He cut her off

" Really you didn't mean to hurt my feelings, that sounds like a joke to you right, your words hurt me a lot, I just wanted us to be close friends, but you always break my hearts whenever you brought up my brother warning, and I told you countless times but you didn't listen, so now let's just ignore each other from now on, Goodbye Poppy" He said and walked off leaving her behind

Poppy stood there dumbfounded, she couldn't process what he just said

She leaped into the class to take her seat

Then she removed about how she bought a bandage incase she needed it, she opened her bag, brought it out quietly because she felt pain all over her right leg

As she brought the bandage out, she was able to use it when the bandage rolled out, it rolls to the entrance of their classroom

She reluctantly stood up and leaped toward the entrance

When she got there, she was about to pick the bandage but someone else picked it up and the person was Richard

" Thanks a lot" Poppy said unaware that it was Richard, she still bow her head down

" You don't have to thank me" He replied

That was why she realized it was Richard

" What are you doing here?" She asked, squeezing her face in pain

" I came back for you, and what have you done to yourself? Your heel is bleeding" He replied

" I mistakenly hit my foot against the wall" She responded

Instantly he carried her with his arms with care, she felt his warmness around her body, her face was caressing his neck

When he got to her chair, she made her sit down gently

" I know you want to pin this on me, but I'm so sorry I spoke out of tune, I was about to leave but when I didn't see you at the parking lots, I could sense something was wrong, so I came back" He said

" I should be the one saying sorry, why are you always stealing my apology from me?" She asked with a soft smile

" I needed to apologize as well, but I was faster than you, but sorry I didn't hear your apology, you said?" He asked

She grin from ear to ear, which made his heart melt like a ice block

" I said I'm so so so so so so so sorry Richard" She said loudly at the top of her voice

" Yes that is better, I need to get the first aid kit you can't just bandage your left it might be infected before you get home" He replied and went out to get it

She beamed looking at him as he walks out

" He came back for me" She said smiling brightly like a lantern

She was about to move her body in excitement but her heels brought back a heavy pain so she sat down quietly with a smile

Richard came back with the first aid kit and noticed she was smiling, his hearts melted again as he saw her bright smile

" Why are you smiling?" He asked

" Nothing, I was just thinking about something" She replied

" And that something was me right?" He asked

She nodded her head first but she quickly realized and spoke up

" No, not you it's something personal" She responded

" I see, this will hurt a lot" He replied

He gently used a cream, to rub her cracked heels, she felt pain but it was endurable because she stared deeply into his eyes, from his eyes, she went to his nose, from his nose she stares deeply on his soft pinkish lips

Till he applied the bandage she was unaware because she was lost on his lips

" Poppy, are you still in pain?" He asked closing the first aid kit but he got no response

He exclaimed

She was brought back to life immediately

" Yes" She said

" Where were you thought before?" He asked

" No where I thought was here of course, it's late already" She said looking at her wristwatch

" Yea, it is, shall we?" He asked extending his hand to hers

" Don't worry, I can work on my own" She replied

" It's still painful, let me carry you" He said

" No don't, I will manage" She replied

Her guilty conscience started bothering her

" You should have let him carry you with his Softs hands....

She quickly cut it off and left with him to the parking lot

She looked around but her buddy isn't there

" Where could she be?" She asked no one in particular

" She must be on her way, you should try calling her" Richard responded

As she was about to call her she got a text message from her buddy saying

" The car broke down, so i had to get it repaired, I called someone from home to come pick you up" The message said

" The car is faulty, so someone else is coming to take me home" She frowned

" Ain't you happy?" He asked when he saw her frowning

" I only want her to come pick me up, I know my brother is busy so I can't call him to pick me up" She replied

" Then I can drive you home, just text her back to inform them not to come again" He said

