As satisfaction of fulfilling a promise made the delighted soul rejoice in content, unable to fulfill the same promise made another feel crushed, ruffle and riled.

Got up percipitously as the sight of his weary Bondita replayed in his mind, eyes reddened jaws clinched veins popped out fists rolled in vexation.

Glancing his hands which reminded her made its way staining his cheeks in the same yellow as her priorly and vowed to extricate her withthat as the dyad's eyes locked they nodded in assurance and geared up.

Sun was all set to rest for day as he drove into the woods, stopped and darted towards her opening the bonnet, in state of funk felt relieved and splashed drops of water on her face trying to get her conscious back though looked worn out opened her eyes to close it instantly after recognising her Angrez dada.

Her increasing frailty was evident as he tried to open up the tied ropes, at the same time felt a harsh tug on his shoulder and before realizing was flipped onto the rough ground also was thrashed, beat violently by the duo perennially. Next, clutching his colors harshly and holding him dangerously close Anirudh growled "Mere Bondita ka apharan karega thu? How dare you? I will make sure you dont see the next sunrise." Sensing the bate state, understood their misconstruction tried to retort yet waned being floundered in writhe.

Though grew dozy still felt the whips and his howls woke her up, faintly discerning the sight forcefully dragged her timid frame and when about to plunge Rajeev caught hold of her beside the car, while her baba barged questions on her in contrary he barged the English stranger fiercely.

Unable to withstand more she squeaked at the duo "Ruk jayiye dono, aapko meri kasam" and this right away broke down the ruthless act up. Fear clouded their eyes though her well being modified their temper. Gaining pace pulled out her hands from her baba's and rushed for once focusing her steps thought it to be to embrace, enfold him and silently cherished at heart which broke when she sprinted past him and began to tend the stranger's wound yawping Angrez da. It pained him at her worry for some stranger and childishly he felt it was his all hers were his. As the duo glanced each other in uncertainty they heared him speak.

Seeing her anxious, with a subtle smile her Angez da spoke "I am alright Miss Elfin, completely fine just some bruises and its granted for you afterall" making her smile and eventually got up dusting the dirt off him.

"Bondita, tum janthi ho inko? Koun hai yeh aur yeh sab kya hai?" Rajeev asked impatiently as Anirudh too looked forward.

Staring the duo for a moment full of anger spoke out "Inka naam William Almack hai, British Soldier aur mein inhe Angrez da bulathi hoon. Yeh mere dosth hai aur inhe hi aaj muje bachaya apne hi log se." Pointing Rajeev then Anirudh, she spoke again "Aap dono inhe nahi janthe kyunki mein dar gayi thi baba aapko bathane se aur inse bolne ka moka hi nahi mila." and gave a  scoff in return to his whammy look.

Looking back, "sorry, extremely sorry all because of me, I apologise on their behalf and you need to aid your wounds instantly, Angrez da." To which he refused saying he was good and acted up as these whips din't pain him just to ease her.

She saw her sakha babu stepping ahead, glanced her baba after receiving a nod as she got assent by now turned her back to him puffed her cheeks and crossed her arms. Instantly smiled and stammered "Woh Bo Bon.. Bondita.." to which she eyed him furiously and spoke "toh baba chale, maa intezaar karthi hogi." Rajeev looked at Anirudh's dissatisfied face with pity, tried "woh Bo Bondita Anirudh babu..." as her furious gaze turned to him all his remaining words died before being out. After all Father can never go against his daughter whatever or whoever may be the reason, a daughter is a daughter to a father and undeniably was above all. Though Rajeev himself was unrest about his daughter's spleen for their treatment towards her new found brother yet tried to help Anirudh to go vain. Rajeev made his way to car with his lovely daughter not before glancing him encouragingly and murmuring a sorry to the English stranger.

As Anirudh saw the father daughter duo riding back shooked his head for he knew now it is going to be more hard than before though mending her is an art with which he grew trained at yet felt annoyed at the partiality shown to him against her baba. "Baba ko aur sakha babu ko alag alag kanoon yeh toh galath hai, nainsafi hai aur Jab sab teek hoga tab apne liye nyaay mangega yeh Anirudh Roy Choudary kyunki apne liye aur apne haq ke liye ladna jantha hai yeh toh tayar rehna Bondita Chakraborty." and his stance broke with a stranger's pat.

