Now approaching Mystic Falls Highschool, the Salvatore students could see flashing lights from within the gymnasium, along with orange and purple coloured streamers and balloons. Music was blaring loudly, even being heard from outside the closed room.

Following Aphrodite and Lizzie, the group arrived inside the gymnasium, as Cannibal by Kesha played loudly from the speakers. Bodies filled the gym, in all different outfits.

"Clary!" An excited voice called out, belonging to Ashley, who was dressed as Jessica Rabbit. Liv looked towards the girl, and couldn't help but to blush at how well the costume hugged her body. Quickly, the Auclair looked away, not wanting to be creepy at all.

"Ashley! It's so good to see you!" Clary smiled, as she lurched forward to hug her cousin. "Cmon, let's dance!" Ashley said, after hugging her cousin back longingly.

Ashley clasped Clary's hand in her own and dragged her towards the dancefloor as the Bailey had a smile on her face. Tori watched as her Poison Ivy ran away, though seeing her so happy put a smile on her face.

Everyone began to disperse, as Hope and Niko walked towards the punch bowl, as Laura trailed awkwardly behind them.

"You look like you're still on edge." Niko said, as he poured the punch from the ladle into a small red cup before he gave it to Hope. "Thanks." Hope thanked him, as he also poured punch into a cup for himself and also Laura. "Thanks Neeks." Laura smiled, taking the cup from him.

"I can't relax." Hope finally responded to Niko's remark. "I just can't stop thinking about the Necromancer... he's going to cause a lot of pain by bringing back students loved ones." She sighed.

Despite Hope's mind being hard to read as she had a busy brain, Niko could tell that she had mixed feelings towards if her parents were brought back from the dead temporarily.

"You can't put it all on yourself to stop him." Laura spoke up, as Hope looked to her. "I know... I shouldn't, but it's hard not to." She admitted, as the Shiratori's looked at her.

They knew that Hope felt the need to be a hero, because essentially she was the strongest supernatural being to ever exist. Alaric was constantly training her up, as if he was trying to keep her on standby as a weapon against any dangers to the school.

"Come on, why don't we dance?" Niko asked, holding out their hand to Hope. The tribrid smiled, before she took it. "Are you coming?" Hope asked Laura, although seeing the pair the girl shook her head. "No no, I might um... have another drink first!" She declared, wanting to leave the pair alone together.

Niko gave Laura a smile and mouthed the words thank you before he and Hope headed to the dancefloor.

Laura watched them leave with a smile on her lips, before she heard somebody call out to her. Turning around, Laura's eyes landed on Maya. "Maya! Hey!" Laura smiled, her cheeks tinted pink.

Maya was dressed as Blaze from the Sonic series, whilst Ethan (who was off with the Olmo twins) was dressed as Sonic.

"I love your kimono! You look gorgeous." Maya confessed as Laura blushed harder. "Thanks! I love your costume." The Shiratori responded, before the pair continued to talk to one another.

Amongst the crowd on the dancefloor, Auclair and Salvatore students danced along with the Mystic Falls students.

Lizzie, Aphrodite and Myrical danced together, nearby Valerie who was dancing with Jed and Kaleb.

Lizzie and Aphrodite hand their hands intertwined, occasionally twirling eachother around before their invited Myrical into their little dance circle. Spinning the Benning around, she had a smile on her lips, having fun.

Nearby, Veronica was dancing with Corentin, Josie and Amelia, although seeing Myrical and her bright smile she suddenly moved away from them and over to the ravenette.

"What do yo—" Before Lizzie could finish her sentence, Aphrodite pulled the Saltzman into her arms and continued to dance, catching her attention.

Although Aphie had a bad first impression of Veronica, she could see that the Mikealson was interested in Myrical. And though she was technically playing cupid, she made sure to keep an eye on Riri so that she was comfortable.

"Hey! You're Myrical, right?" V asked as she stood beside the Benning now. "Hey! Yeah, I am. Aren't you related to Tori?"

