It has been weeks since the storm hit the village. Time has past so much that those times seem to be forgotten. Kids are laughing and people are living normal life. Nothing seems to be wrong. But you can feel the cold air in the wind that does not feel right. Something is coming. Something bad is about to happen...

Bruno P.O.V

I was inside my room talking to my mouse friends when I hear that someone knocks on my door. "Come in" I answer and Mirabel comes in. "Hey tio... I need to ask for a favor" She sits down next to me. She tells me that she needs to know something about her future. I can see tiers all over her eyes. I take her hands and I comfort her "How can I help?". We start to make a ring of sand under my sandpit where Mirabel found the broken glass prediction plate in the past. We sit down and I ask her "Tell me... What you want to know". She sights and first hesitant to open her mouth but then she speaks up "I want to know if I can ever love that someone I have fallen for". I never knew that she has fallen in love but I do respect that she finally start to make her own decisions that can make her happy. 

   I close my eyes and make the vision spell. Sand start to fly all over us. Everything turns to green and magical. When I open my eyes we see a silhouette of some one "That must be the one she means. Why I can't see who it is?" I thought to myself. Then silhouette of mirabel appears that we can see clearly. Without any warning we get jump scared. Mirabels silhouette is swallowed by a black mass. I can not see her anywhere no matter where I try to look. But then the silhouette burst out glowing all golden. After that Mirabels and the mystery silhouette can see together hugging. I can feel the love in them but then "AAAGGGHHH!" I yell out in pain. Mirabel try to get up but I show her to stop with my hand "Don't! Just look!" I yell while my ears are ringing and my head spins. All that love turns to pain and suffering. I try to look up and I can see that Mirabels face turn white, tears come down her face. I look behind me and I can see the silhouette of that mystery someone to break up into pieces. After that the vision ends and I drop to the ground. Everything goes black.

Mirabel P.O.V

What is happening? Everything was fine like ten second ago. What is happening to tio Bruno? Why is he in so much of pain? I try to get up but he stops me and tells to look around. Panic is getting me and I can hardly tell what is sand and what is part of the vision anymore. But then I can see that silhouette. It looks bit like Camilo but I can not see it clear enough to be sure it to be him. Sand is getting in my eyes so I can not tell what happens. I try to hold on to my glasses. But then I frozen when I see that something makes the silhouette break down to pieces. I could not tell what happened but I can be sure that it meant death. Then it was gone. "My loved one is meant to die?" I feel numb. Then tio Bruno falls down to the ground and I start to panic. "HELP!" I yell. My head falls to my hands and tears fill my glasses while I still shout help. After a few shouts I can hear the door slam open and someone is coming running. "What is happening? Mirabel? Tio Bruno!". I know that voice. I look up and see that he came...

Camilo P.O.V

I was alone or so I thought. While I walked over to my room I heard shouting. I looked around and called out "hello? Is someone here?". But I could not hear anything. "I must have heard something else" I thought and started walking away again. Then I hear it again but more clearly. I notice some sand on the floor. I look up and the tio Bruno's door is cracked open where the sand is coming from. Then I can hear it "help". I sprint to the door. Slammed it open and run all the way to the top. "What is happening?" I ask when I get there. I can see Mirabel crying "Mirabel?" I ask but when I look over her I can see why she yelled help. "Tio Bruno" he is on the ground and he is not moving. I run next to him. I fall on to my knees and try to wake him up. "He had a vision and he just drop on the ground in pain during it" Mirabel sobs while wiping away her tears under her glasses. I look tio Bruno more closely and I can see that his nose is bleeding and he had bloodshot eyes. I feel for his pulse and it's strong. "Don't worry Mira. He will be fine but I need to get him some help" I tell her. I get up and shift to Luisa. I take tio Bruno in my arms and while I lift him the green prediction plate falls to the ground. It shatters to little glass peaces. I turn and start to walk over to the stairs when I thought to suggest her to clean the glass peaces away. I turn my head and before I can say anything Mirabel takes all the peaces and puts them inside her bag. "What was that vision if it was this powerful?" I think while I start to walk down the stairs tio Bruno in my arms and Mirabel behind me.

It's been ten days sense Bruno fell in to the deep sleep. Julieta tried everything but it seems that nothing can wake him up right now. She thinks that maybe Bruno used too much his power this time. Pepa, Alma and Julieta are all beside him around the clock. They just got together again as a family. Even the mouses that Bruno had made friends with came to see him. They brought old pictures and drawings Bruno had with him inside the walls. "What if he never wakes up?" Pepa was worried sick but her hermana and madre calmed her down "He wont. He just need to rest".

