Not knowing what to say, Sivaangi shook. She took a minute to gather herself.

Sivaangi- "athu enaku eluthinathu thaane, apo naan padika koodatha?" (That... You wrote that for me. why don't I?)

Ashwin- "yen nadungura? una naan padika koodathu nu solala." (Don't tremble. I didn't intend for you to misread that.)

Sivaangi widened her eyes. 

Ashwin- "Kannamma athula neraiah en kanneer than irukum. atha padichutu neum kasta paduva, ethuku ithellam thaan, yosikuren" (Kannamma , it has only my tears. You too will suffer reading that. Is it needed?)

Sivaangi- "please vaathi"

Ashwin- "sari padi, but naan illama padikatha" (Okay, But don't read without me.)

Sivaangi- "yen?" (Why?)

Ashwin- "unna alavidama naan pathupen di. namma santhosama vaala vendia naatkalla nee yen ipadi palasa ninaichu alukurathuku aarvama irukio theriala."
(I won't allow you to cry. We should be able to live happily, yet you are constantly lamenting the past..)

Sivaangi- "atha ellam happy ah mathidalam" (We can convert it to happy memories)

Ashwin- "hmm papaom" (Lets see)

Sivaangi- "epadi kandupuducheenga?"(How you found this?)

Ashwin- "un pathil, nee nadanthukura vitham ellame solluthu" (Your actions and words all make this clear.)

Sivaangi- "puriala" (Didn't understand)

Ashwin- "ippo nee konja nerathuku munadi enna sonna?" (What you said a few minutes before?)

Sivaangi- "enna sonen?" (What did I say?)

Ashwin- "unga alavuku kadhalika mudiathu nu sonna" (I can't love you as much as you did.)

Sivaangi- "so?"

Ashwin- "naan enna nadanthathu nu mattum than unkita sonen, naan unna evlo virumbinen nu solave illa" (I didn't emphasize my affection for you while recounting; I merely described the previous incident.)

Sivaangi started to think.

Ashwin- "athu mattum illa, 'enaku oru chance kodu' nu kenjuna, unaku vacha chella per pathi keta ellathukum mela thideernu enna vitu poidathanu katti pudichu alutha."
(And not just that. You advised me to give you another chance, inquired about your pet's name, and, most importantly, hugged me while sobbing on that particular day and said that I shouldn't leave you.)

Sivaangi looked straight into his eyes.

Ashwin- "inum sariah solanumna, naan suicide attempt panna varaikum nee padichurukanum, sariah?" (To be more specific, I assume you read up until my attempt at suicide. Is it correct?)

Sivaangi raised her head in agreement as she stared at him in surprise. They exchanged glances. 

Ashwin- "sorry di kannamma", he gently caressed her skin which had his fingerprints.

Sivaangi- "paravalla naan appo etho kovathula thappa pesiten. Sorry vaathi" (Its okay. I must not talk like that. Sorry Prof.)

Ashwin- "nee enna pesirunthalum naan adichuruka koodathu" (Whatever the reason for your statements, I must not slap you.)

Sivaangi- "thookam varuthu (feeling sleepy)", saying so she hugged him tightly.

Ashwin- "unaku udambula entha problem um illa. You are just weak" (Your body is in perfect health. You're merely weak,)

Sivaangi-"nijamava?"(Truly?)

Ashwin- "medical reports um pathutiah" (Did you saw your medical reports?)

Sivaangi-"hmm aana puriala" (Yes, but didnt understood anything)

Ashwin- "avanunga kodutha drug un udambukku othukala. Athoda nee romba stress agi saria sapdama, schedules olunga follow panama iruntha.."
(Your body does not tolerate the medication they give you. In addition, you skipped meals and didn't adhere to the schedule adequately because you were under stress.)

Sivaangi-"athellam neraiah juice kudichen" (But I consumed more juices.)

Ashwin- "Kannamma , nee sapdurathu first baby ku thaan pogum, apuram thaan unaku varum." (Kannamma, Everything you eat will first go to the baby before it is supplied to you.)

Sivaangi- "oh"

Ashwin- "baby poratha apuramum kooda unaku problems neriah irunthathu, ellam senthu un udamba romba affect paniduchu, athanala.." (Also following the baby's delivery, you had other issues. Everything therefore had an impact on your physique.)

Sivaangi- "athanala..." (so)

Ashwin- "epadi solrathu, unala udane alvlo pressure ah thaanga mudiathu." How do i say this? Further pressure simply cannot be tolerated by you..)

Sivaangi- "appo Enala unakooda epovume... (Means, With you, I can't be)", she shed tears, "un kulanthaiah naan sumaka mudiatha?" (Is it impossible to have your child?)