Veronica nodded, "Hope, Tori and Amelia are my cousins." She began to explain, "I occasionally come visit them at the school."

"Oh, that's cool." Myrical said, though she then fell quiet, not really knowing what to say, and feeling too shy to continue the conversation.

"You're really beautiful." Veronica called out, although it came out once the music stopped as the song was changing. This caused Veronica and Myrical to both blush in embarrassment as they earned looks.

The next song played and both V and Myrical burst out laughing at the awkward scene that'd just happened before Myrical finally looked at the Mikealson. "Thanks, I think you're really pretty too." The Benning spoke, a blush spreading on her cheeks.

"Do you wanna dance together?" Myrical asked as Veronica eagerly nodded. They intertwined their hands and danced together for a while, although they stopped as gasps were heard from many of the students.

Myrical and Veronica turned to see Aphrodite with a closed fist, and Dana on her knees. "Don't you dare speak a bad word about my girlfriend ever again!" Aphrodite seethed, as a shocked Lizzie stood beside her.

Luca and Beau— who had been talking shit about MG and Alyssa as they'd been watching the pair dance together, turned around and saw the scene before Lucas started clapping.

"Yes Aphie!! Get her, girl!" Beau called out as Luca cheered along too, hating Dana for how she treated Lizzie. Dana got to her feet and rushed away, crying from embarrassment.

Olivia and Charlie made their way to the punch bowl. The pair hadn't ever talked much up until the night Charlie had helped Liv back to her room after receiving a spiked drink from Rachel... then the pair began greeting eachother in the hallways.

Though as Lexi grew interested in Olivia and Charlie was highkey shipping them, Liv and Charlie were talking a lot more and now considered eachother to be friends.

Charlie poured some punch from the laddle into his cup before taking a sip. He scrunched up his face in disgust, which was noticed by Liv. The werewitch froze, as she was about to pour punch into her cup, "Is it bad?" She asked the Salvatore.

Charlie nodded, "Somebody spiked it with way too much tequila." He confessed, cringing at the taste. Liv had an awkward expression before she quickly placed the laddle back inside the punch bowl.

"I'm not surprised that the punch got spiked... but why'd they have to make it taste so terrible." The vampire blurted out before a voice piped up, "It wasn't me, I swear."

That's when Lexi stepped into view, wearing a black suit, and Liv's breath hitched in her throat as she was taken by surprise. Essentially, she was dressed as Viktor from Corpse Bride. "Lexi— hey!" Charlie greeted, while Liv was still in surprise by her outfit.

"Wow, you look hot in a suit!" Liv suddenly blurted out, before cursing under her breath as she hadn't meant to verbalise that thought, especially so loud.

Lexi laughed, surprised by her outburst, though she smiled. "You look beautiful, even when painted blue." She complimented, though teasingly.

"Thanks." Liv smiled, her cheeks tinted pink. "How did you know I'd be dressed up as Emily?" She then asked, knowing that it would have been high unlikely Lexi was cosplaying Viktor without knowing that she would find her Emily.

"Charmander may have given me a little tip." Lexi smiled smugly as Liv's eyes darted to Charlie. The Salvatore smiled bashfully, which caused Liv to laugh a little.

"Now if you guys want some real alcohol, I do have a flask of Maker's Mark." Lexi confessed, before pulling a flask out of her bra.

"Wha— you have so many pockets?" Charlie blurted out as Lexi shrugged. "I do.. this costume has so many pockets! But a teacher can't confiscate the flask if it's in my bra." The Salvatore confessed before offering the flask out towards them.

Knowing where it's been, Charlie quickly shook his head. "What about you Liv, want some boob bourbon?" Lexi asked, struggling to keep a straight face as she had said it.

Liv couldn't stop laughing though she did nod as she reached out to take it. The Auclair took a swig of the bourbon— and was surprised that it went down so smoothly because all the the spirits she had tried before this moment tasted deadass like pain stripper.

