❝WE ALREADY HAVE A MONSTER PROBLEM❞
━━━━━ ⋆⋅♥︎⋅⋆ ━━━━━
Caroline and Liv exited the kitchen, with Charlie following close behind them. The Forbes looked to Liv, with an expression of sympathy.
"I'm sorry for your loss, sweetheart." Caroline said softly, as Olivia looked to Caroline, teary eyed now with the mention of Kiara. The Auclair refused to cry, not in front of anyone— other than maybe Aphrodite, so she blinked away her tears before she gave a nod of acknowledgment, not really sure what to say in response.
"I want to take all of the Auclair students in, at the Salvatore school. We can phone your parents and have the paperwork done asap... but most importantly we want to provide you all with a new place to call home." Caroline explained, as Liv raised an eyebrow. "You really want to take a bunch of monsters under your wing?" She asked, jokingly, as she assumed the Salvatore school thought of the Auclair students as monsters.
Caroline shook her head, "Not at all— I mean, you're not monsters." She assured the Auclair, before she loosely placed her arm around Charlie. "My sweet boy, you're definitely not supposed to be here. How long have you been at Auclair?" She then asked, as Liv seemed surprised.
What they didn't know is that Caroline had been in Europe, trying to find some sort of solution for the Gemini merge. With Lizzie, Josie and Lucas being Gemimi triplets, they were expected to merge at 22.
While Caroline was away, Alaric had Charlie sent to Auclair Academy, behind her back. The Forbes was currently mortified. She'd already been trying to convince Luca to come back to the Salvatore school, but now both of her sons were at Auclair.
"Luca is here too, as you know..." Charlie added, as Caroline's face faltered. "But you know... Kiara treated us better than Alaric ever did." He admitted, scratching the back of his head.
Caroline furrowed her eyebrows in annoyance, just wondering what Alaric had said to her sons—and for him to be considered worse than Kiara in their eyes, was saying something because Kiara Auclair was horrible.
"Do you have a list of all of the students currently enrolled at Auclair?" Caroline asked Olivia, as her head snapped towards the werewolf-witch hybrid. "And their files?"
Liv shook her head, "I don't, but I can get access to them. I found Mum's key to the drawers in her office." She explained to the Forbes.
Caroline smiled before she looked at the Auclair. "Do you mind getting them for me?" She asked, sweetly. Olivia nodded, smiling back before she stepped away from the mother and son, to find the key in her dorm.
━━━━━ ⋆⋅♥︎⋅⋆ ━━━━━
After a few hours, everything had been processed. The students of Auclair Academy were officially moving to the Salvatore School.
That of course included...
Olivia Auclair, the introverted, distant yet loving werewolf-witch hybrid who'd been manipulated her entire life by Kiara. The Auclair who only ever wanted to be loved by others, not feared or bullied. Liv was a bit nervous about becoming a Salvatore student, the idea of meeting new people made her anxious, especially considering when she had last tried to put herself out there, Rachel began spreading false rumours about her.
Victoria Mikealson, the currently careless, blunt vampire-werewolf hybrid with a locked werewolf side. She didn't really care about whether she was under the roof of Auclair academy or the Salvatore school. As long as she had Beau and Lucas by her side, she didn't care where she was going or what she was going to face.
Aphrodite De Martel the temperamental, seductive and reckless heretic whom practically adopted Olivia. The redhead was very on edge about the big change. She could feel herself becoming protective of the Auclair students, knowing about the hostility between the schools and the rumours the Salvatore students spread about them.
Carice Bailey the conceited, stubborn witch. She was upset that Auclair was no longer, as herself and Rachel were the "queens of the school"... but now that left her with a new goal; to become the Salvatore school's queen bee.
Myrical Benning the sweet, reserved and bubbly werewolf-witch hybrid. She was nervous, and maybe even a bit anxious about merging schools. She'd have to see so many new faces, and only had gotten used to seeing the Auclair students everyday. Now there were plenty more people who would try and talk to her, which she may find overwhelming.
Valerie Harlowe the sarcastic, charming werewolf. They were excited to meet other wolves, knowing that the Salvatore school had a pack, but they were a little worried about how the other Auclair students will go with settling in.
Beaumont Lazuli the nonchalant, vain and confident siphon witch. He wasn't really bothered about the schools merging, and actually was a little excited for the drama to come. He made sure to stand tall and show confidence in his stride, which would absolutely annoy some of the Salvatore students.
Lucas Saltzman the arrogant, headstrong siphon witch, who was protective over those he was close to. He was absolutely livid to be coming back to the Salvatore school, especially after how Alaric, Josie and Lizzie treated him. He hoped that he could just stick with Charlie, Tori and Beau and not to see his biological family.