Ashwin- "Kannamma, relax" 

Sivaangi- "please vaathi mudhalla pathil sollu, enaku ore padapadappa iruku. ayaiyo  ennala appo?" (Please Prof. First tell me fully. I am shivering inside. Oh god.. SO?)

She stopped as Ashwin drew her close to him and kissed her.

Ashwin- "solratha muthalla mulusa kelu di, un udambuku strength vara konja naal agum."
(Listen first. Building up your body's strength will take time.)

Sivaangi-"evlo naal?" (How many days?)

Ashwin-" 1 year agum, already 3 months mudinchu" (1 year, already 3 months over.)

Sivaangi- "athaan nee vilagiye irukiah?" (So, you are maintaining distance with me?)

Ashwin- "illa di, nan vilagi nikala. unaku ellathaium sagachamakuren" (No, I am not. I making you comfortable.)

Sivaangi- "ohhh, practice... Practice panna enaku sari agiduma?" (ohhh, practice.. Will it makes me fit?)

Ashwin-"oru try thaan. nalla yosi. First time, kiss panapove nadukkam vanthiduchu unaku. Apuram atha accept panita."
(It's only a try. I gave you my first kiss, and you shivered. Later, you gave in.)

Sivaangi- "amam, athuku apuram nee thotale enaku oru mathiri agi tired agum vaathi. konja naal la athuvum palagiduchu." (yes. I shook when you touched me after that. I get used to it afterwards.)

Ashwin- "First time, naan una nerungina pothu unaku romba nadukkam vanthu, almost mayangura nilamaiku pona."
(You shivered a lot and nearly passed out as I initiated with you for the first time.)

Sivaangi-"hmm", she blushed thinking about that.

Ashwin- "ippo ellam madam make out panitu enkooda sandaiye podreenga" (You and I are fighting right now after having a make out.)

Sivaangi- "vaathi", she buried herself in his chest.

  Ashwin- "namma vaalkai la ellamae ini irukum Kannama. Naan pathukuren. Kandippa namma pulla un vayathula valarum"(Kannamma, we'll have everything we need in life. I'll be careful. No doubt, Our baby will grow up in your womb..)

Sivaangi responded by giving him a hug. They both slept while embracing each other close.

Everyone works on their chores in the morning. Madhu can easily socialize with others. They also admired her greatly. Everyone was startled to see Sivaangi when she first emerged.

Seetha- "Chinnu", she shouted.

Ashwin- "amma"

Without hesitation, Seetha slapped Ashwin, hardly getting anyone to get up from their seats.

Rakshan- "amma please konjam porumaiah (Mom, please relax.)", he went near Seetha and tried to hold her.

Seetha- "epadi aranchirukaan paaru" (see how he slapped)

Sivaangi- "amma naan thaan thappa pesiten. athan avaru..." (Mom, I actually misspoke, and as a result, he..)

Seetha- "udane adichutana? (so he slapped?)". That's when Jai ram too entered.

When Jai Ram saw Ashwin's fingerprint on Sivaangi' s face, he was astounded as well. He also attempted to slap Ashwin, but Madhu intervened.

Jai ram- "nee vilaguma.. chinna ponnukita poi veeratha kamichurukaan" (You go away. How dare he slap a little girl?)

Madhu- "sir adichurukarna, avare kovapadura alavuku Sivu etho pesiruka" (Sir must have said something incorrectly to cause him to slap Sivu. )

Jai ram- "enna vena pesirukatum, athukaga adipana?" (Whatever it might be. How can he slap?)

Madhu- "ennapa neenga ithuke tension agureenga, nethu vera naan Rakshan kooda thappu paniten. athu theirncha konne potuduveenga pola?" (Oh my God, you tensed up for this alone if I said that Rakshan and I committed a mistake yesterday. Will you murder us?)

For a moment, Seetha and Jai Ram stood motionless after hearing that. Rakshan gazed at her while widening his eyes..

Madhu- "patheengala, poi nu therinchalum neenga shock aaneengalla? unagala sila nodigalluku react ae pana mudialaila... athumari thane Ashwin sir-um, Sivu ma enna pesinalo thangika mudiama adichutaru. Please pa, konjam relax aagunga. Ungaluke theirum Sir evlo love panrarunu. avar reason illama adika mataru pa"
(Look, Even though you are aware that it is untrue, you are nonetheless astonished and speechless. The same holds true with Ashwin Sir. He may have reacted quickly because he was unable to process Sivu' s comments. Pa, please calm down. You are conscious of his affection for Shivu. There must be a justification for this pa.)