The ravenette then handed it back, with a look of surprise. "It's my Dad's... It's much nicer than the other bourbon I've taken from his liquor cabinet." Lexi confessed as Liv seemed amused.

"I have to admit... Uncle Damon has some good alcohol." Charlie admitted, though that was probably only the nice thing he could say about his uncle as he had a strong dislike for him.

Lexi could tell that Charlie wanted to bad mouth her father... she hated the way he spoke about Damon, but their relationship with the man was very different.

Damon treated Lexi as though she was his entire world... he loved her and would do anything to keep her happy, but when it came to Charlie, the boy reminded him so much of Stefan and it made him sad... so he didn't really want to spend much time with his nephew.

"Why don't we go and have a dance?" Lexi asked, approaching Liv. Lexi held her hands up, and Liv confusedly copied before Lexi placed her palms against the werewitchs and intertwined their fingers— which made Liv blush a lot.

"That sounds fun!" Liv confessed, with an awkward smile as she was still internally freaking out that they were holding hands.

"You coming, Charlie?" Lexi asked, as she starting motioning Liv towards the dance floor. Charlie gave a nod, "Yeah of course." He decided.

The trio walked past Nina, who was dressed as an angel, on the way to the dance floor, who was worriedly looking for her girlfriend, who'd been gone for quite a while.

━━━━━ ⋆⋅♥︎⋅⋆ ━━━━━

After heading to the bathroom to fix up her Halloween makeup for her dark angel costume, Stella found herself walking down the dark corridor back towards the gymnasium. The girl hadn't expected her winged eyeliner to stay so perfect... it hadn't smudged at all.

The Lewis saw a silhouette in the distance. It looked as though it was a girl, and she was holding a crow bar in her hand.

Stella raised an eyebrow, unsure to why this person was holding something that could be used as a weapon, as the school had a strict no weapons policy for their Halloween parties.

"Excuse me." The figure began, as Stella's eyes were still fixed on them. "Hi..." Stella trailed off, her eyes remaining on the crowbar.

"Do you know of a girl, named Olivia Auclair?" The stranger asked as Stella frowned, "Why do you ask?" She responded, as it seemed quite suspicious that someone was looking for Liv as they held a weapon.

Then the Lewis remembered how Olivia had been suspended briefly, and wondered if she had really pissed somebody off. Nevertheless, she wasn't just going to give the Auclair up.

"It was a simple yes or no question." The figure declared, as she approached Stella now. The girl dropped the crowbar and grabbed onto Stella's shoulders, and tried to look into the blonde's eye. Even in the darkness, Stella could make out that this girl had dark hair, but if was harder to see any other feature such as her eye colour.

"Listen here little girl, I need you to bring me Olivia Auclair, or I will go into that gymnasium and kill whoever I feel like until I get my hands on her." The woman spoke venomously, as she had tried to compel Stella.

The Lewis just scoffed as she quickly brushed off the stranger's arms. "Yeah okay, there's no way I'm bringing you Olivia." Stella began, as the figure seemed surprised that Stella hadn't been compelled by her.

"And for the record I'm not just some little girl... I'm a vampire and a witch who you have just majorly pissed off." Stella declared, as veins popped out from underneath the girls eyes. She elongated her fangs before she charged at the stranger to fight her.

Similarly, the stranger's vampire eyes were visible, and Stella could see them more clearly as she slammed the girl against the ground, with her hands around the strangers throat. She tried to examine the stranger's face, using the light of the moon that bled through the small window behind her.

She had never met this woman in her life.

"You might be strong, but I can guarantee that I am much stronger." The stranger said, before rolling onto her side which forced Stella onto the floor as the blonde had a hold of her.

Using her super speed and strength the stranger sent a forceful kick into Stella's abdomen, which was so strong it sent her into the wall.

