"yeah i'm ok, but i feel horrible right now. just before hongjoong went to sleep, i told him that his friends could come over tomorrow for a movie. he was so excited, but i just got an emergency call from work and they need me to fly to south africa this weekend." she pouted, sounding extremely upset.

"well can't you tell hongjoong to do it at one of their houses?" jongho asked, confused as to why his mother was so distraught about the situation when there was an easy fix.

"he said both boys couldn't do it at their houses. i know you're going on a date with ryujin tomorrow night, so i don't want you to cancel. but you know how bad we need money, i can't pass up the opportunity to make more this weekend." she explained to the boy and he nodded his head.

"well, i could ask seonghwa to watch them... but i'd feel bad making him watch all three of them on his own." jongho looked up in thought, suddenly coming up with a good idea to fix the situation, "i know how to fix this. i can ask the other guys and see if any of them are free! then they can come with hwa, so it won't be so difficult to deal with."

"would you do that for him?" jongho's mom asked, hopeful.

"of course. i love joong and i don't want to hurt him. i'll text them right now, i'm sure they're still awake." jongho smiled and his mother gave him a huge hug, jongho hugging back tightly.

"you're such a great brother and such a great son. thank you so much." she let go of her son and gave him a kiss on his forehead.

"i love you too, baby. text them and then go to bed, it's so late!" she laughed as she stood up, walking out of jongho's room and closing his door behind her.
