listen to me Reapers bin playing with you hes actually!-"

BANG. BANG.

two gun shots rang out i heard a light thud behind me confused and shocked i looked down at my chest seeing a red patch slowly getting bigger as it stained the pristine white shirt."What?' i whispered before the pain hit me like a truck as i doubled over that's when i heard a malicious chuckle behind me I turned around ignoring dusts cry's of the protest "Reaper..?" i gasped clutching my wound trying not to cry out in pain I was in shock.

He had a evil smirk plastered on his face his eye light a haunting blue his mask carelessly dropped on the floor "Oh Geno that was to easy." His words sickly sweet "What." i spoke it seemed like i could only get out one word at a time my hand shook He walked over to where dust was being held as he furiously banged on the glass yelling insults at Reaper.

he pressed the mute button smiling deviously  "Now isnt that better?" He chuckled darkly walking back to me with a wide grin I had no words i was too stunned.

"Reaper why- I.." I couldn't form a sentence the pain and confusion was to much. I blinked looking at Killer who laid on the floor lifeless Reaper then crouched down resting his hands on both knees before he reached a hand out un clipping my mask it clattered to the ground though it seemed muffled  he used  his thumb to wipe a tear away that i didnt even know had fallen. "Theres... No guards because of you.." i whispered managing to form a sentence "Bingo." I stared blankly trying to make things click but it just couldnt  "Your not Reaper they did something to you! before we rescued you they-"  i sputtered trying to put a logical reason to this "Oh no im sorry your wrong but your right about something they did do something to me, they fixed me. i was staring to lose my self my True self but they made me better just like how there gonna make you better too Geno." I shook my head backing up ignoring the screaming pain in my chest. "tsk tsk tsk Geno do you not want to be fixed?" he said using that sickly sweet tone "You-You lied i... im not gonna let you! Im gonna warn the others! your not your self They brainwashed you again they-" "he grabbed me sharply by the collar bringing his face close to mine "Oh but Geno,iam my self you just never saw that i wasnt before." he said in a bitter voice his face a scowl i clenched my jaw shoving him sharply away reaching for a weapon before i saw a scalpel knocked the the floor i held it out daringly. This made him smirk before a sinister grin spread on his face His eye light narrowing in to a slit "Such a shame and i thought we could have bin actual lovers oh well." He lunged at me twisting the weapon out of my hand before pressing the gun to my chest roughly "Any last words Geno before you meet your fate?" I glanced at Dust Who still smashed at the glass then i dragged my gaze to the others locked away, They will never see the trees again. I will never see the trees again or the bright blue sky or.. Wait. "What would your brother think" i choked out I saw something in Reapers eyes his defense systems going down slightly to reveal what really lies within him his true self a scared defenseless boy. 

"Would he really want you to do this?" "i--i- Im doing whats best im doing what it takes to survive." Reaper snapped how ever his voice shook slightly, i clearly wounded him as he bit his lip (???) clearly at war with him self He pressed the gun harder against my chest "I-inever asked for this.." he said more childlike his voice soft loosing an edge to it or that smug demenier he put on Before i saw darkness in his eye  and anger before that insane smirk plastered his face once again "But it dosnt matter what i ask or didnt ask for, Not. Any. More. what matters is now and that now is to end you." he growled "Wait" i hissed pleadingly feeling the wound start sucking my life out due to how much blood was pouring out He paused ready to listen how ever his finger hovered over the trigger "What will you do after?' i whispered shakily afraid of the answer. With out hesitation he replied nonchalantly "Go back tell them the plan failed say you and killer where both killed then eventually eliminate the group then fine ink bring him back to the void." he said void as if its a forien word "Then bring him  to gaster so him and the rest can get there just deserts to eliminate any possible threat" I inhaled a sharp breath before grabbing the hand Reaper held the gun with tightly "Please at least tell them im sorry,  i couldnt defend them. and Reaper do me one last favor"i spoke despretly before  looking down at his hand and the gun It seemed odd him holding such a horrible weapon "On your darkest days please remeber how the sun felt on your face or the cool nights littered with stars? or me, If i even meant anything to you at all.." he let out a breath before nodding and pulling the trigger. making me breath in a sharp breath one last time before darkness took me.

(Reapers POV)

I tried not to show emotion standing up and walking down the hall gripping the weapon tightly till my fingers hurt.  i picked up my mask cracked and dirty surly they would give me a new one so i can erase those memory's they will only hold me back. when i finally walked out i wiped some tears that split from my eye sockets placing the mask on my face and ting it firmly I heard a soldier draw near hesitantly "So Captain Death? is it done?" "yes. How ever there will be mess needed to clean up." i said with a fowl taste entered my mouth as i spoke those words.

He nodded "Are you heading back out?" I nodded brushing my coat off of dirt "ill tell the boss he wants to know if where making progress?" I chuckle evilly "yes, where finally making progress."