The figure got to her feet and rushed towards Stella to attack once more but Stella thrusted out her arm. "Incendia!" She called out, setting fire to the vampire.

Suddenly, when Stella blinked, it seemed as though Nina had been standing before her, on fire. The Machado cried out in pain, as Stella quickly got to her feet.

"No no no!" Stella panicked, as she used her magic to make the flames disappeared. Fearing she'd really hurt the girl she loved, tears formed in her eyes.

Stella went to rush towards her girlfriend and make sure that she wasn't in any pain, to see that the stranger was standing there, and truly had been all along.

"Oh I love a bit of mind manipulation... don't you?" The girl asked, before she used her super speed to shove Stella back into the wall.

The stranger then reached into her pocket, pulling out the leg of a chair that she had snapped off, before staking Stella in the back of the neck with no hesitation.

Stella cried out in pain before she fell to the ground. The Lewis tried to grab the stake with her own hands but couldn't grip it properly as it was an awkward angle.

"Bye bye now." The woman spoke wickedly. She kicked the Lewis violently in the abdomen before suddenly disappearing into the night.

Laying on the ground alone, Stella winced in pain as she tried to grab onto the stake with no avail. "Fuck!" She swore, as tears of frustration filled her eyes.

The heretic was prepared to light the stake on fire to burn it, even though it would result in burning herself, but she decided not to when she could hear voices.

"Oh my god— Stella?"

Rushing towards the girl were Lizzie, Ashley and Corentin. Ashley had been the one to recognise the blonde.

"What happened to you?" Corentin asked, his voice laced with concern as Stella grunted in pain. "I need you guys to help me." Stella winced, trying to rotate her body to show them the stake.

"Oh my god!" The trio blurted, before Ashley had an idea. "Lizzie, I know a spell that can make removing the stake painless. Want to help?" The Bennett witch asked.

Lizzie nodded right away, and linked her hand with Ashley's as the blonde siphoned magic. Meanwhile, the Claire witch quickly looked around, wondering if whoever did this to Stella was still present.

Ashley and Lizzie then both gripped the stake, and pulled it out quickly, though with the said spell it was fortunately painless. They then watched in surprise as Stella's wound healed before their very eyes.

"I didn't know you were a vampire!" Ashley blurted with surprise, as Stella sat upright. "A heretic actually." She smiled weakly, "I didn't know you were a witch... I mean I should have assumed so with the surname and everything." The blonde laughed weakly.

"Yeah... who did this to you?" Ashley then asked, visibly concerned. "Was it somebody from the Salvatore school? Because I will kick their ass." Lizzie huffed, angry for if it was one of her fellow students.

"No... I mean I don't think so. I'd never seen this girl before in my life." Stella confessed before Corentin looked to her. "Are you okay? Do you want me to do a healing spell?" He asked, visibly worried for the girl he'd just met.

Stella shook her head, "No no it's fine. I can siphon my own magic." She answered, though the Claire shook his head. "You don't want to over exert yourself— let us help you." Corentin insisted. Ashley and Lizzie both nodded, liking this idea.

Stella was taken back this kindness. She had always had to do things on her own, and hadn't been one to rely on others.

"Okay." The Lewis decided, before Ashley and Corentin each took her hand. Lizzie grabbed onto Ashley and Corentin's other free hands, making them sit in a circle.

Together, they said aloud a healing spell, and Stella felt instantly better. She had been weary and beat before, but now she felt as though she had more energy.

"Okay... we should probably look for this strange woman." Lizzie declared, getting to her feet before the trio also stood up.

Stella's shoulders slumped, "It's no use... she vampire sped out of the hallway and disappeared." She declared, "If anything I want to find Nina. If this psycho is back, I want to be there to protect my girlfriend."

Ashley nodded, "I saw her dancing with Jaz, Maya and some girl in a kimono. I'll take you there." She smiled, before she linked her arm with Stella's. "Okay. Thanks!" The Lewis responded.

