Okay here's some stuff to know

Name Nyra

Likes sushi, music, fluffy things, dancing, glowy things

Dislikes being misinterpreted, heat, and daytime (she is a very nocturnal child)

As you can see in the ref there, Nyra's tongue is not only glowy and slimy and cooooool, but it is broken into two segments, making her unable to speak nearly as well as others, so, she stays mute.

Her only possessions are an MP3 player with lots of Jazzhop music on it, and a scarf covered in buttons. She adds one every time she makes a new friend, and wants to remember them. Her scarf has a small pocket sewn into it that houses her small button collection.

Nyra also can change colors! While her orangey-yellow striped coat is her preferred palette to be, she can change it at will to camouflage. However, the blue parts of her body will change on their own, when influenced by sudden forceful emotions

Yellow extremely happy, proud, or satisfied
Red angry, frustrated, hungry
Purple Only happens on rare occasions, but purple means strong feelings of friendship or romance. Normally, Nyra is about to add a button to her scarf when this color shows