Jai Ram and Seetha settled themselves on the chairs. Regarding the way Madhu handled the circumstance, Raj chuckled. Even Malini is munching on her snacks while observing the action. Raj and Madhu were unfazed because they were aware about Sivaangi and Ashwin quite well.

Madhu- "adiye ippo nee perform panaum di, konjam shock la irunthu velila vaa
(Come here Sivu, It is your time to perform. Come out of your shock.)", she shake Sivaangi.

Madhu- "sorry Rakshan sir, konjam miss agirunthalum adichurupanga. atha thadukka than poi soliten. sorry sir" (sorry Rakshan sir, There is a chance to beat him. I lied to avoid that. Sorry)

Rakshan just nodded and went near Jeevan.

Sivaangi- "athu vaanthu naan nethu avarkita.." (Actually yesterday I said...)

Ashwin- "Sivaangi", he called her sternly and nodded as no to her.

Jai Ram and Seetha looked at one other. They realized he was forbidding her from using such phrases once more.

Jai- "vendam ma, Nee marupadium solla vendam nu avan ninaikuraan. engaluku puriuthu" (There is no necessity. He didn't want you to say it again. We understand.)

Seetha- "sorry chinnu, adichathuku. Kovapadathappa. Unoda oru nodi kovathoda adayalatha paathiah? nee romba balasali pa. ava chinna ponnu. konjam poruthu poo paa"
(I'm sorry Chinnu for hitting you. Don't be furious with me. Have a look at the signs of your rage. You have a strong character. She is a young lady. Stay calm, please.)

Madhu clapped her hands and said, "super ma, chance ae illa. Enga Sivaangi ku thappa ethuvum pesatha nu solluveengalo nu ethir pathen. But neenga sir ku than advise panreenga. neenga great ma"
(Super ma, chanceless. I figured you would tell Sivaangi to watch how she spells the words. But you told Sir to keep his cool. You are truly amazing.)

Seetha- "enna kindlaa?" (Are you making fun?)

Madhu- "Honestly No ma. Neenga sonalum Sivu keka maata, but neenga Ashwin sir ah thitina ava avarkagavavathu change ava. Enna oru tactics ma. neenga romba brilliant ponga"
(Sincerely, no, ma. Sivaangi won't listen to you no matter what you say, but if you speak to Sir, she will be altered immediately to prevent this from happening. You're awesome, mom.)

Seetha gave a get caught look, for which everyone laughed. 

Sivaangi- "ithuku neenga direct ah ve enkita solirukalam" (You can directly say this to me)

Madhu- "vaipilla raja" (No way). They again laughed. 

Seetha- "sari sari ellarum sapdalam vaanga. madhu nee kasayam kudichutu aramani neram kalichu thaan sapdanum"
(Come let's eat. Madhu, you should drink Kasayam first and then have breakfast after half-an-hour.)

Madhu- "Please ma vendam. enaku sariyagiduchu" (Please no. I am okay.)

Ashwin and Rakshan- "No Way"

Rakshan- "vai adichalla, mudhala kudi" (Have it you talkative.)

Madhu gave a pleading look to Ashwin.

Ashwin- "Chance ae illa. Health than first. kudi" (No Chance. Health is first. drink it)

Madhu- "sathya sothanai (Experiments with Truth)", she dramatically said and drank it. 

They heard someone entering forcefully  into the house .At most enraged, four people entered the home.

Madhu- "Mama"

:" enna Madhu romba santhosama iruka pola?" (What madhu, looks like you are so happy?)

Madhu- "Mama, nee uyiroda thaan irukia?" (Mama, Are you still alive?)

Mama- "yen nee koothadika idanjala irukena? enna di ithellam"
(Why? am i disturbing your party? What is this?) , he throwed photos at her. 

Rakshan and Madhu were in all of the photographs, which were taken in the bathroom and bedroom. There are pictures of Rakshan dousing Madhu in water, trying to undress her, but she closed her eyes and let him, Rakshan lifting Madhu when she is only wearing a towel, feeding Madhu, and Rakshan giving her pills. Everyone who views the images is stunned. Although no one questioned them, they are concerned about the issue that has arisen for Madhu. 

Madhu quickly gave her Mama a head-to-toe look. She didn't cry, but she has a lot on her mind. 

