Kokushibou has a child of his own who continue to connect the bloodline which leads to have Muichirou as his descendant,  he still remembers the people who were dear to him when he was a human before  becoming a demon after losing them.

Yandere! Kokushibou X Reader

At this point of time, it was a mystery to me back then when I first start writing this since we barely know anything about him but now the manga ended, I think I understand him as a character now. 

━◦○◦━◦○◦━◦○◦━◦○◦━◦○◦━◦○◦━

Everything was in chaos, blood was everywhere no matter where you look. The darken red liquid were painted across the street and the ruined houses that was once the home of the villagers.

Everyone managed to escape from the village before anyone could have being devour by the demon in the area. 

And it was all thanks to your elder brother.

❛Where is (Brother's name)?!❜

You were start to lose hope of finding him, seeing there was no trace that was left behind by your brother. Deep down, your heart starts to ache at the thought of never seeing him again without saying goodbye.

After all he's the only one left in your family.

Your breathing were getting heavier and harder for your little lungs to breathe normally from all the running you did around the whole village to find the only ray of hope left in your heart. 

You know your brother is strong enough to survive on his own since he was the one who taught you the breathing technique that was passed down by his master who took you in as his own children before the gods decide to take him away from you.

You weren't ready to lose another loved one yet.

Turning around a corner, you jumped up high into the mid air, landing perfectly onto the remaining piece of the roof. Jumping from one to another as you kept on moving forward despite the fact you were almost at your limits. 

❝Breath of The Stars, First form: Flare Star Chaos!❞

The scream of his voice echo throughout the night, you were getting close and you know that by the sound of your brother's voice was in reach of hearing and judging by the flashy blue light, you know what you have to do. 

The sight of your brother's condition cause a sense of anxiety to spread through your body, your rapid heart rate didn't went unnoticed. 

❝Aniki!❞

Readying your (Choice color) nichirin sword, the moment you saw the demon who wield a sword of its own was about to strike upon your brother who seems to barely onto his own life.

❝Breath of The Stars, Seventh Form: Shooting Star, 6X!❞

Dashing forward, you use the wall of the house to enchanted your speed, at the sixth, launching yourself toward your opponent as your sword slashes against the demon's. 

At the sound of your voice, (Brother's name) turns to face your direction as his one good eye widen itself. 

❝(Name)?!❞

But you didn't pay attention to it instead you were more focused on your opponent which you less expected to find yourself in. 

Your (eyes' color) orbs caught the sight of the demon's face, more specifically the kanji that was written in his six pair of eyes; Upper Moon One. Eyes wider, jumping back as you keep some distance between you and the demon, guarding your injured brother at the same time in case if the demon in front of you decide to make a move. 

Great. Just when you were hoping to go to home to bed after finding your brother, you just have to ran into the second strongest demon alive now out of all time!

❝(Name), you need to get out of here!❞

❝Say that to yourself, idiot!❞

Raising your sword once again, you ready yourself in a fighting position. 

❝Breath of The Stars, Fifth Form: Extreme Binary Stars Union!❞

You leaps and spins in the air while releasing an flashing attack in a circular motion, aiming for his neck however your sword was immediately blocked by his sword, preventing you from cutting his head off. 

❛Damn it... He is faster than I thought...❜

At your current level, you know you weren't strong enough to defeat the Upper Moon demon. 

❛I can't fight him off like this! I need to get (Brother's name) out of here!❜ 

Swinging your sword toward him, blocking the sword from harming you as you screams. 

❝Aniki, Run for it while I've keep him busy!❞

❝No! (Name), you can't defeat him, he's stronger than you think he is!❞

❝I know that, just run-❞

You were cut off by the tight grip on your upper arm, your face pale. Are you really going to die like this? 

❝You haven't change at all even after hundred of years have passed since you passed away and to think you will be reborn again...❞

Before you could process what was happening, you felt a painful sensation within your neck as your hands starts to shake, blood dripping down onto the ground as you fell down onto your knees, screaming as the excruciating pain start to become more intense by the seconds.

❝Turning you into a demon with his blood is the only option and you won't escape like last time, (Name)❞

Your lungs were begging for air however the agonizing pain was preventing you from breathing normally and it was slowly luring you to death. Tears were gathering at the corners of your eyes, breathing become heavier as if someone was choking you to death, your body dropped onto the ground. 

Your body felt as if it was on fire, you didn't know how much time have passed while you were enduring the intense pain. Your vision starts to blurred as black spots appears before darkness consume you whole.

❝(Name)!❞

That's the last time you heard your brother's voice and you never see him ever again.
