chapter eleven

seonghwa looked in the mirror one last time, fixing up his hair and straightening out his leather jacket. he made sure to look his best before every party, even if he wasn't trying to impress anyone in specific.

"ok mom, i'm going to san's!" seonghwa called out to his mother who was watching tv in the other room.

"bye honey, be safe! i'll see you tonight." seonghwa opened the front door and left before his mother could ask any further questions.

he spotted yunho's car at the end of his block and he lightly jogged to the vehicle. yunho never drank, so he was always the designated driver for the group of boys.

"ok, we finally got everyone now. next stop, san's!" yunho cheered as he began the short journey to the boy's house.

"so, what's everyone's plan of action for the night?" mingi turned around from the passenger's seat, looking at seonghwa and jongho.

"i hope i can get a little action with ryujin... if you know what i mean." jongho winked at the other boys in the car, making them go wild.

"my son!" mingi laughed and gave jongho a fist bump, "i plan on getting absolutely fucked."

"nothing new there." yunho rolled his eyes, "as i typically do, i'll stand in the corner and make sure no one chokes on their own vomit." the other guys laugh at yunho's response.

"well, i honestly don't have any specific plan of action tonight," seonghwa added, "so i guess i'll just see how the night pans out."

after five short minutes, the boys ended up at san's. yunho parked his car not too far from the house where the party was held at and they all jumped out of their seats, excited for the night ahead of them.

"choi mother fucking san!" seonghwa screamed as he walked into the house, noticing san with a different girl in his arms than the last time at minho's.

"park mother fucking seonghwa! come on, get a beer and play with us. we're about to start truth or dare." san said, peaking seonghwa's interest.

the dark haired boy walked to the kitchen and straight to the drink table which contained what seemed like thousands of dollars of different beers, vodkas, and tequila. seonghwa decided he didn't want to completely black out tonight, so he went for a simple can of budweiser.

"ok, so who's playing?" san asked, and a little over a dozen hands raised. "ok, so we got seonghwa, mingi, yunho, jongho, changbin, felix, soobin, yeonjun, yeji, ryujin, heejin, jinsoul, yeojin, and haseul. perfect, who wants to start?"

"i'll start." a girl named heejin raised her hand, turning to look at her friend jinsoul. "truth or dare?"

"as if you don't know what i'll say. dare of course." jinsoul rolled her eyes and crossed her arms, surprised her friend would ask such a stupid question when she's always up for an adventure.

"ok, i dare you to take your shirt off for the rest of the game." heejin smiles and jinsoul doesn't hesitate to remove the thin article of clothing from her body, throwing it to her right and hitting haseul in the face.

"good thing i wore a cute bra today." she laughed, obviously overly intoxicated.

"good thing you wore a bra at all." the girl who she hit in the face, haseul, replied with a scoff.

"wouldn't have bothered me if she didn't, am i right guys?" san looked at all the guys in the circle, laughing out loud with them. jinsoul smiled widely, shaking her boobs and earning a few extra cheers from them.

"ok that was hot, but i'll go next. soobin, truth or dare?" a short but buff boy named changbin asked a slightly panicking boy who sat next to him.

"um... truth?" he let out, more like a question than a statement. the rest of the people in the circle groaned, expecting the boy to pick the safer choice of the two.

"is it true that you've had a crush on yeonjun since primary school?" the circle erupted, everyone screaming and soobin holding his hands up in defense.

"no, no! that's obviously not t-true! he's my best friend for crying out loud, god what do you think i am!" the boy tried to defend himself, but the red blush forming on his cheeks was a dead giveaway that the question was in fact correct.

"well, i have one then. yeonjun, truth or dare?" yeojin asked, smirking.

"dare." yeonjun answered, overly confident in himself.

"take soobin up to one of san's extra rooms and see if he's serious or not." she laughed evilly, winking at the blue haired boy.

yeonjun shrugged his shoulders, not seeming to mind the dare. "bye bitches, see you once soobin needs a wheelchair." he said, grabbing the younger boy's hand and dragging him up the stairs. soobin stared at yeonjun with doe eyes, following him without any objection.

seonghwa laughed at the two boy's reactions, not one hundred percent sure if yeonjun was kidding or not. "that was pretty funny." seonghwa said, hitting jongho lightly in the arm.

"yeah it was. by the way, question." jongho asked.

"what's up?" seonghwa answered, moving a bit closer to hear the boy over the music blasting in the house.

"ryujin said her parents won't be home tomorrow, and my mom leaves for work in the morning so... wanna make one hundred dollars tomorrow night?" jongho asked, hopeful for a positive response.

"you know, the cash does sound promising..." seonghwa trailed off, "but your brother's a fucking weirdo."

"bro, i know. but he can't help it." jongho turned to face seonghwa completely, "but please? for me?"

seonghwa let out a loud sigh. "fine, but only because you might get some action. you're lucky i'm being nice." seonghwa pointed at the younger who smiled widely.

"thank you so much hwa! i promise, one hundred dollars coming your way!" seonghwa scoffed at the younger and took another sip of his beer.

he knew it would be a long night, but he was willing to deal with it for the money.

ok so i'm sure no one cares, but today is my brother's birthday and i'll tell you why i'm a bit upset (lol i'm joking i love him i gUESS). nah but here's why. because of social distancing we're having a drive by birthday parade and two separate family birthday parties, which means i probably can't write!! i'm so selfish🤧sorry, call me a criminal! but it's ok, i'm already over halfway done with writing the book (btw it's gonna be about 80+ chapters...) but still, i love writing!!

i also deal with chronic migraines because of two concussions i suffered in 2019 and the pressure on the sides of my head right now are UNBEARABLE. ok no one cares this is too long let me go🤭
