"Yes, sir" Jimin said. "Taehyung already prepared an investigation team the day this happened. We are still trying to find someone who could be the suspect of this. Now that the test results are out we can try to find more clues"

"Did you call the lawyer?" Eunjin asked Taehyung.

"Yes. He is working on our case"

"The police will start their own investigation. Support them. Don't act like we're trying to hide anything. We can't go against the law. It will only backlash. There's nothing we could do her than watch. I will have some of my friends help for this"

Taehyung nodded. "I'll go now, father" Taehyung turned to leave.

The trial ended after a few callings. There was almost little to no hope for Taehyung's party to win the law suit. The results were obvious.

With the help of Taehyung's father, the media covered so little of what happened. The articles only said that a product was cancelled due to a customer, that being Rose, being allergic to it. But Taehyung knew that people knew that this wasn't as simple as that. Somehow Taehyung was glad that the media didn't expose all of the case. Whoever planned this must've been disappointed for sure.

The first week after the lawsuit, sales notably decreased. Taehyung was struggling, trying to make plans to avoid a huge downfall of income. But it couldn't be stopped. The companies who had made deals with Tan Corporation cancelled them. A lot of collaborations were cancelled. Taehyung's company was slowly going downhill.

There was a few million won decrease of income in the first week. With the help of marketing tricks and the hardwork of both Taehyung and his marketing managers, the second week was better. Taehyung was running here and there all the time, meeting CEOs, arranging more meetings and trying to make collaborations. A lot of companies disagreed. The lawsuit was a huge scar to the company's reputation.

No need to say that Taehyung was stressed out.

And he was unable to meet Jeongguk for 3 whole weeks. He simply didn't have time. And Jeongguk understood.

"What is it?"

"I don't know, really" Taehyung sighed. "Probably a collaboration"

"I wish I could help like that too. I'd do anything. A collaboration or even merge our companies!"

"I know, sweetheart, I know" Taehyung chuckled and wrapped his hands around the younger. "I love you, baby. You know that, right?"

"I do" Jeongguk said, shifting closer to Taehyung and cuddling him. "I love you too. Whatever happens"

Taehyung kissed Jeongguk's forehead and smiled at the younger boy who was smiling at him. His doe eyes were ablaze with a myriad stars as always. Taehyung wanted to keep seeing them forever. He wanted to keep him close to him forever. His true love. His home.

Jeongguk's eyes slowly fluttering close, heavy with sleepiness. In moments, Jeongguk had closed his eyes and was softly snoring. Taehyung smiled at his baby and closed his eyes. Exhaustion crashed down on him and in weeks, he drifted off to a dreamless slumber.
