I totally deviated from the colour scheme and the specific requirements, I apologise for that. If you don't like this and want a redo, I'll totally be okay with that considering that I didn't include anything you asked me to.

I got the model and painted her hair black. I also used a filter to change her eye-colour from blue to greyish. I have no idea why I did any of that, but meh. Also, since it was kind of an adventure/mystery genre, I decided to bevel the title, coz why not.
