Snuggled to Taehyung's side as he and Jeongguk binge watched The Vampire Diaries while drinking hot chocolate and eating Doritos, felt like such an ideal date to Jeongguk. Taehyung had an arm around Jeongguk and Jeongguk was halfway on Taehyung's lap, legs tangled together and inhaling Taehyung's musk every once in a while as he snuggled his face into Taehyung's sweater. Every once in a while, Taehyung's lips met Jeongguk's temple, making Jeongguk melt every time.

Their mugs had been emptied long ago and they just sat there in Taehyung's bedroom, surrounded by darkness and the light from the wide screen of the TV, enjoying each other's presence.

It had been a week since Jimin's accident. He was alright, according to Taehyung and Yoongi. Had returned to the office after a few days of rest, much to the dismay of Taehyung. Taehyung also told Jeongguk that Jimin still doesn't know, making him the only person in their 'friend' group who doesn't know about Jeongguk and Taehyung. But Taehyung insisted he didn't want to bother Jimin.

So it was a Saturday. Jeongguk was going to spend the weekend at Taehyung's. Taehyung insisted that Jeongguk did so, since his parents and brother will be returning the following week. Jeongguk agreed, and turned up at Taehyung's Friday night with a bag of clothes. He had earlier called Yoongi and told him to cover for him in case his father calls and asks Yoongi about him.

Taehyung yawned, now, making Jeongguk look up at him from the screen. "This season is so boring. Like can Rebekah just shut up? She's annoying me" Taehyung said.

Jeongguk chuckled and kissed Taehyung's jaw, which made the older look down at Jeongguk and smile.

"I'm going for a smoke" Taehyung said and kissed Jeongguk on his temple and stood up. Jeongguk watched as Taehyung opened his balcony and stepped out. He lit his cigarette, the fire illuminating his face for a brief moment and then dying down, letting Taehyung get basked in moonlight again. He leaned against the metal railing of his balcony and let out a puff of smoke. He looked so damn sexy.

Jeongguk paused the episode and stood up to walk over to Taehyung. As he stepped out of Taehyung's room, the warmth of a summer night hit his exposed skin. The smell of night air and nicotine was overwhelming as he inhaled the addicting smell.

"You want?"

Taehyung was offering Jeongguk his cigar. Jeongguk looked back and forth Taehyung and the white stick, contemplating whether or not he should take it.

He gave up, at last, and took the cigar and brought it to his lips and took a long drag. He felt like gagging. But Taehyung never gagged. If Taehyung could do it, so could do he. Right?

Wrong.

Jeongguk went in to a coughing fit, when the smoke hit his throat. He was gripping the railing for dear life as he wheezed. Taehyung held him as Jeongguk coughed for almost a minute. How embarrassing is that?

Tears were blurring his eye sight. When he was finally done with the gagging, he looked up at Taehyung, who helped him stand up from his current bent position. His cheeks were burning from embarrassment. When he met Taehyung's gaze, he saw that Taehyung was trying not to laugh.

"What?!" Jeongguk croaked out.

Taehyung started laughing his ass off. Loud and bubbly laughter erupting from him as his whole figure shook as he bent down and clutched his stomach. Jeongguk was downright embarrassed. But he couldn't help but smile at Taehyung's reaction. He had never seen the older laugh so much. It made Jeongguk happy.

"I'm so sorry" Taehyung wheezed. And then continued to laugh.

"I didn't mean to laugh" Taehyung said, gasping for breath and trying to control his laughter.

Jeongguk crossed his arms against his chest and waited for the older to stop laughing. After what seemed like a minute or so, the laughter died down. Taehyung stood up straight, facing Jeongguk and wiped off his tears.

"I'm sorry. It's just you're such a baby" A giggle. "Haven't you ever smoked before?"

"No" Jeongguk snapped. "Unlike you, I have better things to do than waste my time burning my lungs"

Taehyung chuckled. "Okay, bunny" He hugged Jeongguk from the back and planted a kiss on top of his head. "Don't worry" Taehyung whispered. "I won't tell anyone"

"Fuck off" Jeongguk tried to sound annoyed.

Taehyung chuckled again. They stayed like that for a while, enjoying each other's comfort.

"Angel, Look" Taehyung's said and pointed towards the sky.

The night was cloudless. Many stars gleamed above them.

"Come" Taehyung said, unwrapping his arms from Jeongguk. "Let's go upstairs. We can get a better view up there"

Taehyung went inside and Jeongguk followed. Taehyung bolted out of his room, heading to the stairs.

The rooftop was a vast space. You can get a 3600 view of the sky from there. Jeongguk had never been up here. The place was empty except for the daybed in the middle of the space and a table and wooden chairs.

Jeongguk gazed at the midnight blue canvas above him, mesmerized. The velvet sky was filled with yellow and white shining particles. There were lighter patches, clusters of faint and bold light, the constellations altered according to the time of year. These were the same stars that greeted the ancients, the same ones that would be there in millions of years.

The milky spectacles twirled and danced along the pitch black curtain draped over the sky, in various patterns. Jeongguk tilted his head, eyes more open than they could be in the fullness of day, not looking at one star but taking in the whole cosmos spread above him.

"Beautiful" Jeongguk whispered.

"Isn't it? Stargazing is one of my favorite things to do" Taehyung said from beside Jeongguk. He took a seat on the tiled floor. Jeongguk followed action.

