"Breach! Breach! Breach!" Sam yells into the comms as flash bombs shoot through the windows. Steve deflects one with his shield. The other flying towards Mary, she lifts her hand, firing her repulser at it. Another shoots through the window. Bucky looks at his wife then at the bomb. He kicks it towards his brother. Steve quickly covers it with his shield. Smothering the bomb as it goes off.

Mary can hear the Germans speaking when bullets fly through the window closest to Bucky. The husband lifts his mattress, deflecting the fire of bullets. The men on the other side of the door start to break it down. Bucky grabs his small table, throwing it against the door to brace it from impact. Men swing in through the windows. Bucky punches one as Mary blasts the same man, knocking him out.

The solider closer to Steve comes towards him, but the Captain pulls on the rug below his feet slightly. Causing the man to stagger as he rain bullets on Bucky. Mary uses her armor covered arms to block the bullet from her chest. The back door opens behind Steve. The brother reacts in time to dodge the rifle aimed at him. Mary steps over to her brother quickly and kicks the solider in the chest, using her boot to push him further. Bucky runs towards them but Steve stops him.

"Buck, stop!" He exclaims, Bucky twists his arm, "You're gonna kill someone." He points out, but Bucky flips him, causing Steve to fall onto the floor. The husband punches the floorboards beside Steve's head, pulling out a backpack.

"I'm not gonna kill anyone." Bucky replies as he grabs tightly onto his backpack, throwing it out the door far enough to land on the adjacent building. More soldiers come into the room and begin shooting as the three. Bucky grabs his wife, pulling her behind him as he raises his metal arm, blocking the bullets from hurting them. Steve steps around them, holding up his shield for better cover.

Steve moves his shield as he and Bucky walk closer to the men shooting at them. Bucky grabs Steve as throws him with his shield against the man on the small balcony. Mary looks over, seeing one man aiming at her. She quickly ducks from the rain of bullets coming towards her. She spins on the ground, her armored boots giving her a boost as she sweeps the man's legs, causing him to fall onto the ground. The solider lands on the floor as Mary jumps onto her feet. Her jet booted foot placed on the man's chest as she using her repulser to blast at his chest, knocking the solider out.

During Mary's fight, Bucky had slammed a solider into the wall, grabbing a cement block and throwing it at the same solider. Knocking him into the bathroom. The wife gasps as she backs away from the door, Bucky moving her behind him to protect her as three shotgun bullets are used to break down the door's hinges. Bucky punches through the wall, knocking the soldier out. Bucky holds the door as he leaves his now destroyed apartment, using it as his own shield to deflect bullets. He shoves the door away from him, pushing men to the ground as the force of the door knocks them out.

Mary jumps up, hovering in the air as her boots keep her steady in the air. Bucky punches one man to his right in the throat then kicks the guy in the chest in front of them. The wife aides her husband as she shoots her repulsers at some of the soldiers. One manages to shoot up a wire that wraps itself around the wife's neck. Mary grips at the wire around her throat as soldiers come down from the glass roof. Glass shard fall around her as she still struggles to regain her breathing, "J-James." She stutters out enough to gain his attention. He sees the solider with the wire, flipping him onto his back and tossing the rest up at his wife who grabs the wire, loosening it from her throat as more men come down from the ceiling. Mary dodges out of the way, blasting at the soldiers coming up the stairs.

Bucky blocks the gunfire with his metal arm then proceeds to grab the rifle from the man swinging from the roof. He grabs the foot of the man, swinging him into the wall. The husband grabs the battering ram that the soldiers had dropped. Using it against them to knock them out. He launches the ram at the men coming up the stairs. Bucky watches more men come up. He scans his surroundings just before he jumps onto the man hanging from the ceiling. Jumping off of him he lands on the floor below. Mary looks around, still hovering in the air to cover her husband. Multiple soldiers surround Bucky as he begins to fight three of them at once. Dodges punches thrown at him and giving his own to the soldiers. He kicks them with enough force to send them flying into the walls behind them.

Mary over hears one solider behind her communicating in a walkie talkie. She watches her brother step out of the apartment, grabbing the walkie and smashing it before the solider can say anything more. Steve jumps from where he is to a solider gunning for Bucky, landing on him and kicking others away.

Bucky is held back by one solider but the husband manages to kick the solider attacking him away. He elbows the solider restraining him. Bucky launches a solider over the railing but Steve catches him before he falls. He groans as he lifts the solider, looking over at Bucky, "Come on, man." He gripes at his brother. Mary chuckles as Bucky just stares at him then elbows the solider behind him in the face, knocking him out.