Amelia Claire-Mikealson the kindhearted heretic who shows her soft side to those she loves but is blunt and fierce to those she isn't close to. She was nervous about going to the Salvatore school, because she worried for what Hope may think upon seeing Cami like this.
Niko Shiratori the bubbly, oblivious psychic. They're not too worried about joining the Salvatore school, but were worried about his classmates. Of course, Niko could read their minds and see how they were feeling— being a psychic, and he could sense a lot of anxiety.
Charlie Salvatore the compassionate, heroic vampire. He was one of the few who were looking forward to rejoining the Salvatore school as he'd be able to see Lizzie, Josie and Penelope again, but he was nervous about seeing Alaric. Last time he saw Alaric, the Saltzman deadnamed him, and banished him from the school.
Laura Shiratori the awkward, brave vampire. She was quite nervous about the big change, but part of her felt at ease knowing that Nico was there with her. She hoped there wouldn't be too much hostility between the students, but by the looks on some of the Salvatore students faces as the Auclair students walked by... there was absolutely going to be.
Glen Forde the charismatic werewolf with a rebellious side. But despite his usual demeanour, he was quite apprehensive about merging with the Salvatore school. Auclair was his home...
Penelope, among other students, watched as the Auclair students began entering the school, before she sighed. "We already have a monster problem." She announced, wishing the former Auclair students would leave and go back to the shell of what their school once was.
"That's fucking rude." Hope replied to the Park, giving her a nasty glare. Landon, who stood beside Hope and Wade, also glared at the Park.
Landon knew what it was like to feel like you didn't belong anywhere, and he didn't wish it upon anyone including the Auclair students— despite the obvious hostility between the two schools.
"Why don't you come over here and say that to my face?" Carice insisted bluntly, as she stepped away from the Auclair students and instead took a few steps towards Penelope. The Park just shrugged before she said in response, "Happily, queen of the crazies."
"Actually, that title belongs to me." A voice demanded, as Penelope raised an eyebrow, unsure to who had spoken. Everyone spun around to a see a blonde haired vampire approach Clary, as her heels clicked loudly on the floor.
Rachel Diamond the conceited, rude vampire. She was one of the queen bees of Auclair academy, of course along with Carice... and she was determined to claim the throne here too.
"Rachel." Clary said, as her tight lined expression turned into a smile. Rachel shot Carice a smile before she looked at Penelope now. "Your throne is at stake." She threatened.
Lizzie stepped forward, shoving Penelope aside as she approached the Auclair students. Once in place, she eyed Josie to follow her, but the brunette looked reluctant.
Josie didn't want to accept the new students into her school, she didn't want any harm to come to herself or the Salvatore students.
Lizzie on the other hand, was willing to give them a chance. She knew very well what it was like to have people say horrible things about you without even giving you a chance. With her bipolar disorder, people were quick to judge her, and it seemed without even knowing the Auclair students, everyone was being awfully quick to judge them too.
The blonde Saltzman clapped her hands together, as Josie reluctantly took her side beside Lizzie. "Welcome to the Salvatore school!" She smiled. "I'm Lizzie." She began.
"Josie." Josie responded, her eyes fixed on Luca, who was already glaring daggers at her. Charlie noticed this and frowned as he glanced between Josie and Lucas. He loved all of his siblings, and didn't like the hostility between them.
From beside Amelia, Aphrodite was looking Lizzie up and down before she blushed. The Claire-Mikealson raised an eyebrow at the De Martel, noticing this odd behaviour before the redhead whispered, "I'm having a gay panic— she is hot!"
"We're your tour guides, but first I think we should first show you to your dorms so you can drop your belongings." Lizzie said, as the tour would commence later.
━━━━━ ⋆⋅♥︎⋅⋆ ━━━━━
The Auclair students all followed Lizzie and a hesitant Josie, as the girls lead them to the dormitory halls. Caroline then stepped into view, and offered the students a smile.
"I've made a list of the dormitory arrangements." The Forbes said, before she stuck a piece of paper on the wall with the roommate arrangements.
Liv felt her shoulders sink, when she realised that she wouldn't be sharing a dorm with Aphrodite anymore. She did love Myrical's company though, and it'd take no time to get used to sharing a dorm together. Myrical had a look of relief, that she'd be sharing a dorm with Liv.
Carice looked to Rachel before the pair shared smug smiles, happy that they'd be sharing a dorm together.
Glen eyed Valerie, unsure how he felt about sharing a room with them. Valerie faced the werewolf and gave him a slight smile, looking forward to getting to know the Forde boy.
Niko gave Charlie a smile, before the Salvatore smiled back. The pair didn't know eachother that well, but with their optimistic and happy personalities, they were bound to become friends.
