~???' P.O.V.~

It's been a few hours since I've jumped into the portal and have been looking for any signs of a certain fire ninja to no luck. I sighed and kept walking, still searching.

~Merlock's P.O.V.~
"We must not tell the king about this! Robin, is there anyway you can program the mech suits to respond to calls? So we can keep the citizens safe while we look for the knights" Robin looked at me and said "I'll work on it but I'll need Ava's help". Ava nodded as they both left the room. I attempted to scan the surroundings once more as I did a few hours ago to receive nothing odd. "Where can they be?! Did the foreigner have something to do with this? So many questions!" I jumped, if that's even possible, at the sound of a call coming in and saw that it was from the king himself. "Oh dear oh dear oh dear- what am I going to say- I won't answer- wouldn't that be rude?-" I kept talking to myself ( quite loudly) when I noticed that the call disappeared from the screen. I let out a sigh of relief before the same screen popped up again and I just hid.

I saw Ava and Robin exchanging looks before leaving. The cycle of calls continued until I developed a plan and answered. "Hello King Halb-" "Merlock why didn't you answer sooner?!" I cleared my virtual throat and simply responded "We were busy-" "But you're connected to the internet" the King said as I quickly came up with something "I blocked them so I could concentrate" "Oh". We talked for a bit before he brought up the question "That reminds me, where is Macy? She won't answer my messages" I gulped (if that's even possible) and quickly said "I cut off their access to the internet because of a few events that happened" The king looked at me questioningly "What events? Are you lying to me?" "Of course not your highness! You can blame it on Lance" Halbert nodded before logging off due to some important matters. I relaxed before something showed up on the monitor and saw that it was a person. "Robin, are the mechs ready?" "Not quite!" Exclaimed the young boy before yelling a few seconds later "Done!". "You do know you could have just said 'almost done' right Robin?" Ava reclaimed.

~Robin's P.O.V.~
I felt a light blush crawl up my neck and chuckled silently "Y-yeah... but they're ready!" "About time!" Merlock yelled at me before sending them off to the location. "Can I go to?" I asked with a smile hoping for a yes, but a stern no popped up instead. I pouted and walked off to my mech which I decided needed a few adjustments. I began working before hearing Ava's sweet voice. "You need any help?" "Uh, no, but thanks anyways" "ok". I didn't know that Ava was standing there the whole time before looking up and I saw her. "Uh h-hi-" she gave me a paper and smiled before leaving. I felt a blush popping up and I quickly opened the paper and I just groaned.

On the paper it said how much debt I was in...
