Like Mechinter, this ones kinda hypothetical, while Bobshell and FrankenSparrow is actually their cause of death

Raven was always fascinated, borderline obsessed with writing, and the ink he used to do so. Eventually, he became waterlogged with ink, as it poured out from his body, and ruptured his skin to ooze out of. He is still alive, surprisingly, but can't move or speak very well. In the Freak Show, his seven ravens (Nightlock, Poe, Pitch, Ink, Quill, Miko, and Maya, his favorite.) Help him get around by maneuvering him as a sort of puppet. He thinks he can understand what they say now, but it's hard to tell. All the words Inken knows how to speak now are quotes from Edgar Allen Poe's The Raven.
Often you can hear him scream and gurgle through the ink "NEVERMORE, NEVERMORE"
