So here we have my three oc's, Neptune(girl), Cade(the awkwardly shaped man in the middle), and Venus(the boy that looks stoned).

Yes, I am very aware that this looks awful, but keep in mind: I drew this on a shitty tablet that barely works with a stylus pen that I got from a dollar store. And there's also the fact that I'm used to drawing on paper, rather than digitally.

Neptune and Venus are twins, if that wasn't already obvious, and they are very dead.

Cade befriends the ghost twins and soon after, begins to have awful nightmares and hallucinations, as well as becoming paranoid. The twins tell him that they can get rid of the nightmares and hallucinations to protect his sanity, but it would come with a price; Cade would have to bring them tongues. At first, Cade was hesitant, as anyone would be after being put in a situation like that. He didn't want to kill another person, so he settled on killing small animals and cutting out their tongues. The nightmares and hallucinations ceased for the time being, until the twins were no longer satisfied with animal tongues, and decidedly longed for human tongues. Cade refused at first and even went so far as to try to face the nightmares head on, but they became too much for him. With his sanity slipping through his fingers, Cade kills a man after a very late night at work, and removes the tongue for the twins. He continues to do this for two weeks, his dirty deeds giving him the title of 'serial killer' on the News stations, though no one would ever have guessed it was actually him behind the serial murders. After the seventh murder, Cade could no longer handle the guilt of taking so many lives, and, finally, takes his own. The twins, having achieved their goal, eat Cade's body and steal his tongue.

The reason why Neptune and Venus want tongues, is because their own tongues were taken from them just before they died.
