✹ nicole woke up to a sizzling noise. but it didn't seem like it was coming from her apartment, one because the only person in the house that cooks is elizabeth and she's currently out all week on a trip. two, it sounded more distant.

nicole stirred awake, bringing the blanket over her head and sighing deeply. "goodmorning, sunshine." fuck. nicoles eyes widen underneath the blanket. the thick british voice sounding soft and gentle. nicole stopped breathing for a second and stiffened. bella noticing this and letting out a chuckle. "you slept for about two hours. you mumble in your sleep."

double fuck. nicole groaned in embarrassment pressed her head tightly on her pillow and bringing the blanket down her head to reveal her hair and her head pressed on the pillow. nicole turned her head to the side to look at her phone that was leaned against her nightstand and charging.

bella was the one that was cooking. her phone was leaned against the oil, they were wearing a pink shirt with a grey cap on. his hand on the pan and on the spatula. the sizzling noises coming from the oil inside the pan. nicole's face scanned through their face.

bella held a grin, along with a concentrated look as they hooked. she turned her head to gaze upon nicole who quickly looked away. "so about you coming here. how soon?"

the stupid bet that nicole made when she was half asleep and half awake. it was around 3am for nicole and the only reason why she stayed awake was to continue texting bella who was wide awake. she was going to make a different bet but her fingers seemed to have a kind of their own.

"you cheated. i just know you did." nicole said ignoring her question. bella let out a tck noise and shook their head. he turned off the stove and grabbed himself a plate serving their food.

"i'm just smart, nicky. now dates. i'm free whenever."

"you are just so eager to see me, huh?" nicole teased sitting up on her bed and making her way over to her vanity. she set her phone down leaning it against her perfume.

"obviously." bella hummed back. truth be told, bella did want to see nicole as soon as possible. since their first meeting bella was intrigued by nicole. something about the blonde brought bella closer. almost like a spell, a dark black magic love spell. but bella didn't mind.

"well, i'm free in next to next week." nicole said grabbing her makeup remover and a cotton starting to take off her light makeup. bella nodded her head sitting themselves on the table and starting to look at flights. "bella, i could see what your looking at through your glasses."

"i sure hope you can." bella said swiping their phone down and picking up all the brightness. nicole laughed as now she could clearly see bella scrolling through flights from california to uk.

nicole started thinking about how crazy everything is. just a month ago she developed a small celebrity crush on bella ramsey, only because she saw a tiktok edit of her. then she actually got to met bella and hit it off fairly quickly. nicole still can't believe the fact that her and bella started texting non stop, facetiming whenever they can, talking about future projects and now planning on meeting up again after a month.

but nicole has managed to keep her crush on bella to a minimum. not wanting to just go into something. taking it slow even it pains both nicole and bella. nicole ignored her crush on them and just pretended that she never did and started off as friends. bella didn't pretend, she's just letting their feelings develop as the time flies.
