Jeeva didnt recognize him as he had not met him...

Jeeva got it who it is... kathir has told that dheena wished to marry mullai, approached her parents and they just refused... He didnt say anything more about the fight...

Kathir turns from the mirror combing hair and saw dheena...

His face went rigid... Jeeva noted his face reaction and wanted to give them a space for them...

(A kutti flashback : After few days of the fight, Dheena started feeling so bad for his behavior and words towards mullai... He very well understood it was just a attraction he had for mullai, definitely not love as said by kathir.... He just confused his feelings and made a big mess in their relations... He was guilty when parvathi completely avoided his parents saying about the fight... It became even more worse to see his parents not invited for marriage... After all mullai was their favourite too... They always adored her as their daughter... Even she was his favorite person and good friend from childhood...But evrything changed because of him... He first apologised to his parents and took them to mullai's house... He again apologised to parvathi , murugan and mullai... Though they were furious initially about his talks on that day, Murugan and parvathi acccepted his apology... Everything settled down fine...Even mullai spoke well with his parents but completely avoided him.... Everything was back to normal but not dheena mullai relationship....)

Over there in hall,

Murugan, dheena's father, sankar and few other relatives were sitting in one side...

Moorthy, jega, kumarasen mama and some more relatives were sitting in another side...

Plates were placed in front of them...

Kathir was standing along with jeeva, kanna and saravanan...

He looked dashing as always with his simple look...

Dheena who was with kathir left to backside as he didnt want to spoil mullai's day....

Mullai came into the hall looking at her kathir whose eyes were on mullai as well...

They smiled at eachother....

They made them sit near their family oppsite to each other...

Murugan got up and presented his gift to kathir, a ring and a chain and wore it on him....

Kathir touched his feet to get his blessings...

Murugan made him get up and held his hands for a second in gesture of affection....

Mullai's eyes sparkled with satisfaction seeing the two most important men of her life standing together happilly...

Murugan and kathir came back to their place..

Dhanam wore a ring and necklace to mullai on behalf of Lakshmi..

Mullai got blessings from lakshmi who in return kissed her in forehead making kathir blissful...

Everybody chuckled as if they got kathir's mind....

Mullai bent her face blushing as she interpreted his gaze....

Iyer started reading the lagna pathirikai...

Kathir and mullai started beaming at each other hearing to the pathirikai...
Its just another 12 hours...
They are going to be one...

After the pathirikai reading was over, they made kathir and mullai get blessings together from everyone....

Following was just normal talks....

Both side family members were nattering happilly and teasing eachother....

After spending some good quality family function time, everyone left to dinner........

It was a buffet dinner...

Kathir, mullai, jeeva, meena, kanna, suji and sankar were standing away from elders and babbling among themselves along with the dinner...

Kathir and mullai though in a gang found their own way of speaking and giggling....

At that moment, Mullai saw dheena for the first time in the function along with jega and jega mom.... She had already seen his parents....But she didn't know he too have come around... A clumsy feel started oozing up in her...

Kathir noticed mullai's look on dheena and her uneasiness suddenly....

Kathir and mullai slipped out of the crowd and he took her to the garden which was brightly lit just like the hall inside.....

He explained what all dheena spoke and what kathir told him...

M (startled) : mama.. nijama avughala manichutiya...

Iru na poi avana anuparen... nalla pesu... yellathaiyum sari paniko...

M : mama... iru...

K : mudhala ne avankita pesu... apuram namma pesalam...

Kathir left in a jiffy and asked dheena to meet mullai in garden... Dheena came rushing to see mullai...

Dh : mulla.. romba sorry mullaa...

Dheena was in verge of breaking to tears.. mullai could see it clearly...

M : pesaratha elam pesitu ivalo easy ah manichudu nu solregha neenga... yevalo thapana varthai athelam... oru ponna athum enna paathu kekalama...

Dh : appo yetho oru kovam mulla... yosika mudiyama pesiten.. yosicha purinjuthu yevalo kevalam ah pesiruken nu.... sorry mula..

Mullai moved on to tears..

Dh (in a helpless voice) : puriyuthu... athuku than manasara sorry kekaren mulla... vera yena panrathunnu theriyala yenaku... neeye sollu.. atha panren... aana pesama mattum irukathe...

Mullai is always known to dismiss negative emotions so soon...she never keeps negative things piling up that too with her loved ones.. Dheena was one of her good friend and lovable cousin too.. She couldn't see his pleading and after talking with him she felt the clumsiness of the incident reduced...

M : sari vidunga mama.. atha mothama maranthudalam... inime antha naal ah pathina peche venam sari ah...

Dh : nijamave en kuda palaya madhiri pesuviya..

Dh : hmmm ok...friends??? (Moved his right hand in a gesture of hand shake)

M : hmm friends... (mullai shook her hand)

Both were beaming feeling the taste of peace..

Dheena agreed and walked along...

M (smiling) : aama aama...

Dh : mulla... aana anne sema character than... na panatha maranthutu enkita nalla pesi, una pesa solli athum thaniya enna kutitu vanthu unkita pesa solli.. yena yellam panraru... na nenaikave illaa... avara ipadi nu iruku...

They reached the dining hall.. kathir was with same gang who were eating ice cream and laughing loudly on something...

M (smiling fondly seeing him) : avan yepavume apadi than...

Dh (shockingly) : ei yena avan ivan nu elam pesare.. avugha enna vida periyavugha....

Sametime kathir saw them walking towards him.. He was feeling so relaxed to see mullai smiling widely and talking to dheena...

M : athu apdi than... apadiye kupitu palagiduchu...

Dh : athu sari...

They came near the gang....

K (in low voice) : pesitengala... elam mudinjuthu than eh....

Mullai smiled in acknowledgment....

Dh : nalla pesita ne.. romba thanks...

K : ada thanks ah vidu...
Ice cream sapidarengala...

Ka : anni thayavu senju sapidunga... neenga sapidama annanum sapidala....

San : avalo paasam...

K : athelam illa.. apuram yen enna vitutu sapita nu sandai poduva...athuku than oru mun echarikai....

M : aama aama sir ku sandai podave theriyathu...nanga than podarom...

Ka : thirumba arambichitengala... aama neenga rendu perum kalyanam pani yena pana porengalo...

K to M : yena panuvom nu kekaran de.. solava...

M (blushing) : chi po mama....

After sometime, they left to the main hall and started their chats again till they have been called by elders to leave for sleep....

Mo : pothum pa pesinathu...mani pathu achu... poi elarum thongunga.. kaalaila anju maniki elarum ready ah irukanum....

Everyone agrees to go to bed and disperses...

Before leaving,

Kathir calls mullai alone...

K : ei... oru 12 mani ku inga kela vaa...

K : solren... ne vaaa...

M : mama yaravathu paatha yena agarathu... velaiyadariya ne...

K : sonna sari nu sollu de.. kelvi kekathe... olunga vanthudu.. thongidathe... na unaku phone panren...

M : sari ok...

Kathir and mullai leaves to their respective rooms and wait for everyone to sleep....
