Final entry for Omar's contest

Smocaine
She is a shadowy serpent made of dark, choking smoke. Like Novacaine's actual form, Smocaine's smoke can make her victims dizzy, nauseous, sleepy, or hallucinate. Depending on her victim, the smoke can make them feel safe in her ashen tendrils, about to be devoured, or scared, and run away.
In the Freak Show, she is tied to her bottle, like a reverse genie. Her sweet, lilting voice, and strong smelling smoke, almost like a drowsying perfume, she draws tourists close to her cage, with reassuring words, and her snake-like body coiling around them
Soon they will be no more.

Unless of course the Ringmaster catches her first and makes her let go of her prey.

Design wise
Smocaine and Mechinter are my favorites
With Bombshell as an honorable mention
But, as I love to do the most.