 Everyone else where outside the door waiting some news about tio Bruno. But every time some one came out they had nothing new to tell. "How is this possible? Did something go wrong?" Luisa was asking. "Maybe the vision was that shocking that he became the new sleeping beauty?" Antonio meditated out loud. "I bet he was seeing something so bad that it made him like this" Isabela was looking around when Dolores pointed out that "Tio Bruno was with Camilo and Mirabel when this happened". Everyone started to look at them. Camilo was shock that they even thing about him doing anything for his tio "You can't be serious. I heard someone yelling help and found him. Just like I have told you all thousand times before". Camilo was shaking his hand in disbelief. They then gaze over to Mirabel who has not talked anything. She stopped talking after the incident. Mirabels padre walked over her and put his hand over her shoulder. "I can see that everything is not all right. You can tell me anything" Her padre Agustin assured her. Mirabel smiled little to her padre when the door opened. 

Everyone looked as abuela Alma came out. "How is he?" Felix asked to her. Alma shook her head and told "Nothing new. He is sleeping." Everyone nodded as Julieta and Pepa came outside too and they looked exhausted. "We can watch him for a moment so you could take a shower and eat something" Felix suggested while wiping the tears off his wife's face. Julieta took her husband by the hand and smiled a little "that sound good". As three of them made room for rest of the family Alma stopped Mirabel going in the room. "Mirabel I think it would be better if you don't go inside the room" Alma explained to her. "Mirabel just shooked her head and try to go past her. "No I mean it Mirabel for your own good". Alma insisted and she had that serious voice but Mirabel did not listen. Everyone else started to look at them. Even Julieta and Pepa stopped and stared to wonder what Alma was doing. Alma touched her shoulder and made her face her while holding her hand on Mirabels shoulder "For the last time Mirabel. Don't go in there". Mirabel shake Alma's hand away and when Mirabel try to face the door. "SMACK!" all were horrified. "MADRE!" Julieta yelled to her mother Alma that just slapped her daughter Mirabel. Mirabel lift her hand and touched her cheek that was starting to turn bright red and swell. "You made him like that! You are the reason he is not well! You should be the one that is unconscious and not him! He is part of the magical family Madrigal and your not!" Alma yelled to Mirabel. 

Camilo P.O.V

My jaw falls to the ground. "Not part of the family? What the fuck is abuela talking about?" I almost yell it out loud. I'm livid that abuela slapped Mirabel! She did nothing wrong and she is really hurt what happened to tio Bruno. I know that she is blaming herself about everything that has happened. I can see how red her cheek is. You can distinguish the handprint on her face. Julieta yells her madre and runs to Mirabels side like Agustin does too. Three of them start to argue. Julieta try to take closer look at Mirabel but she just runs away crying."Mira wait!" I yell after her but she wont stop so I run after her while everyone else are in shock and arguing. I see Mirabel run to outside the casa's front door and I follow her. 

   I run all the way to the forest after her. After some time I'm out of breath. "Mira where are you?" I shout out loud desperately. No answer. I look around me and just start to run towards the river. I can hear the water but then I start to hear crying. I get my head out of the bushes and see that Mirabel is sitting on the railing of the old bridge. I start to walk towards her and speak to her "Mira I'm so sorry what happened. Let's get back and talk about this". But before I was at the bridge Mirabel stand up at the railing. "You don't understand anything about me!" She cries out loud. "I think I know more than you know Mira. We can talk this out" I assure her. But then she jumps over the railing to the river. "MIRABEL!" I yelled and run to the bridge. I get to the railing where she jumped. I look down to the river and I can not see her. I throw off my poncho. I take deep breath and jump after her. 

   I try to look around me under water but the water is so dark. At first I can not see anything but then I can see some kind of silhouette at the bottom of the river. I swim deeper and then I can see that it's Mirabel. I take her by the waist and swim to the surface. I gasp for some air and start to wade to the river side. I drag us both up on the grass. I lie Mirabel on the grass and get on my knees. "Mira! Are you okay? Talk to me!" I shake her. She start to cough and she opens her eyes. She looks at me and I let out a big sigh of relief "Don't scare me like that. You could have drown!". She then start to cry again and I jut take her in my arms. "Why I can't have a miracle?" She shouts. I hug her more tightly. I gather my courage and whisper to her ear "You are my miracle". I give her a little kiss on her forehead. She looks at me with her watery eyes. I can see that her face start to turn red but not just one cheek. Our eyes are just glowing with that warm feeling people call "love". She squeezes my wet shirt into her fist and presses her head to my chest. I pet her head and try to comfort her. I want to hold her in my hands forever and keep her safe but I know that it's not acceptable me to be her knight. I shouldn't love you.... I shouldn't fall for you but...

How is this fair if it's already happening?
