I woke up with a throbbing in my leg. I opened my eyes and noticed that i "was on a bed, my leg wrapped up tightly in a bandage and blood was slowly seeping out of it. I sat up and saw everyone but Landon asleep on the floor. i tried to stand up but i fell, hitting my head on the wood floor hard. someone woke up and helped me up, when i saw who it was i was surprised to find it was Dylan. I felt my cheeks turn red  and quickly sat down on the bed, looking down at my bleeding leg. everyone else woke up and went on a group patrol, leaving me with dylan. Alone.

"you should have luckless take a look at that, Ash." dylan said, referring to my leg.

"i don't need anyone to look at it, it's just a bite." i say, looking up at him.

"It would be wise to have her look at it."

"are you yoda now?" i ask him.

"guess so." he said leaning close to me.

i almost freeze, my mind suddenly blank. I felt my heart flutter for a second and before he gets closer and closes the gap between me and him, claudia runs in with hanna. i look at them, they obviously were exhausted. jake was right behind them with landon's jacket.

"what happened!" i almost yelled.

"landon's been kidnapped by satan." claudia says. "i told jake and luckless, the apparent love birds, and luckless is on her way to check on your leg, Ash."

luckless then comes into the treehouse with herbs and stuff, she walks over to me and checks my bleeding leg, striking a conversation with me. we talk for a while and once she's done with my leg, jake comes over with everyone and what luckless and jake tells us is surprising.

"guys, me and jake are mates and we have mated..." luckless says. she tells us a hell lot of other stuff, that i just can't comprehend. shes, apparently, over 3,000 year old! it took luckless an hour to tell us all this.

"wow..." dylan says, has shocked as i am.

"you can say that again!" claudia announced.

"we need to get to hell, save landon, and come back. it is likely we won't all make it back alive, bt we need to save him. is everyone ready to go?" luckless asked us all. we had gathered our weapons and were ready to meet satan.

"always ready!" jake shouts.

"if ash is going, so am I." dylan says, grabbing my hand.

"as ready as i'll ever be." claudia mumbles under breath.

hanna says something i couldn't hear but i know she's ready.

"lets do this." i say, giving dylan's hand a slight squeeze.

luckless goes over to er bag and grabs somekind of candle from her bag. i take that moment and kiss dylan. i break this kiss right as luckless comes back over to us all. luckless asks me to light the candle with my magic, which i am still learning how to use, and once it is lit, a dark red portal opens below us and we all fall into it. i was pulled into dylan's arms and he kissed me, sadly it was broken right as we hit the ground.

all i can see is darkness, then i hear a laugh. a demonic laugh.

"weaklings!" the demonic voice booms.

i can see suddenly and what i see is disturbing even to me. blood and dead bodies everywhere, i saw landon with his sword at hanna's throat and she was frozen in fear. i manage to stand up and i help everyone else up, my leg seemed to have healed, and i drew my swords. landon seemed to see me from the corner of his eye and swung his sword at me, i brought up one of my swords and blocked his attack. i managed to get him to drop his sword and hanna suddenly pulled him into a giant bear hug! i swear, she's weird.

"let go of me!" landon yells, "i thought you hated me!"

i heard the demon king behind me and when i turned around there was  a sword pointed at my heart, i took a step back. The Demon King walked out in front of me, he grabbed my face harshly and made me look at him. His eyes were a blaze, he must have known that I kissed Dylan...