Lizzie and Corentin watched as Ashley and Stella walked away. "Do you think this person is really gone?" Corentin asked her, as she shook her head.

"Honestly, I don't think so... but if she wants to pick a fight with the supernatural, she will have to go through all of us." The Saltzman declared, referring to the students at the Salvatore school.

━━━━━ ⋆⋅♥︎⋅⋆ ━━━━━

After Stella joined their group, herself, Nina and Jaz (who was dressed as ghostface) danced along with Laura and Maya for some time, though it was clear that Stella and Nina were wanting to leave.

Once they said their goodbyes, Jaz wanted to get herself a drink which left Laura and Maya alone.

The two girls were quite buzzed, as somebody had definitely spiked the punch bowl... but also because Niko had a flask filled with tequila and Laura had helped herself to it.

The pair were drunkly giggling at something before Laura felt her face flush as she was so close to Maya. The Machado glanced down at the vampire's lips before she closed the gap between them and kissed her softly. Laura was genuinely so surprised by this action, though she closed her eyes and kissed back.

The girls continued to kiss gently before a loud gasp was heard, causing them to both jolt apart in surprise. When they turned to the source of the sound, they saw a heartbroken Finch, standing beside Liv and Lexi.

Maya instantly cursed herself for this, before she looked to her girlfriend. "Finch I—"

The teary eyed Tarrayo snapped her head away, wanting to leave right away. Olivia snapped out of her shocked state and instantly turned to her friend. "Finch, hey..." She called out, as she went after the girl.

Maya watched as her hurt girlfriend walked away with Liv, before she turned back to Lexi. "I... I didn't want to hurt her." She confessed, feeling insanely guilty.

"You should be saying this to her, not me." Lexi sighed. Despite how much she got along with Maya, she was disappointed in her for cheating on Finch.

Laura brought Maya's attention back to her. "I'm sorry... I shouldn't have done that." She admitted, feeling like she was to blame. Maya shook her head, "It's not your fault. I'm the one that kissed you, while I'm in a relationship." She spoke.

Tears threatened to fall from the eyes of both ravenettes, as Maya gently took Laura's hands in her own. "I do like you, but I shouldn't have pursued anything until I talked to Finch... I just got so caught up in the moment with all of the dancing and the drinking— which is no excuse but... I've royally fucked things up and I just really need to talk to Finch before I lose her forever." She insisted, as Laura nodded wordlessly, not even sure what to say.

This was the first time she'd really connected with somebody that wasn't Niko... and she'd hurt somebody. She felt ashamed. Maya stepped away from Laura and left to go after Finch, as Lexi followed.

When Maya and Lexi reached Liv and Finch down an empty corridor, they found Finch crying in Olivia's arms. Maya felt her heart sink at the sight, as she had caused this hurt.

"Finch, I'm so sorry." Maya spoke, as Finch broke away from Liv for a moment to look at her girlfriend. "I... I wanted to talk to you about seeing other people but—"

"Was that before or after your cheated on me?!" Finch asked harshly, visibly heartbroken. Maya's breath hitched in her throat, as she knew the Tarrayo's anger was warranted.

"Could you two... leave us alone to talk?" Maya asked Olivia and Lexi. Liv looked to Finch, as she was reluctant to leave her side. The Tarrayo smiled weakly before she gave her a nod, to assure that she would be fine on her own. With that, Liv stepped away from the heartbroken werewolf and approached Lexi's side.

━━━━━ ⋆⋅♥︎⋅⋆ ━━━━━

Hope squinted, as she could have sworn she could see Tori making out with a Mystic Falls high student.... But she knew her sister and decided to approach the pair.

As expected, it had been a glamour and Tori was actually feeding off of the student, and quite violently at that.

"You know... I can see Clary and Glen giving you some looks." Hope piped up, though Tori ignored her older sister and continued to feed from the boy.

"Woah, woah easy tiger— he's becoming very pale." Hope declared, though her words still fell on deaf ears.