The two men stared at the vast sky above them. The moon hung in a curved shape and hazy beneath an eclipse of blazing stars. Staring in to the cosmos made Jeongguk wonder if they were really alone. How they might not be alone in this universe.

"Do you see those stars?" Taehyung said, pointing up at the sky. Jeongguk followed his gaze to where Taehyung was pointing. "Those three stars that are in a line? Those bright ones"

Jeongguk saw what Taehyung was talking about with a little difficulty. He wasn't someone familiar with the patterns of the night sky.

"Those?"

"Yeah. That's Orion's belt. There the two stars above, his shoulders. Then his head over there. His hand, arrow, bow" Jeongguk followed Taehyung's finger and the few stars that he concentrated on started to look like a human form, making Taehyung's words make sense.

Jeongguk nodded, after finding the stars with much difficulty.

"There" Taehyung said, pointing to a whole different direction. "That star over there. The brightest one. Do you see it?"

"Yeah?"

"And that one...and that..." He pointed to stars by it. "That's Sagittarius"

"Oh" Jeongguk said, making up a shape with the stars Taehyung showed him.

"Sagittarius is a centaur" Taehyung said, looking at Jeongguk now.

"What's a centaur?"

"A centaur is a creature from Greek mythology. It is half human and half horse" Taehyung explained. Jeongguk nodded. "And there do you see those bright stars shaped like a J?"

Jeongguk averted his gaze to where Taehyung was pointing and saw a few stars that could resemble the shape of the letter J.

"That's Scorpio, the scorpion" Taehyung said. "Sagittarius the archer was directed to shoot down Scorpio, while Scorpio was sent off to murder Orion. So the archer's arrow is aimed towards Scorpion's heart"

"Who sent off Scorpio to murder Orion?" Jeongguk asked.

"Zeus, the king of the gods"

"Oh" Jeongguk said. He didn't know the smallest thing about astrology nor mythology. But he could see that Taehyung had great interest in the subjects. He could see it in the way he explained the constellations and showed Jeongguk around. His eyes gleamed as he looked around the sky with uncharted interest. His eyes were ablaze with passion.

"The moon reminds me of you" Jeongguk said.

Taehyung turned his gaze to Jeongguk, eyes curious.

"Why?"

"Because you both are ethereal" Jeongguk said. "Calm, quiet, strong"

Taehyung grinned. "Well, thank you. You remind me of the stars. I'm pretty sure there are galaxies hidden inside your eyes" Taehyung said and kissed Jeongguk's temple.

Jeongguk was confused. "Why do you say that?"

"Your eyes are so beautiful. The look pitch black and they gleam all the time. So beautiful. It looks like there's a whole universe in there"

Jeongguk blushed. "Really?"

"Yes. I'm scared to look at them for too long because I'll get lost" Taehyung whispered.

Jeongguk giggled.

"Did you know the Greek goddess of the moon is called Artemis?" Taehyung said.

Jeongguk shook his head no. "Well, she is. She has a hunt and she doesn't have any children. She and the sun god Apollo are twins" Taehyung explained.

"Ahh really?" Jeongguk was admiring Taehyung's moonlit features. His delicate nose, curve of mouth. Jeongguk might not know much about Greek Mythology, but he knew that Taehyung looked like a Greek god.

"They are the children of Ze-"Taehyung's sentence was cut off by Jeongguk's lips on his. Taehyung was startled but he immediately closed his eyes. Jeongguk held Taehyung's neck and Taehyung's hand travelled to Jeongguk's hip.

Taehyung tasted salty and sweet. And a little like cigarettes. But his lips were always so addictive so Jeongguk dived in for more taste.

Soon they were lying on the cold tiled floor, making out under the millions of twinkling lights. They pulled away for breath and continued to stare at each other.

"You know I don't know much about Greek gods and heroes. But I know who you look like" Jeongguk said breathlessly.

"Who?"

"Eros. The Greek God of Love and Sex" Jeongguk said.

Taehyung chuckled. "But he's nothing more than an unfair person who makes people fall in love with him wherever he goes and leaves them when he finds someone more interesting"

Jeongguk smiled and kissed Taehyung again.

True, Taehyung was as handsome as Eros, according to Jeongguk. He was also capable of pleasing his partners in bed, sexually to an extreme amount, like Eros was said to be doing. But at last, he made people fall for him all the time. He shot his love arrows everywhere he went and Jeongguk happened to be shot by it too. Intentionally or nor. Jeongguk was okay with that. He was foolishly in love. However the last part about leaving people who he had gotten enough of....was yet to come.

Jeongguk felt like some mass catastrophe is about to come. He felt like whatever about to come will leave him broken. But right now, he was happy. And he will enjoy what he's having.

Jeongguk thought that he was being treated as a lover by Taehyung but then again, he didn't know much about Taehyung. He didn't know what the elder's intentions were. Though Jeongguk believed that they were far from hurting Jeongguk's emotions. Jeongguk knew it was unfair and stupid to blame Taehyung for making him fall in love. It was Jeongguk's fault and only him. So Jeongguk alone shall carry its weight.

For now, Jeongguk will ride a beautiful high while being treated like a lover by Taehyung, his enemy. Someday, it was bound to end, whatever they were having. Until then, Jeongguk will stay happy and not think too much about an unpredictable future.