Observing Anirudh, the English stranger avidly spoke out "Though I understand a father's anger for abducting his daughter yet unable to fathom a young man's wrath which agitated me with foreboding and that person must surely be her..." Understanding his sarcasm let out a smile with that Anirudh heared him again but with more assertion "Today, it was her trust in you and your anger for her but when her anger shows up for you, your trust wins, it will be the best day as you will witness what your eyes are yearning for. And trust me brother the day is not far. Also by you being on her side nothing or no one can harm her even nature as your doting will sheild her in all possible ways." left not before passing a wink to the new inamarato and unknowingly his words erased all the left over fears he bore for her.

When they reached caught the village vaid leaving the Chakraborthy threshold, viewing each other they panicked and rushed inside and once into the room their frames froze at the sight and Rajeev trembled while Devi's smirk was in contrary something Bondita acknowledged.

Nearing Sumathi who felt groggy, they began to vent out their questions rapidly thus feeling helpless grabbed each of their hands, placed on her belly and let an exaggerated simper though Rajeev got what she let slip admist the ecstasy was trying hard to express himself as it made him mind- boggling and on other hand Bondita stared being oblivious. Wanting to embrace the soon to be mother of his child forwarded his hands only to stop looking at his puzzled daughter afterwhich elatedly spoke "tho abb Bondita tume bhi kisi ka kayal rakhna hoga abbse humari tarah" to which she replied fussingly "kiska baba? Mein toh aapka aur ma ka kayal rakthi hoon na." In response grabbed her and pointed her mother's belly and spoke "tumhara anewala chota bhai ka dhyan toh tuje hi rakhna hoga na abb" to which her eyes twinkled and squeaked out in joy and said "sachi baba, yeh toh bahut kushi ki bath hai na, kitna acha hoga jab mere chota bhai mujse khelega muje didi pukarega. Aur mein badi behan hone ke nathe wadha karthi hoon humesha kayal rakoonga apne bhai ka." With that rushed out giving her parents much need privacy to embrace each other who were in seventh heaven.

Entering her room she was on cloud nine to reveal it to her sakhababu as she felt the need to share her happiness to enlarge it and thus keeping aside her fury made sure to meet him as his past Bondita to remind him Anirudh's  Bondita.

On other side free of all inhibitions and apprehensions walked into the haveli like a king who was yet to get hold of his lost heart and once entering leaned onto the pillar and reminsed the past her blowing off, her stares, her words and moreover her actions reminding him she is grown only in age but not to him in anyway. Keeping hands on his heart whispered "Bondita" mildly and in contrary heard a caterwaul.

"Arey kya hua? Itna kyun utra hua hai tera muh? Kuch hua hai kya?" Veer questioned seeing Batuk grumpily handling books sitting beside him even the Zamindaar was glancing over the brothers partially.

"Toh aur kya karoon? Boudi mujse khelne ke liye sakth mana kar diya sab Anirudh dada ki wajah se horahe hai." replied vexedly.

Instantly Veer's face glowed as he spoke "isme kya hai dada ko bath karna pasandh nahi hai toh nahi kar rahe."

Cutting him off Batuk spoke back "nahi Veer dada aap nahi janthe Anirudh dada ko agar woh boudi se bath nahi kar rahe yeh bhi boudi ke liye hi hoga. Kyunki Anirudh Roy Choudary jo bhi kartha sirf apni Bondita ke liye hi hoga." And this made Anirudh chuckle inwardly.

Veer annoyingly retorted "kya Batuk kuch bhi bolthe ho woh Anirudh Roy Choudary hai humare dada kisi keliye yah kisike samne nahi jukthe, joh bhi karthe apna sab kuch yaad me rakkhar hi karthe."

But his boasting was put off by his kaka's sarcastic smile "Arey, Batuk sahi keh rah hai joh Anirudh pure Tulsipur mein sher bankar ghumtha hai woh masum billa ban jatha hai humare Bondita ke samne aur tho aur agar uski bath ho bin sochne samje sab kar jatha hai sirf uski bhalaye ke liye. Aakir uska jaan joh basthi hai usme." infuriating Veer and Anirudh chirpy.

Being miffed up Batuk spoke "patha nahi yesa kya hoga boudi mein joh mujme nahi. Kabhi kabhi lagtha hai kash mein hi Boudi kyun na ho?" Only to receive a smack accompanied by his Anirudh dada's angry glare frightening more ran and hid behind his Veer dada.