"Victoria! You're going to kill this guy!" Hope snapped, as she forcefully pulled the weak student out of Tori's arms... and fangs. The boy was incoherent and weak from the blood loss.

Tori looked up at her sister, as her vampire eyes glared at her. The Mikealson's fangs shortened back to their regular teeth size, but her glare still remained on her sister.

"What is going on? Why are you suddenly so violent?" Hope demanded as Tori scoffed. "I've always been violent, Hope. I just realised today that I've become too soft." The blonde answered.

"Is this about what happened in the Necromancer's subconscious? Why don't we talk about it, sister to sister?" Hope offered, wanting to try and get Tori to open up about her feelings, because it would trigger her humanity.

Tori scoffed at the tribrid. "I can see right through you, Hope. You're trying to appeal to my humanity and let me tell you, it's not going to happen." The hybrid said, as she poked Hope on the nose which earned the blonde a frown.

"What can I say... I am my father's daughter." Victoria declared before she wandered off to find somebody else to feed from.

Hope watched Tori leave, as disappointment and hurt struck. But she wasn't going to give up on her... she knew she'd eventually get her sister back.

Meanwhile Victoria had her eyes on Jazlyn, who was filling up her red solo cup with punch. Tori smiled maliciously before she went to approach the Moritz, though much to her disgust Clary and Aaron (who was dressed as Zoro) stood in her way.

"Get out of my way." Tori said to the pair. "Not happening, I've seen that look before." Clary frowned, as Aaron turned to look to Jazlyn. "I'm gonna go keep her company." The Bennett-St.John decided, which was basically his way of keeping an eye on Jaz so that Tori didn't try and approach him again.

"Sounds good." Clary spoke to Aaron, though her eyes were fixed on Tori. Aaron looked between the pair, as he could practically see the tension between them. Not questioning it, he walked over to Jazlyn who of course greeted her friend with a smile.

"Come on, why don't we dance?" Clary asked, offering out her hand. The hybrid crossed her arms, "I figured you didn't want to be seen together." Tori insisted, "Wouldn't want people to think we are a couple, would you now?"

Clary awkwardly smiled, remembering her words from earlier. "Maybe... it wouldn't be so bad." The Bailey spoke, causing Tori to smirk.

With that, the blonde took the witch's hand, and they headed towards the dance floor, unaware that Aaron and Jazlyn were silently cheering for them.

━━━━━ ⋆⋅♥︎⋅⋆ ━━━━━

On the dancefloor Beau, Luca, Rafael, Glen, Jed and Landon danced together, though Landon and Lucas avoided eachother.

Glen was watching sadly as Tori and Clary danced together, as Clary had her arms around Tori's waist.

"Oh no... I see that longing stare." Rafael piped up, as Jed looked over at Tori and Clary. "You can't keep letting her play with your heart, man." Jed admitted, though Glen wasn't sure what to say.

"Tonight is operation set Glen up with somebody new." Landon spoke, looking to Beau and Luca (though he couldn't meet Lucas' eyes)

"Well then, lets find you somebody." Beaumont declared, approaching Glen. He threw his arm around the Forde's shoulders and spun them around, trying to look for anybody of interest.

"Oh look— she's cute!" Beau exclaimed, pointing to Jazlyn who was now dancing with Casper, Wylan and Aaron, the Olmo twins dressed as Wanda and Pietro. "She has a lesbian pin in her hair." Glen pointed out, as Beau noticed it and smiled bashfully. "Oops..."

"How about Casper?" Beau asked, before Ethan suddenly came into the picture and danced with them, and it was evident that Casper liked Ethan as the Olmo's face lit up.

"Hmm nope okay we're not having much like with this group. Let's turn around." Beau decided before the Lazuli spun them around.

"There's Rachel. She's pretty, I guess." Beau pointed out though Glen scoffed, "I'd rather die alone than pursue anything with her." He declared, which caused the group to laugh.

