"Seriously Bonecat... It's six in the morning.."

"I know Betty! But I can't help but to be so excited to go do that travel with you two on my side!"

"Yeah yeah.... I know."

"I'll see you soon then?"

"Not after two hours... I need my sleep and beauty right now.."

"Oh okay! See ya later then!"

After that small call. Bonecat stood up and went over her closet to take some fresh new clothes out and suitable for her trip she has prepared.

She knows that normally today, Jake was on his day off from work and that Betty is also on a small vacation.

Even if she looked innocent and goofy around people, she could be smart and calm about serious stuff. Well mostly on those that she really think are serious to pay attention on.

Once she put a white shirt with a dark legging on herself she run over her bathroom door and grab her hair brusher to comb her fur a bit on her head and cheeks. She put it down and went out her bedroom to meet her mother downstairs that was making breakfast.

"Hi mom!" She cheerfully said has she goes grab an empty glass and get some fruit juice out from the fridge.

The old lady flipped the pancakes she made on her pan while she sway a little to the beat of a song from the radio next to her. "Good morning sweetie! Did you sleep well?" She ask in her soft motherly voice.

Bonecat nodded her head has she hummed has an answer while she poured her glass of her drink. "Yeah! It was good. By the way I'm going to go on a trip adventure with my best friends!" She said excited.

Her mother flinch a little about that. "Oh Kitten... Are you sure about that? Does they know about it?" She asked concern and worried.

Bonecat waves a hand has she goes over the table with her drink. "Betty knows about it and told me to let her have her two hours of beauty sleep." She explain in a calm tone.

"And Jake? Does he know about it?" The old lady ask again has she take the pancake off the pan and put it on a plate that was mostly starting to get full of those.

The white feline took a sip before putting down the glass. "No... Not yet. But I was going to pay him a visit and ask about it if he wanted to join us too.." she said playing with the top border of the glass.

With a small sigh, her mother took the plate and put it in the center of table before she get some plates out and set them at the three seat direction. "Bonecat, you know very well that those adventures you took before are dangerous. What will happen this time? I know that you three were very skilled on every dangerous obstacles that must be in every place you went to take down some treasures... But for my and your sake. Please be very careful. I don't want to loose my precious daughter." She put her hands on her child cheeks in a caring way. She also could show some slight fears in her eyes.

Bonecat smiled tenderly to her has she put her hands on top of hers. "Mother don't worry too much about it. I promise to be back in one piece, and you know I can't break my promises." She close her eyes with a happy features on her face.

Ms.Company let out a sigh of relief. "I hope you will not break them.. But you must know that making a promise you can't keep, will hurt you, not more than the one you have made it with though." She then remove her hands on her cheeks and goes took a sit on one of the two free chair next to her daughter.

Looking down at what her mother told her. Bonecat take this has a note in her mind. She take a pancake from the pile and eat it fully. Her face brighten after she digest it. "That's so delicious!" She happily said. Which made the old lady smile softly in joy. "I'm glad you love it. Although I wish your brother would say the same." She said with a joking tone. With a small giggle from the young feline that took another pancake. She could not help but chuckles too. Talking about the brother, he suddenly walk in the kitchen at his slow sleepy space. "Oh good morning sleepy head!" Bonecat laughed more to the look her brother suddenly gave. He was also giving a confused look about their mother nicknames she found for them.

After a good breakfast, Bonecat went to Jake's house to talk to him about the trip on their adventure. She felt excited, then nervous about his answer and then anxious because she really wanted to have him joining her.

It was weird for her to have the need to have him with her. But she couldn't help it. She felt safe and happy. She can't just ignore him or try to think of something else. Her heart would always make twist when she see those emerald eyes shining in her blue one.
She felt charmed in a way. She never had feel love before. It's a feeling different from when you are around family or friend. It's something that make you feel special with the one you care the most.

Being an adventurer is quite a job. Which she love to be. But since in her village, there less and less mission about collect treasures or even saving someone that was lost in a dangerous place. She was too good and kind with everyone. Except for the bad guys of course. She would despise them or give them a lesson.

The sight of the house of her beloved best friend made her stop in her track.
Was it a bad idea to prepare everything before not telling about it?
Her eyes narrow a little about her conscience. She was already regretting something she should not.

She shook her head and take some steps close to the entrance door before raising her hands up and knock at the wood material.
"Jake? You there?" She asked not sure if he was awake yet.

Only after some minutes later the door open slowly.

Jake stood there with his casual clothes on. Light blue sweet shirt and dark blue jeans. Different from his work clothes that were mostly dark.

When he saw her, he was surprised. "Bonecat? What are you doing here?" He curiously ask with a raised eye brow. He could see her sweat from her forehead after that question. He saw the look she gave him. He knows it too well. "Oh no... Don't tell me you really want to do that now?" To his question the answer he received was a nod. He let out a deep sigh has he push the door more to let her walk inside.

This is going to be a long conversation to explain and convince him to join on a dangerous adventure.

That will be the start of a relationship disaster...