To his rescue the phone rang diverting Anirudh's attention and as all heard him speak was able to make out his happiness from his exuberant smile "acha, sach... aaj hi. Bahut acha sunkar bahut kushi huye... haan zaroor. Abb raktha hoon." Neglecting the fear Batuk spoke out "kya hua dada? Bahut kush lagrahe. Kya baat hai Hume bhi batayeye na.." to which proudly nodded in negation holding a grin "nahi, bilkul nahi. Itna khass baat tho pehle apni Bondita ko batha chalna chahiye na." And walked away cheerfully leaving his brothers to peeve.

Around half passed six in the evening draped in cherried red saree bordered with thin layer of white grey matching it with puffed up blouse along which hung some jingles adorned with tiny pearl ornaments from head to toe ran into the haveli carrying the jar filled with mouthwatering sweets and her smile widened to her sakha babu's merry beaming over the phone but stopped at once hearing his words "teek hai. Zaroor. Yeh toh mera farz hai bahut kushkismath hoon. Avashya teen din mein hi. Teek hai kayal rakhiyega."

Passing by, Batuk spot her boudi just behind his dada whose eyes were flooded which remained unnoticed by him yet grinning asked "dada, matlab sach mein aap kisi se bhi nahi darthe boudi se bhi nahi." Unaware of her presence to which hazily Anirudh spoke lifting his colars "Anirudh kisi se bhi nahi dartha tumhari boudi se tho bilkul bhi nahi. Joh bhi kartha hoon sirf soch samjke kartha hoo. Samje" words stopped when he felt something back and glancing back his eyes widened with Shock as she took her steps back while for now Batuk knew his dada got trapped badly but when his eyes fell on what his boudi carrying, along with his dada he too steeped towards her. "Arey boudi, galath dada kare toh sazaa hume kyun dedona joh bhi tere hath me hai." To which received a irated look from both more from his dada who had known his mischief and without a word they saw her rushing into her haveli with tears. Both their faces fell one for her other for the jar she was carrying.

Halted at the threshold and anticipated the past minutes his Bondita in the same red saree he gifted a year back was looking pretty attractive no less than a goddess but her actions startled him once more as just priorly fumed and raged in anger now came to meet him all by herself with sweets. Though it astounded him more made sure his work had becomd more hard by the trap of his brother.

Clearing mind, ready for direct open confrontation walked towards her house to see her parents leaving in extreme contentment and when entering the threshold was welcomed by the copper vessels thrown one after the other on him restricting him further perplexed at her act tried to step only to get doors shut on his face and saw her demented look.

Fall short, disheartenedly returned back to his study sat on couch and lit up  spotting the telephone and once hurriedly dialing to the one in her room, it worked when she picked up but words suspended hearing the tape which she played, he heared his own words and shut his eyes controlling.

"Apni Bondita se door reh saktha hoon kya? Koi dil apne dadkaan ke bina reh sakthi kya? Nahi na. Hum ek hai toh jahan Bondita wahan Aniridh kyunki Bondita ke bina Anirudh nahi. Hai na?"

Pained for her, it was the words and promises his heart made to his ex wife who dolled up as young maiden earlier before her departure from Tulsipur away from him, her sansaar.

With that she instantly put the telephone off as she rested herself on the headboard with closed eyes and tears dripping continuously while he leaned himself onto the couch reminding them and for now he was sure she heared them speaking and undoubtedly was the cause of her tears.

No, he said to himself as he cannot be the reason of her tears as he always wanted to be the basis for her merry beatific smile. His determined heart exposed its will to gain her and her smile back at any cost. Glancing his brothers who were chitchatting got a plan and hurried to them who looked at him befuddled. And the big brother shared his idea to his brothers only to hear them whining back in refusal and when turned back heared Veer speaking "teek hai dada, hum aapki madad karenge par iske badle aap humare teeno ke sath sona chahiye raat kyun manzoor hai?" To which he immediately affirmed.

Though extremely stirred up made his mind for his dada while the latter two too obliged and when attained at the spot instructed them to hold it properly, finding it broken Veer spoke "arey dada yeh tuta hua hai hum koi aur le ayenga." To which he instantly refused saying he will handle it and one step on the trembling ladder he heared them all, all his brother's cry out still being ignorant claimed the second only to hear her bellow. Rubbed her tear stricken eyes to see the sight if it was true. Her Som dada on left, Batuk on right, Veer dada behind and atlast her sakha babu struggling with the broken ladder to reach up to her with that her raged eyes shot up at the thought of him being hurt.