Bucky grips the railing, prying it from the wall and swings down the staircases into a closed door, knocking it down. Mary lands on the walkway where her brother is fighting off two men. As Steve fights the two men, Mary notices one farther back readying his gun. She looks at her brother, "Shield!" She exclaims, taking it from her brother in rapid speed and launching it at the solider with the gun, lodging the shield into the wall. Bucky looks up at his wife from where he stands on the floor below the siblings. Mary smirks, shrugging, "When you're away, you miss things." She teases.

Bucky just shakes his head in amusement at his precious wife. "Gimme a lift." He grumbles out. Mary nods, knowing slightly what he means. She takes off into the air, grabbing hold of her husband's hand as she lowers them several floors. Her grip loosens and panic in her eyes arise as Bucky slips from her grasp.

"James!" She exclaims in fear of him falling to his death once more, but the husband is quicker now than he was in 1945. He grabs onto the railing, stopping himself from falling. He yells out in pain briefly. He hulls himself over the railing and onto the walk path, kicking down the door and picking up his pace. Mary follows after, her eyes widening as her husband jumps off the building, landing harshly onto his back and rolls towards where his backpack is. Mary looks up as she sees her daughter on the roof. She flies up to where her daughter is. "Go help him." Mary instructs her daughter. Grabbing hold of her tightly as she flies over to the roof where Bucky is.

Becca swings from her mother's grasp, rolling her landing. She runs to catch up with her father but is stopped when she sees a man in a black cat suit attack Bucky from midair. Mary looks away from her husband and daughter as she sees her brother look over from the balcony he's standing on.

"Sam, Mary, southwest rooftop." Steve says to them as he backs up, giving himself room to run and launch himself from the building to the adjacent one.

"Who the hell is the other guy?" Sam asks as he flies over to where he was told.

"We're about to find out." Mary answers, watching her brother run and jump, landing on the rooftop as a helicopter flies over head. The mother kick starts her boots to give herself more flight power as she flies to where her family is. The cat man has Bucky pinned to the ground, ready to strike as the helicopter fires a machine gun at them. Bullets flying to where Becca, Bucky and Cat Man are. The daughter is trying her best to restrain Cat Man from behind. Her father is holding the man's wrists away from his face with everything he has.

"Sam." Steve calls to his friend, indicating to the helicopter.

"Got him." The Falcon tucks in his wings briefly as kicks the tail of the helicopter with all his force. The copter in turn begins to tailspin out of control. Bucky manages to get the upper hand and kicks Cat Man off of him. He grabs his backpack and his daughter's hand as he begins to run. He jumps off the roof, Becca right behind him as well at Cat Man. Out of sight from the mother. She knows Bucky will keep their daughter safe.

Steve is right behind her as he jumps off the ledges of the side of the building. Mary flying right beside him. Steve uses his shield to protect him from the fall as he chases after Bucky, Cat Man and his niece. The helicopter rejoins the fight, firing a rain of bullets at Bucky and Becca as they run and jump into an underground tunnel into oncoming traffic. Mary flies overhead, seeing Bucky and Becca begin running past cars honking at them.

Steve and Cat Man fall right behind the father/daughter duo. Running to catch up with incredible speed Mary only can manage to fly beside her brother, weaving in and out of traffic to catch up. Sirens soon fill the wife's ears as she hears them coming closer to the game of chase they seem to be playing. One man from the car shouts at the siblings to stand down but Steve and Mary pay him no mind as Steve picks up the pace then jumps onto the windshield of the cop car, shield first, stopping the car from driving any further. Steve climbs off the windshield as Mary lands onto the ground. The brother rips the driver from his seat and punches out the broken windshield. Mary quickly climbs into the passenger seat as her brother begins driving the cop car faster to catch up with his niece and brother.

The siblings nearly catch up with their family as Cat Man jumps onto the back of the car. Steve notices the clad in black man as he glances at his side mirror. "What is up with this Cat Man." Mary groans as she rolls down the window of her side of the car, gearing up her repulsers as she sits on the open window of the car, angling herself to fire at the Cat Man. Steve begins to swerve the car to try and get the man off but it's no use.

"Sam, we can't shake this guy." Steve states into his comm as Mary fires her repulser at Cat Man several times with no luck of hitting him.

"Right behind you." Sam replies.

"I can't get a shot on him." Mary states, "He's using the car as his shield."

Steve and Mary both look over as more sirens fill the tunnel, seeing multiple cop cars now tailing them, "Hold on, Lizzie." He states. The sister grips onto the handle bar with her hands, still sitting on the open window as Steve taps the car beside him to try and shake Cat Man. Bucky and Becca are still in the lead but dive for the other side of traffic as cop cars come in front of them. Th father grabbing his daughter and lifting her onto his back to make sure she doesn't fall behind. Steve notices the change in direction and dives for the sand barrels dividing the lanes. He crashes into them, Mary tightly closing her eyes to avoid the sand as Steve continues to drive as fast as he can to catch up. The wife's eyes widen as she watches her husband grab a motorcycle from the man driving it. He spins the motorcycle with becca still on his back and lands seated on the motorcycle, Becca seated behind him. Clinging to her father as he speeds off.

