Later was the meeting Diavolo had with Mephisto and as Mephisto walked in he sat down at the desk where Diavolo was and handed him the final print of the story for the magazine.

Mephisto : this is the finish story for the magazine and can you stop starring down Lucifer he's getting suspicious"

Diavolo : tha- I haven't...."

Mephisto : you have constantly"

Diavolo : I....I just never expected you both date...."

Mephisto : ....right....yeah didn't expect it either but things happen"

Diavolo : how has that been going?"

Mephisto : fine. Why do you care?"

Diavolo : I am just.... I'm worried about you?"

Mephisto : I don't need you worrying about me"

Diavolo : .....I just want to know your being treated well"

Mephisto : I'm doing fine. And even if I wasn't. not like getting rid of him would be hard"

Diavolo : does he know anything about that?"

Mephisto : y-no! He doesn't know anything"

Diavolo : you were going to say yes. What exactly does he know?"

Mephisto : nothing is the truth...."

Diavolo : please tell me the truth Mephisto I get the feeling your hiding something important?"

Mephisto :....he knows about the blood thing but is suspecting me being related in some way to the old demon kind so far I got him to forget about it"

Diavolo : how exactly does he know about it?"

Mephisto : ....it started becoming a problem again and he found out when I was hiding somewhere at the carnival drinking my own blood "

Diavolo : this happened in public?"

Mephisto : what? Think I am going to go on a rampage again?!"

Diavolo : of course not. I know your capable of handling this. Anyway what did he do afterwards?"

Mephisto : .....he offered his so I took it without thinking"

Diavolo : Mephisto....you know how dangerous that is....."

Mephisto : I haven't killed him yet. I tried he wouldn't die"

Diavolo : you tried!?"

Mephisto : I was mad"

Diavolo :...... anyway I do plan on trying to help you now with that"

Mephisto : I don't need your help with anything. I still don't forgive you for what you did"

Diavolo : Mephisto when will you understand I wasn't choosing.?"

Mephisto : yeah well maybe you shouldn't have decided to become a parent if you couldn't be one and give the attention we needed.

Your just like those damn humans in that village me and my brother would of been better off alone"

Diavolo : I'm sorry....."

Mephisto : let's just be professional about this magazine story we're not family"

Diavolo : i understand..."

Few days later today Lucifer was in his office at his desk working on some papers while Mephisto was standing behind him biting his neck drinking his blood like he would normally do.

At this point Lucifer didn't mind it at all and still continued to work through this being very busy this week.

In a way he found it kind of relaxing and stress relieving. Anyway during this Mephisto would glance at what Lucifer was doing and he did find it strange how calm Lucifer was becoming to this yet he knew Lucifer was into werid things so he wasn't that surprised.

He wondered how the guy he hated so much for so long was now his source for blood and only thing keeping him from losing control.

He hated that he had to rely on Lucifer so much now especially with having to pretend to be in a relationship with him because demons wanted to start rumors.

Yet he thought about how Lucifer was quick to help him when he didn't have to. How he stood up for him and made up that lie just for him again when he didn't have to.

There was so much Lucifer was doing just for him that he didn't have to and he wondered why.

He wondered if it had to do with the pact and if it was making him want to help him or if he feelings were genuine and wondered why he even cared.

Lucifer : something on your mind?"

Mephisto suddenly stop and said.

Mephisto : I...no there's nothing"

Lucifer : how did that meeting go?"

Mephisto : I got promoted"

Lucifer : what was it?"

Mephisto : I run the newspaper club in charge of everything again Plus I run the Rad's magazine department at Devildom's magazine headquarters"

Lucifer : that seems nice for you"

Mephisto : when Mammon heard he already attempted to bribe me to change some votes around for those events next month"

Lucifer : bribe you with what exactly?"

Mephisto : nothing he was begging at that point. So I made a deal with him. If he helps me with a story I'll change a few"

Lucifer : using my brother for your own bidding?"

Mephisto : Satan is using mine to mess with you? It's only fair"

Lucifer : you ha-!?

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and it was some of his brothers. And both froze unsure of what to do.

But then Lucifer said whispering as he was cleaning the blood off and buttoning his shirt back up.

Lucifer : get under my desk"

Mephisto : no-!?

Lucifer : do you want them to know?"

Mephisto :I will kill you"

After this Mephisto got under his desk and Lucifer tried to act calmly like Mephisto wasn't there.

As Lucifer told them to come in suddenly all his brothers did which did make him nervous but he kept his cool.

Lucifer : why are you all interrupting me while I'm working?"

Beel : you know how we have that camping trip next month"

Lucifer : let me guess your worried about food?"

Beel : will there be enough?"

Asmo : also like when are we going exactly I have to pack the right outfits and everything?"

Belphie : I don't really care"

Mammon : is it true there a mine near by with diamonds and other gems inside?"

Levi : is there going to be any w-

Lucifer : you all have 1 minute to say something actually important or I'm cancelling the trip all together!"

And with that everyone quickly left and as soon as they did Lucifer back his chair away a bit from his desk and saw Mephisto looking incredibly embarrassed and death glaring him.

And Lucifer couldn't help but smile finding it cute.

Mephisto : ....shut up...."

Lucifer : you don't look so bad from down there"

Mephisto : I will su-!?

Mephisto stop himself from saying what he was about to say because in the position he was In it would of sounded off.

And as he was get up out of the desk as he stood up on his knees about to get up. Lucifer put his hand under his chin and said lifting it up a bit.

Lucifer : now I wouldn't mind if you stood down there a little longer"

Mephisto : I do what I want to you. Not the other way around"

Lucifer : well then what do you want to do with me?"

Mephisto : ....kill you...."

Lucifer : then please do"

After this Lucifer lean in and started kissing him and Mephisto started kissing back.

But before anything could get any further

Mammon suddenly walked into the room about to say something until he saw them and froze.

They immediately stop and just froze Mephisto looking down and Lucifer also looking down away from Mammon unsure of what to say.

Mammon : .....I...I....I saw nothing!!"

Mammon then freaked out running out of the room shutting the door behind him and Lucifer immediately started getting a headache worried he was going to tell everyone if not on purpose on accident.
