Riddhima and all family members go to the instructed place i.e, a hospital.

They were very tensed, as why anyone will call them to come hospital but riddhima was very scared as she was recalling that phone call from unknown person.

The call was of a lady.

Flashback,

In phone call with that lady.

R: hello

L: please come at my instructed address ,if you want to know everything about your husband, his rude behaviour reason and all.

R: but why I believe you.

L: if you ever loved your husband then come, it's very urgent.

R: OK.

Ad: riddhu, baby where are you lost? 

R: nowhere Mumma.

Just then a nurse came to them.

Nurse: are you all relatives if Vansh Raisinghania.

All nodded but was confused.

R: I am his wife, what happen and why you called us to come here.

Nurse: mam I didn't call you....

Another voice came from behind.

Lady is a senior oncologist.
Her name is Nihaarika.

N: I have called you .

R: but why?

N: come with me.

Then she took her.

They reached in front of a operation theatre.

Riddhima was confused.

R: why you took me here?

N: in this Operation theatre, there is a operation going on of your husband.

R: what! , Are you gone mad?

N: I am saying the truth only, v as nag was suffering from cancer, and he came to know about it at the last stage of it ,so he lose all the hopes but because of many requests and at last giving your swear, by me and Angre,he agreed for the surgery.

(guys I don't know much about cancer, so please don't mind this)

R(teary eyes) : means that day Angre was trying to tell me that only.

Angre came from behind.

A: yes, bhabhi.

Riddhima started sobbing loudly, all came and shocked to see her condition.

Uma and Aditi went to console her.

Karan also hugged and calmed her.

K : baccha, calm down why are you crying?

Then Angre told everything to every one.

All were in shock and Uma and vihaan started crying.

R(absent Mindly) : that's why, Vansh was behaving rudely with me, and saying me to go away from him, he tried to feed hatred in everyone's heart for him by doing all that.

All listened her carefully and realized that she is saying the truth.

Nihaarika : please you all have faith in god. And in all this I know I also have some fault because....

Flashback starts,

That day when Vansh was talking on phone with a lady, the lady is revealed to be Nihaarika.

N: hello Vansh, please come here at hospital.

V: I don't want to come there please.

N: At least don't loose hope and please tell all the matter to your family and specially to riddhima, your wife she has a right to know that you have Cancer.

V: please, Nihaarika, I don't want to make her a lifeless soul.
That's why I am  that all rude behaviour with her. I don't want her to lost her childishness and hopes to live, I want her to be a very good human and a successful doctor.

N: OK.

N: I am really sorry, but now I have to go inside for assisting our master doctor.

Then she went inside.

Uma and Aditi went to temple.
And started praying for Vansh.

There ,outside the ward riddhima was sitting on floor like a lifeless soul while thinking about her and Vansh's best moments.

Time skips,

After 5 hours of surgery ,doctors came outside.

Riddhima run towards them like a maniac, and ask....

R: doc, doctor, my Vansh is fine na, I know he is fine please let me go inside and meet him.

Doctors were silent.

K(shouted): why the hell you are silent doctor, just tell us damn it.

Nihaarika said...

N: you all can meet him,

All become happy.

But then she continued.

N: but for the last time.

Then senior doctor turn his head in negativity.

N: he is no more.

This was shock for all.

Riddhima fell unconscious.

Karan took her in his arms and made her lay on bed of any ward.

Doctor checked her and said that she is 1 week pregnant.

All having the mixed emotions, as at one side Vansh is no more and at other side a new little life is preparing to come in this world.

After some time,

Riddhu regained her consciousness.

All informed her about her pregnancy.

She started crying.

R: why god, only me what I have done to you. Please give me my Vansh, my life back to me please.

She run towards Vansh's ward and saw his face covered with white cloth.

She slowly went towards him and put put the cloth aside and shocked to see that her Vansh is in a very bad condition, his head had only 4-5 hairs, and his face is having dark circles and paleness.

He is no more that handsome Greek god, but is she care for that no, a big NO.

Because she loved his soul not body.

R: Vansh, jaan get up now I know you are acting but today is not 1st April nor I like these types of pranks, please get up. I want to share a very big good news with you, that you are going to be a dada. Yes, my jaan we are going to be parents.

All are seeing them from window and are crying by seeing their innocent and emotional moment.

R( loudly) : Vansh why are you not listening me, I know you are very happy so express it na. Get up. (shaking him)

Then after many attempts also he didn't get up as he is died now and it is the bitter reality.

Then she hugged him and fell unconscious there only.

All went and detached riddhu from Vansh and took her to the other ward.

After sometime doctors told them to take his body for last rites.

But riddhu is not responding to anything.

All did Vansh's last rites and burn him.

Days passed.

Riddhu is now only living her lie for the innocent soul which is inside her and connected to her husband.

In these days, all told her by putting a stone on their heart to abort the child.

Bit she warned them to not say anything about her love's symbol. And if they will force her then she will siuicide .

She is only alive for her child.