Steve gains on his brother and niece as he weaves through the lanes of traffic into another tunnel. Mary looks up as she sees Cat Man on the roof. Her eyes narrow as the man launches himself from the car. She manages to lay a blast on him, knocking him slightly off course. Just enough for Bucky to grip the man's neck, protecting Becca from the danger the man pursuing them can and will bring.

"Papa!" Becca screams, looking up at the man her father his holding. The man uses the wall to propel him to the other side while Bucky is still holding onto him, leaning the bike dangerously close to the ground. Sparks fly from Bucky's metal hand as he tries to balance himself to get him and Becca right-side up again.

Mary looks over, seeing Cat Man using Sam to get to Bucky and Becca faster. Steve still driving the car as fast as he can as Bucky hands his daughter a bomb. She throws it at the tunnel exit. The bomb explodes as Bucky and his daughter exit the tunnel. Sam stops flying and launches Cat Man through the crumbling cement. Becca screams as Cat Man uses his leverage to claw the tire of the bike. Bucky grabs his daughter as they tumble roughly onto the ground.

"Mary get out of the car!" Steve exclaims. His sister nods, boosting herself with her jets to fly out of the car. Steve brakes the car and darts after his family, the car he and Mary were once in now tumbling after him. Cat Man haunches himself over the father and daughter. Bucky still clinging onto his daughter as Steve barrels himself into the man clad in black. The man rolls over but lands on all four of his limbs.

Mary and Steve stand in front of Bucky and Becca, protecting them from the man who chased them through the tunnels as cops surround them. The father and daughter stand slowly. The daughter going to her mother, wrapping her arms around her mother's arm. "Mama.. I'm scared."

Bucky looks at Becca, worry filling his whole being. He never wanted Becca involved in this. But she was. Mary looks at Bucky then at Becca as she holds her daughter closely. Steve extending his arm to protect them.

Mary's eyes widen as Rhodey lands onto the ground in between the Rogers/Barnes family and Cat Man. His repulsers raised at all of them. "Stand down, now." Rhodey commands. Cops surround them, guns aimed and raised, ready to fire at command. Mary looks over at her brother as he places his shield onto his back with a click and raises his arms in surrender. "Congratulations, Cap. You're a criminal." Rhodey snaps, then looks at Mary and Becca. The mother can't see his face, but she knows the man in front of her well enough to know he doesn't want to say the next few words. "I hope you're pleased, Mary. You and Becca are also criminals." Rhodey says, causing Becca to gasp. Tears well in the young girl's eyes as she watches her Uncle Rhodey.

The mother notices the change of her name coming from War Machine. He didn't call her by her nickname he and Tony had been calling her since they were middle schoolers. He called her by her real name. Mary could feel the ties starting to sever from the man she watched grow up. And it breaks her heart.

Soldiers begin to descend and force Bucky onto the ground. Mary expected them to take her husband. But what happens next shatters her heart into a million pieces. Soldiers pry Becca from her grip around her mother, handcuffing her and forcing the teenager onto the ground. Becca's eyes are wide as she looks around franticly, not knowing what's going on. "M-Mama! Help!" Becca screams. Bucky attempts to get out of his restraints but there are too many men holding him down to aide his precious daughter.

Becca fights the men restraining her as she looks at Rhodey, "Uncle Rhodey please!" She screams again. Steve steps forward to take the men off his niece but he's quickly held back as well. Mary is then pulled away also from her daughter, separating the mother and daughter again.

"Becca! Baby! Don't touch her!" The mother screams, tears welling in her hazel eyes as Becca continues to thrash. Mary snaps her head towards Rhodey, "You really going to let them do that to her?!" She screams. "James Rhodes!"

Rhodey stays silent as he watches Becca scream again, "No! Please don't let them take me! Mama! Papa!" The daughter wails loudly. Everyone can feel the pain the daughter is going through as she gets muzzled. The German soldiers silencing the young teenager.

Mary collapses onto her knees in agony as men handcuff her. Sam walks out of the debris of the partially fallen tunnel, his hands raised but his eyes widened as he looks over the sight before him. Cat Man soon follows, his claws retracting and he slowly removes his helmet. The mother's eyes widen as she sees her friend, T'Challa.

Steve's hands are placed behind his back and cuffed as Rhodey looks over at King T'Challa in shock. "Your Highness." War Machine says as T'Challa looks around the scene. Bucky on the ground face first, the young teenager also on the ground, tears streaming down her cheeks as she continues to wail into her muzzle. Not understanding why she's also being treated like her father.
