✹ "bella! you didn't have to remind me that i'm leaving next week. that just depressing." nicole groaned throwing her phone across the couch and dropping herself on top of bella who chuckled.

bella had one leg sprawled on the couch and the other was hanging loosely outside. nicole positioned herself on top of her with her chin on his chest and her arms wrapped around their waist. she brought their arm around nicole while the other hand continued scrolling down through the comments.

"you made people go crazy over my post, you know that?" bella said causing nicole to hum tilting her head up to look at bella's phone and she was right. she kept on getting notification of people practically drooling over bella. nicole laughed at the comments.

"oh well, too bad." nicole said shrugging her shoulders. a squeal escaped her lips when bella brought their fingers to her stomach and started tickling her a bit and stopped. "you ass!"

"you ass." bella mocked closing their phone and putting it down on the floor. nicole brought her arms to bella's chest and then settled her chin looking up at bella. nicole admired her soft features while they had their head tilted up, looking at the ceiling.

bella's fingers lifting nicole's shirts a bit and started drawing shapes on her bare back, soothing nicole to a whole different level. nicole leaned her head sideways and brought her hand up to bella's face causing him to tilt his head down at her.

"i can't believe im leaving sunday." nicole sighed deeply closing her eyes while her had was still on his cheek, her thumb rubbing her face gently. it was thursday, meaning that she's been here for four days and that she has two days left with bella.

bella scooted more down on the couch ignoring the way that butteflies erupted in her stomach at the simple movement of nicole and her loving stares at her. nicole's been having the butterflies, ever since she followed bella on instagram and talked to her practically every day for the past months or so.

bella realized that the next time they see each other was when he's in canada, filming the last of us and that isn't for another month. she realized that if she wanted to take a step forward with nicole, it had to be now or never.

dante, the dog that they adopted, hoped on the couch at the feet of bella and nicole. doing a few spins before laying down. his head resting on nicoles leg, sleeping in between.

"let's stay here. for a little longer." nicole whispered stopping her movements. almost immediately bella missing her gentle touch. bella took her hand away from her back and brought both of their hands up to nicole. he tugged them off from underneath her head and signaled her to wrap them around his neck, which nicole did.

she moved only a bit — making sure not to bother dante — keeping her arms secured around bella's neck. bella brought their hand back to her shirt, slipping them underneath and onto her warm back.

they stayed like that for the rest of the night. cuddled into each other. savoring this moment before it's too late. keeping it locked it. being in the moment.

nicole's soft snores soon filled the living and they mingled with bella's soft snores. both of their arms wrapped tightly and secured around each other. tenzing caught them and simply threw a blanket over them.

dante got off from underneath the blanket and went back to the same position but on top of the blanket.

whatever nicole and bella were at the moment was fine for them both. they didn't need a label, they didn't need to officially come out to social medial nor to their friends. because whatever they are right now is perfect.

it's exactly what they need. it exactly what they want and crave.