"Fair enough— oh what about Charlie?" Beau asked, his eyes landing on the Salvatore. When Glen noticed Charlie, who was dancing with Liv and Lexi, he blushed.

"Oh— oh do you like him?" Beau asked, beginning to feel like a successful cupid. Glen scratched the back of his head, as he was blushing a little. "I mean... I didn't but then we had sex and it kind of changed everything." The Forde admitted, trying to speak lowly so only they could hear.

"Wait— you and Charlie?!" Lucas spun around, a protective look on his face. Jed's eyes then widened, recalling when he and Val decided against using the gymnasium because two people were going at it. "Oh my god— that was you two inside the gym! Horny jail, both of you!" Jed demanded as everyone laughed at that.

"Go ask him to dance!" Rafael said to Glen, as the other werewolf seemed unsure about it. "Come on man, you gotta let Tori go and move on." The Waithe added.

"We just.. want to see you happy, and you haven't been ever since Tori shut you out." Beau spoke, as Glen processed his words.

Beau adored Tori, honestly he thought the world of her... but it was obvious that she had shut Glen out and didn't seem to care that he was still pining for her.

"You know what... a dance can't hurt." Glen shrugged as the group all got excited. The Forde gave them a smile and turned around to approach Charlie, but he was quickly stopped by Lucas.

"A word of warning, hurt my brother and you're a dead man." Lucas suddenly said in a threatening, low tone. Glen blinked in surprise, "Not planning on it." He responded, continuing to walk away.

"I'm watching you, Forde!" Luca called out, to which Glen responded by flipping him off. With that, Jed, Rafael, Landon and Beau all laughed.

Glen tried to compose himself as he approached Charlie. The Forde almost didn't want to disturb him, as he had such an infectious smile on his face.

Glen couldn't help but to smile upon seeing it. "Hey Charmander." The Forde greeted, causing Charlie to stop dancing. "Hey Glen!" He responded.

"I was wondering if you'd like to dance?" Glen asked, before offering out his hand. Charlie blinked in surprise for a moment, as his cheeks reddened. "Yeah— Yeah I'd love that!" The Salvatore responded with a bright smile, before he reached out and took Glen's hand as the Forde placed his other hand around the vampire's waist.

Meanwhile, Liv and Lexi were dancing nearby.
"Hey... did Finch go home?" Lexi asked. The Auclair nodded, "Yeah.. she was really upset. So is Laura obviously... she never wanted to hurt anybody."

Lexi nodded, understanding. "Something tells me Maya and Laura will be better suited together." She shrugged, as Liv didn't really know how to respond.

"I mean... some people say that if you fall in love with two people at the same time, you should go for the second..." Lexi trailed off, eyeing Liv as she was clearly implying something here. "Why?" Olivia asked, curiously.

"Because..." Lexi began, reaching out to take Liv's hands in her own. "If you really loved the first person, you wouldn't have fallen for the second." The Salvatore said, her lips curving into a sly smile.

Liv blushed, realising that Lexi was clearly talking about Liv's relationships with Josie and also herself. The ravenette smiled, before she glanced down at Lexi's lips for a moment, before meeting her eyes again.

Lexi noticed this and smiled before both her and Liv found themselves moving forward towards eachother like magnets. Liv closed her eyes, wanting to be met with Lexi's lips...

But it never came.

A scream ripped through a students throat, before other students burst out into screams. Liv and Lexi jolted apart, before they looked around to see what the commotion was all about.

"Oh my god!" Olivia covered her mouth, to muffle a scream. "What? What is it?" Lexi asked, before she followed Liv's line of sight.

Hanging tied from the disco ball, was Connor. He was dead, having been slashed at before it seemed as though his heart had been removed.

"Holy fuck." Lexi blurted, her eyes widened before she looked back to Liv to see her terrified face. The Salvatore then looked around her, to see more terrified faces of other traumatised students.