" Really, thank you" She beamed and quickly texted back

" This is the one time a lady will seat in my car" He said

" So I'm the first girl, Awwwwn" She blushed

" Stop making me heart melt" He teases

She ignored him, blowing him a kiss 💋

He cut it and they both smiled and left the college premises

< Few minutes later, he got to Poppy mansion, she got down from the car and waved at him >

She was having a good rest when I phone beeped

She stood up, took her phone and saw a unexpected message from her boss

" Good Afternoon Cindy, I have wanted to tell you this but this is the right time, I will be moving to Poland 🇵🇱 soon with my family so I have to vacate my store here in Scotland, we are leaving in one week time, so I will pay you the full salary for the month and I'm very sorry for not telling you in advance" Her boss messaged

She was shocked in silence, her heart skipped a beat

She was lost of words for a while... then she regained herself back

" This is unbelievable, how will I get a job?" She asked herself but she doesn't have answers for her question

Her mother walked in as she was lost in thought... with different questions pondering in her head

" Cindy you left the door opened, I keep telling you to close the door whenever you are alone but you won't listen" Her mother said but she didn't hear

Her mother took the groceries she bought from a store and left it in the kitchen, she came back to the living room and sat next to Cindy

" Are you listening?"  Her mother asked and tapped her shoulder

" Mom you are back" She faced her mother

" Of course, I just got back and I asked you a question you didn't get me a response" Her mother said

" Mom, my boss and her family are moving to Poland and she will have to vacate her store here in Scotland" She said

" What, she should have informed you beforehand, how will you get a Job now" Her mother replied

" That was why I was lost in thought in the first place" She responded

" Ohh that reminds me, you are so lucky" Her mother said

" Lucky as how?" She asked

" I was watching the news when a big company, I can't remember the name, In short the big companies is looking for thirty employees and luckily for you, your second dream job was included" Her mother replied happily

" This is a miracle mom, my second dream job" She responded

" Of course, this is chance to prove yourself to the world go and excel darling" Her mother said

" Thank you mom for passing this important information, I will find it soon and send my CV to them immediately" She replied hugging her mother before she rushed upstairs with her phone

Her mother smiled and went back to the kitchen to make dinner

She rushed in, sat down on her bed and she began to search for the companies name

When she finally saw the name, her joy increased

" Wow, it's the EDWARD'S EMPIRE, the richest family in Scotland, this is a huge opportunity for me and I have to drab it immediately, I'm so happy" She said jumping up for joy

She sat down quietly and forwarded her CV to the companies email

" I hope I get this job" She said hopefully

Later, she went down to help her mother in the kitchen

Cindy woke up with Bolts on her bed, she smiled seeing him sleeping peacefully

She took her phone and behold she saw a message from EDWARD'S EMPIRE on her email, which says

" DEAR CINDY WHEELERS, YOUR INTERVIEW IS IN TWO DAYS TIME BY 9AM ON DOT****

She read out and rushed downstairs

She saw her mother in the kitchen and hugged her instantly

" Mom, they sent a message to me, my interview is in two days time, I feel the heavens are with me" She said

" Im so happy for you I will be overwhelmed if you get the job" Her mother said and gave her a peck on her forehead

" Thanks mom, I can now make you proud, I know little brother and dad will be so happy for me up there as well" She replied

" Absolutely yes, they will be more happier than us, I made breakfast already, I need to deliver so orders I will be leaving now, remember to close the door when I leave now" Her mother responded

Madison And Natalie, walks through the corridor of the different classrooms

As they we about to pass through a girl mistakenly from a class bumped into Madison, slipping a bottled water on her clothes

The girl knew she was in trouble immediately she started pleading

Madison heard, attracting the whole classes at the corridor

They rushed out to check what was going on

" You this Pig, you slipped a cold water on Maddy, you must be foolish" Natalie yelled at her

" I'm so sorry, it was a mistake, I can help you clean it please I'm sorry" She said about to touch Madison

But Madison grabbed her hand and banged it against the wall

The girl groaned in pain, the crowd just stood there watching the latest tv series