She yawped "Batuk kya kar rahe ho abhi ke abhi wapas jao nahi tho sach me patha nahi kya haal karungi tuje." Knowing well about his boudi and her temper moved aside from his own dada. Simultaneously viewing her Som dada, screamed again "aur aap Som dada ja rahe yah mein aapki shikayaat karoon." To which he instantly backed off frightening her complaint to his lover who were now close friends and noticing Veer still at place, yelled again "abb Veer dada aap bhi chod dijiye inhe, inka sahyog math kijiye aapke bhalaye ke liye hi ke rahi hoon." and when he too stepped back at her bold words. Anirudh gave a dissatisfied look to all three who by now looked more horrored.

And when Anirudh tried, he heared her "bilkul, prayas bhi math kijiye warna sach keh rahi iss poudhe se aapke sar ko phod dungi sacchi, ek shabdh bhi nahi seedhe gar jayeye sab abhi ke abhi." made him return with his failed attempts and grudging brothers.

Veek spoke "dekha dada, kitna ahankari hai."

He replied "ahankari nahi sahasi aur zidhi."

Veer retorted "Beizzat kar diya aapko, dekha aapne."

He replied back "apna haq jatha rahi thi bass aur woh bhi mere liye kyunki usko patha hai jab mein uspe chadunga chot zaroor lag jayega muhe joh mere Bondita ko bilkul napasadh hai. Jab Anirudh Bondita ka dard nahi seh saktha toh kya Bondita Anirudh ka dard sahe yesa ho saktha kya? Bolo."

The bright silvery pride moon showed up and both glanced it from their windows as one's heart was filled with resolve while the other longing for it. And he lazily layed himself with books all round just in place as his mind was fully occupied her closed his eyes to relish her. Saying which blew her cheeks and crossed arms dramatically turning back to him, beaming rapturously from behind poked her cheeks and before her retaliation he spoke "mantha hoon galath kiya par abb moka dogi tho sab teek kardunga. Shotti. Agar tumhe teek lage tho kya chalegi mere sath abhi, jahan main lekar Jana chahtha hoon wahan." Her eyes sparkled at the thought and placed hers in his hands in affirmation who responded with his own glittered eyes and when starting off she paused and showed him the window through which they should hop to remain undisclosed. Agreeing her reached to the entrance and before moving ahead glanced her once, soon bent forward towards her only inches away from her face and caught hold of her pallu to cover her head while this small act had returned her rugged breathing, unaware of it barged inside leaving her all alone to return with sandals observing her bare feet slided them with much fondness.

Forwarded his hands for hers and when got hold held it preciously and walked towards the end of their village though unknown of the destination she accepted it as she knew it was the journey with him that all mattered while his eyes proud of the trust she had on him.

With pale streaks of mauve atop and leftover moistured springy turf beneath, walking in quietude felt solace as their hearts rejoiced the entwined hands in surreptitiously reaching few meters far from their homes his naughty Bondita taught of something to trouble her sakhababu thus jerking off his hands ran in flash with him following in alarm. And spotting the flat railing climbed it carelessly admist his cries and once positioned made signs of their heights as by now the railing helped her to attain his height who by now was shuddering at the thought of her fall while she giggled earned a glare from him.

Just minutes, timidity took over her while he dreaded when viewed her falling and when her eyes closed tight in uneasy apprehensions of hitting the ground felt delectation when his left hand sneaked behind saree and pressed her hip exceedingly in process and before knowing was flipped over his right shoulder leaving her legs floating in air above ground, her face between his face and shoulder precisely leaving rapid breaths wheting him, her strands of hair casing his face making him smell the fragrance onusly while her feeble fingers gently brushed and tauting his, their cheeks fondling each other as the need arose unknowingly they remained still as the time froze or it was them who frozed at ardour and as the minutes passed his hold on her hip tightened exciting her like hers on his and felt an emerging need to caress each other incessantly.

If not for the howls of unknown night species they might have been surely mistaken for a statue though ached detached her and placed on the same flattened rails, disquiet was clearly evident on her face too unable to let go his hold clutching her hip more while hers clasping his shirt in vivid fervid.

Their eyes glued trying to perceive the depth about their inkling adulation. As for her she had viewed something peculier regard and his propinquity made her beats irregular with more rigidity while observing her he felt strangely divergent expressing existent predilection and her tinge, contiguity made his breathing more shallow and fast. Their armour sheathed attachment was apparent as they let go, whimed and turned back to eachother, placing hand on top of their heart murmured one another's name to calm up their engendering deep seated vehement as their changing equation was obvious.
