(Genos POV)

"Whats the plan then blue?" i asked folding my arms "Im not sure... But Thoses people seem to be heading to the camp!" he said Wide eyes We all started running back to camp the others i started falling behind shoot. They stopped thankfully i manged to catch up breathless. 'What" pant "Why did you stop?" I looked up and saw  our camp was empty "Huh?" ink said Then there was a scream In the woods Blue and ink started running I sighed "MORE RUNNING?!" but i started running again but i lost them "Shoot" i stopped looking around the woods there was broken branches and trampled leafs everywhere Then there was more screams and yelling followed my loud bangs.

 Wheres it coming from though? it seemed to be coming from all sides "INK! BLUE! ANYONE?" i yelled even if it was a dumb idea at least it would bring some one to me "HAULT!" i whirled around a soldier in a grey uniform holding a Gun his shiny white mask glinting off the sun I froze my hands up the soldier neared me when he came in arms length I used my body to push forcefully in to him  Knocking him down to the ground with a thud he scrambled for his gun but i pinned him "why are you hear??" I growled the soldier chuckled darkly "Ill never tell you" 

I growled "We will see about that" pulling out the pocket knife i hid in my boot i pressed the blade to his neck it was hard to tell what he was feeling but i assumed this got his attention "you dont have the guts" he spat out i smirked evilly "Oh your right i dont have guts but they do" he turned to the side seeing a couple of the people from my camp They looked tired and had cuts on them from fighting "Where is every one i asked" The closest to me breathed heavily "They pushed us in to the woods there weaponry is stronger then us theirs no way we can win this"

I looked back down at my captive who i assume would be smirking I pressed the blade deeper untill i saw a small speck of blood come from the cut it was making he winced and tried wriggling "ill only ask again you and i,Both. Know theres no way out." 

"Fine! fine. We want to get rid you of all The Boss dosnt want his perfect society tainted with you parasites." "Well why?" The soldier dry laughed "Isnt it obvious the more mindless people are the easier they are to control!" i looked at him "Well arnt you part of his society are you mindless your being puppeteers ya know" The soldier fell silent and ceased all movement as it sunk in.

"im such a fool.. The soldier whispered I let him up he cant do much more damaged he has no weapon i looked to my Conrad "Go help fight ill take care of him" they both nodded and hurried off "Im so sorry I should have figured out sooner i-" "Its cool just please tell me how to stop this" he shook his head "You cant stop it they wont stop till your all gone Your friends we captured i was in that squadron There taking  your buddies to test new experiments on You have to help them before its to late!" i gasped Reaper and Dust need help "Thank you" i said standing up i was about to rush off :You will need help im coming with you!" I shook my head not trusting this guy "i know the place better then anyone of your people could please" he begged I sighed and eventually nodded "Fine" 

"if we must go we have to now  i was supposed to deliver a message back by now It will give us cover" "but what about" "Your friends are smart enough to retreat just come on we are running out of time until they send even more back up thinking the battle is not going well" I winced at the more yells and shouts "okay.." i followed the guy back to where we came I saw a dead void soldier "hear you have to dress like us" he said stripping the deceased soldier of his uniform and mask.

I cringed but took the heap of clothes reluctantly And walked back to the clearing in to my house i shared with Reaper 'Stay out side" i said sternly before closing the door and slipping on the outfit it was slightly big I inhaled a deep breath and put the mask on the silicone material firmly resting on my skull Before leaving i saw on the dresser Reapers mask.

Staring at the forgotten object I reached for it carefully sliding my finger over it "Hurry up!" i jumped and slipped it in my pocket but i noticed i had my scarf on Reluctantly taking it off i folded it neatly on the bed and walked out  "Im coming for you Both" i whispered before leaving