Amelia glanced and Tori, already wondering what how they were going to decorate their new dorm.
Laura nervously looked to Aphrodite, hoping that sharing a dorm with her would be pleasant. She didn't know the De Martel too well, but she did know how close she was to Liv, and Laura was quite frightened of Liv.
Beau and Lucas were thrilled to share a dorm, though they silently accepted that Tori would practically live there too.
Everyone dispersed, and went to their new rooms. Liv gave Aphrodite a small smile before the pair parted ways, as they'd be residing in different dorms.

After some time, Lizzie and Josie showed the Auclair students around, and told them to make themselves feel at home. Little did they know, they just enabled some of them to cause mischief.
Tori had walked through the halls, shoving anybody who got in her way. Eventually, she found Niko, standing by a window as he glanced out of it.
The boy watched some students walk past, as he managed to read their thoughts.
"That's a bit intrusive." Tori hummed, as Nico spun around, their eyes landing on the Mikealson. "Tori... Hey." Nico said, with a chirpy tone, as he quite enjoyed talking to the vampire-werewolf hybrid.
Being able to read her mind, Nico took a step back as a look of worry filled their face. Tori was hungry.
"Please, don't." The Shiratori pleaded, as he was practically cornered. Veins formed underneath Tori's eyes, as her lips curved up into a grin. "Don't you worry little Psychic, this won't hurt much." The hybrid assured him.
Before Niko could even get a word out, Tori rushed forward, using her enhanced speed as she used an arm to force Niko against the wall. With one hand, she gripped his shoulder tightly, as she fed from him.
Her fangs sunk into his neck, as the boy tried not to whimper or scream. He worried that if he made a fuss out of what was happening, Tori may retaliate with even more violence.
"Motus."
Tori suddenly flew across the room, landing on the ground with a harsh thud. Hope stood nearby, having witnessed the entire thing.
"Are you okay?" Hope asked Niko, as they reached up and touched their neck, feeling blood from where Tori had bitten him.
"Oh god." The psychic blurted, before he looked to Hope, who was sympathetic. "I'm so sorry..." She blurted, before she examined Niko's injury.
"Is she always like this?" Hope then asked nervously, as Niko shrugged, "More or less... Tori likes to prove that she is not a force to be reckoned with." The Shiratori admitted to her.
Hope frowned, "But you... didn't even do anything to provoke her..." She said, before she glanced at her sister, who was getting to her feet.
"Go. I can deal with her." The Mikealson then said, as Niko could tell by reading both their minds, that a fight was about to occur.
The Shiratori left, leaving Hope and Tori alone.
"This isn't you, Tori." Hope spoke sternly, keeping her eyes on her younger sister. "I don't know, Hope. I think it is. I mean, I've been like this for several months now." Tori said, cracking her knuckles before she clenched her fists, fully prepared to fight her older sister.
"Cami would be ashamed." Hope managed to say, as Tori glared at the girl. "Don't speak about my mother, bitch." She seethed before she hurled herself at Hope.
The sisters broke out into a fight and tussled for a bit before Hope grabbed hold of Tori and broke her neck, killing her. She knew it was only a matter of time before she resurrected, but she hoped the O'Connell-Mikealson would be in a better mood by then.
With that, Hope threw Victoria over her shoulder, and found herself walking towards her shared room with Amelia.
Upon entering the room, she found Amelia unpacking her belongings. Her expression shifted into a smile upon seeing her cousin.
"Hey Hope." She greeted, as Hope dropped Tori onto her bed harshly, before her eyes met Amelia's.
"Mia.." Hope sighed, before she found herself teary eyed. "I thought you told me not to worry about Tori, and that you'd have in under control!" The tribrid suddenly snapped at her cousin. "I don't even recognise my own sister, right now."
Amelia's face fell, "I've been trying Hope, for two years. I've put my own life on hold— my friendships and relationships, to try and bring the old Tori back. But she's stronger than me."
And it was true. Amelia had drifted from her former best friends such as Liv and Aphrodite, to focus on trying to bring the old Tori back.
Hope's teary eyes glanced at Tori's unconscious body. "I just want my sister back.." She managed to say, as Amelia approached Hope. The heretic reached out to hug Hope, as Hope hugged back.
"I want her back too, but I don't know what to do." Amelia admitted sadly, as Tori had been consumed by grief and misery... she wasn't sure they'd ever get her back.

AUTHORS NOTE
Oh man I'm absolutely living my best life writing this fic! I love writing TVDU fics, but this is the first one I've written that hasn't followed a strict plotline or transcript and seriously I am loving it so much??
Also, if the last remaining people could please put in their character relationships, I would appreciate it 💗
I'm gonna have a bit of a difficult time writing these characters otherwise 😅