Mama: "Enna di pakura, chee neellam oru ponna. Enamo kadhalikum pothu apadi nadicha.. ipo naan illatha naale masathula inoruthan munnadi ottu thuni illama ninrukka. ithuku thaan nee pathini mathiri enta scene potiya? dei, nee thane ithula irukurathu.. nan kastapattu ushar pana nee ore naal saptu poiduviah?"
(What do you seek. Are you a girl at all? You performed admirably when we were in love. You are now exposing your naked body in front of a man. Hello, are you the person in the picture? How do you take her so quickly?),

Everyone found the way he spoke to be repulsive, so he marched over to Rakshan and attempted to beat him. He was lightly slapped by Madhu who intervened between them.

Mama:"yei, ennayae adikuriah?" (Are you slapping me?)

Madhu slapped again and shouted in a peak of anger, "nee thane en appa amma va konnathu?" (Did you killed my parents?)

Mama: "nana? ... naan ...naan ...naan .....naan illaye. enna udane en pakkam thirupa pakuriah?", (I....I....I....I didn't. Why are you diverting topic?) he stammered

Madhu- "atheppadi, vedichu sitharuna car la driver seat la irukura nee matum thappicha?", (How is it possible? How did you escaped from the blasted fired car from the driver seat?) she clutched his shirt and angrily inquired.

Mama: "Adhu enakum adi pattathu" (I too have injuries?)

Madhu- "achacho enga? enga adipatathu? oru keeral ah kooda kaanum?"
(Oh, where is it? there is not even a scar or scratch in your body?), she mocked.

Mama with high irritation said, "hey amam di, naan thaan un appa amma va konnen. enna ippo athuku? nee ellam oru aalu unaku naan pathil solanuma? (Yes. I am the one who killed your parents. So what? I can't answer you.)", he uttered and signaled the man next to him.

Madhu didn't respond and simply continued to consider his comments while crying for a minutes before saying, "unna nambunen" (I believed you.)

When Madhu murmured the phrase, everyone got emotional. Rakshan squinted his eyes shut in anger. Everyone in the family is affected by the grief she experienced.

Mama's friend: "inga paaru olungu mariyathaiah un sotha ellam en annan peruku mathi eluthi vai" (Look, Just transfer your property to my brother's name.)

Madhu- "illaina enna panuva?" (What if I don't?) , they looked at her with a WOW reaction.

Mama: "yei ippo tharalaina unna kondruven di, nee yaroda venalum koothadi aanaa enaku un sothu koduthutu poo, illaina una uru theriama sethachuduven." (If you refuse, I'll kill you. You can spend time with whomever you like, but first, give me all of your property. )

Madhu-"nee konnalum unaku sothu kidaikathu. nee ennaiah enna panalum unaku sothu kidaikathu. (You can't get it even after you killing me.)" Her mama looked at her with confusion. 

Everyone was stunned by her response. She's too bold for her age. She never loses the will to be brave. She is not frightened of the males in front of her.

Madhu- "athellam eppavo Devamirtham welfares ku eluthi koduthachu. enkita ippo entha sothum illa"  (All properties are given to Devamirtham welfares long back. I am not having anything now)

For the entire family, this is brand-new information except Ashwin. They're stunned.

Mama:"yaara yematha paakura, soththu illama thaan athe veetla vaalnthutu irukiah raani mathiri" (are you trying to cheat me? I know that you are living in that house like a queen. )

Madhu laughed at him and said, "nijamave ethuvum enaku sontham illa. antha welfare la AK nu oru anna irukaanga, avanga pota scheme padi Naan ippo antha veetla thangikalam avangaluku theva padura varaikum. Neriah sotha donation ah koduthathaala enaku source of income illaingrathala, mukiama naan anathaingrathala AK anna than monthly oru amount anupa solirukaru."
(I really have nothing on my name. There is a person there by the name of AK. I was permitted to remain in my home until they needed it under his plan. Since we donated more property to the welfare and I became an orphan because I had no income, AK sends money each month.)

Mama looked at her with confusion.

Madhu- " surukama sollanumna, Naan sapdura sapadu padikura padipu thangura idam ellamae AK nu oru anna podura pitchai thaan. oru vela avangaluku veedu thevai patta, naan nadu road ku vanthiduven" (I basically begged AK for a place to live, food, and money for school. I ought to be at the roadside right now if not for him.)

Everyone is staring at Ashwin in disbelief, but he isn't taking his eyes off Madhu. Everyone is proud for Madhu and Ashwin.

Mama: "soththa mirati vaangitatha case potu thirumba vaangidalam, vaa"  (Lets claim the property by filing a case against them. come)

Madhu- "athu mudiathe" (we can't)

Mama: "yen?" (Why)

Madhu- "kaiyelluthu mattum illa, video la voice message la inum pala vaigaila avangaluku uruthimoli koduthurukom. naanga manapoorvama samathikurom soththa tharathukku nu. Unna pola yethana pera paathirupanga, athan ipadi method ah mathitaanga pola"
(We confirmed that we solely agree to donate the property to the welfare not only by signing but also by recording videos and voice messages. They may have witnessed a lot of cheaters like you. therefore they modified their approach.), 

She mockingly said. There is no fear in her eyes. They can only feel the rage.

Mama: "hey unaku inuma di thimuru adangala, nee mattum tharalaina un photos videos ellam nalaiku net la leak paniduven" (You are still arrogant after all. If you don't give your properties then I will release all these photos in the net. )

In the home, there is absolute silence. Madhu briefly shed some tears as well, but she soon recovered. Madhu took the pictures while sitting in a chair and commented as she looked at the pictures, "sari leak paniko. athulayavathu nalla clarity ulla photos and videos podu." (Okay upload it. At least there you upload photos and videos with good clarity.)

No one expected this reply from her except Ashwin. 

Mama's friend: "yei ennadi koluppa?" (Hey you...)

Madhu- "yen mama, tension agutha? Bathroom varaikum ella idamum secret camera vachiruka pola? naan inga thaan iruken therinchu vanthirukuratha paatha follow pana aal vera vachirka pola? romba selavagiducho? aiyo paavam." 
(Do you feel anxious, Mama? You did have hidden cameras in the bathroom as well, correct? Since you already know I'm here, you must have men who will follow me, am I right? Was the price too high? I'm sorry about you.)

She is so outspoken that everyone has been staring at her with amazement. They audibly heard clapping. Suriya did indeed enter the home while wearing a police uniform.

Suriya: "Super maa", He also inspired Madhu, which stoked her Mama's flame even further and made the men who were around her Mama fearful.

Mama:"aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh", He shouted aloud and kicked her stomach with much rage. 

Madhu unexpectedly screamed "aammmmmmaaa" and fell backward from the chair after receiving a kick to the stomach.

Ashwin approached him and delivered a punch to the chest that caused him to lose consciousness. Everything happened in a minute.

Suriya  went near that man, examined and said, "sethe poitanda".  (Died). The other men got scared and ran out from the house. 

Madhu gripped her tummy tightly as she sobbed and coughed in between her sobs.

Rakshan- "vaanga hospital polam" (Come lets go for the hospital)

Madhu- "vendam, Sivu ma, enaku restroom ponum please" (No, Sivu, I need to go the restroom please). Sivaangi helped her and they went inside Rakshan' s room. 

Ashwin- "Suriya ellaraium pudichachulla?" (Did you caught everyone Suriya?)

Suriya- "hmm, ellam control la thaan iruku. athu irukatum, nee enada ipadi ore adila konnuta. kovatha korai da" (Indeed, all is under control. You fired one shot, and it killed him. Get less enraged)

Ashwin- "Chinna ponna mithikuraan paathutu summa iruka solriah?" (He kicked a little girl. Do you want me to be calm?)

Suriya- "adhukunnu. nee konnuta ippo naan enna panrathu?" (So? What I can do now?)

Ashwin- "athaan moonu peru irukangalla?" (Still there more men are there, right?)

Suriya- "avangala vachu naan en team ku training koduka vendama?" (Those are needed to give training to my team)

Ashwin- "ippo enna da? unaku kollanum avlo thane.. antha gayathiri pullah varuvaan avana venumna nee konuko" (So what? You wish to kill right. Still that Gayathiri's son is pending. Just kill him)

Suriya- "intha deal okay." (Deal okay)

Rakshan didn't mind their conversation, but Jai Ram and Seetha noticed that he was tensely watching his room every minute. Once more, Raj and Malini began to consume their drinks and snacks. Under close observation,

Malini- "semma twist ithu" (Great twist)

Raj- "amam, Mapla epavume arivu thaan. but semma strong nu ippo than therium"
(yeah, I know Ashwin is brilliant. But today only i come to know that he is strong too.)

Malini- "Madhu ku valikum ninaicha varuthama iruku, but ore adila anan therika vitathu semaiah irunthathu" (I feel pity for Madhu, still I enjoyed Ashwin's single shot.)

Jai ram and Seetha looked at each other and suppressed their laugh.

After an hour, Madhu came in front of everyone with a tear stained face. 

Madhu- "Sorry. en problem nala neenga ellarume disturbed agirupeenga. Naan veetuku poren. Ini ethuvum ennala problem varathu. Apuram nijamave engalukula ethuvum nadakala."  (Sorry. You are got disturbed because of my problems.  I am leaving to my home. hereafter there won't be any problem. Actually nothing happened between us.)

She once looked at everyone and started to walk towards the door to leave.
