Just to cope with the events and to look after her mental health, Sivaangi started seeing a counsellor three days a week. Raj and Rakshan gladly agreed to the schedule, and Malini always accompanied her to the hospital. 

since it is three days once she started rambling much to dev,

Deva-" Ellam oru karuthu kanipu thaan kathu-kutty, un ennangal romba alaga iruku.. athu pothum (Just a guess, you are beautiful by thoughts.)"

Sivaangi-"nee pesiye kavuthuduva.. (You are smart with words)"

Deva-"athuku thaan ena velaiku vachurukanga kathu-kutty (That's the reason they gave this job to me, learning-little.)"

Sivaangi-"athu enamo unamai than dev (Yeah, that's true dev)"

Deva-"ipo than athayae kandupudichia kathu-kutty (Oh, you found out Learning little)"

Sivaangi-"pch, delivery-ku apuramum nan ipadi than irupena?(will I be like this after delivery too?)"

Deva-"illa kathu-kutty, kandipa un weight kuraium (No Learning little. Sure you will loose wait)"

Sivaangi-"apuram nan marupadium alaga mariduvena? (Then, I will become beautiful too.)"

Deva-"amam (Yes)"

Sivaangi-"appo nan ippo alaga illaya? (So, Now I am not beautiful right?)"

Dev-"venumna namma Dr. Amrita ta kepoma? (shall we ask Dr. Amrita, if needed?)"

Sivaangi-"vendam vendam, ne nan alaga than irukenu solluvanu ethir pathen ( No No, I expect you to say that 'I am beautiful')"

Deva-"atha sonna than, unaku epadi therium nu kekuriae (I told already, but in return you asked me how do you know)?"

SIvaangi-"ippo keka maten sollu (Now, I won't ask tell me)"

Dev-"nijamave nee alagu than kathu-kutty (Honestly, you are beautiful Learning-little)" , he said it with a little giggle.

Sivaangi-"nee poi than solra but keka nalla iruku (I know you are lying, but it sounds good.)"

Dev-"thanni romba kudikurathu illaya kathu-kutty (Why don't you drink more? Learning-little)"

Sivaangi-"nee pathiah?, ivanga poi solranga... naan nijamave neraiah thanni kudikuren (Which do you know? These people are lying. I regularly hydrate myself well.)"

Dev-"enaku un report than solluthu, nee sariah thanni kudikala-nu ( According to your reports, you don't drink much.)"

Sivaangi-"thanniah evlo than kudika mudium? (How can I consume a lot of water?)"

Dev-"appo juice ah kudi (Then just drink juice)"

SIvaangi-"juice-um evlo than kudikurathu, enaku pudikala dev (Juices no longer satisfied me. Everything irritates me.)"

Dev-"kathu-kutty (Learning little)",He spoke sternly to her.

Sivaangi-"kudikaren kudikaren (Will drink, will drink)"

Dev-"inum konja naal than ma, Please (Just a few more days dear, Please)"

Sivaangi-"haan, sari sari, ellarum ithaye sollunga (The same thing is said by everyone, I know.)"

Dev-"baby movements theriutha? (Will the baby's movements be felt by you?)"

Sivaangi-"scan panama feel pana mudiatha (Is it possible without scanning)"

Dev-"kathu-kutty" , He said in a strict tone

Sivaangi-"ok ok , tension agatha dev, enamo enaku ipo rllam neraiah doubt varuthu (Ok, Don't get tension. I having more doubts now)"

Dev-"enna doubt (What doubt)"

Sivaangi-"nan sapdurathu ellam papaku poguthu thane? (Right, everything I eat will result in a baby?)"

Dev-"amam (Yes)"

Sivaangi-"appo papa epadi bathroom pogum, enakullaye vaa? (Where will the infant then go to use the loo? within me?)"

Dev-"kathu-kutty, unaku yosika vera visayame illaya? itha yosichutu iruka?... papaku name choose panitia? (Learning little, Why do you give it so much thought? Have you thought of anything else? Did you choose the little's name?.)"

Sivaangi-"yes, Already en thambinga sonathu thaan, Jeevan or Jeevitha (Yeah, My little brothers did. Jeevan or Jeevitha)"

Dev-"sari, vera enna visesam? (Ok, anything special)"

Sivaangi-"thangam birthday varuthu, but ethuvum gift pana mudiala (Indeed, my brother's birthday is soon approaching. Yet, I don't have anything to give him.)"

Dev-"paint panni kodu (Paint and present it)"

Sivaangi-"enna paint panna, ethuvum thonala (What to paint, I have no idea.)"

Dev-"nee first start pannu kathu-kutty, apuram thonum (You just start, then you will get one)"

Sivaangi-"hmm"

On Rakshan' s birthday,

Raj-"Happy Birthday Da", he hugged him tightly 

Malini-"Happy Birthday" 

After a heated dispute between the three of them during which Rakshan forced Raj and Malini to back his choice, Sivaangi arrived, Raj and Malini gave him gifts and expressed their wishes for him.

Sivaangi-"Happy Birthday thangam", she wished and gifted him a painting.

Rakshan-"Thanks Thangam, unkita irunthu enaku onnu venum en pirnathanal parisa tharuvia? (Thanks Dear, I need one thing from you, will you present it to me?)"

Sivaangi-"sollu thangam, nee ena ketalum tharuven (Yeah, Whatever you wish.)"

Sivaangi-"thangam", She hugged her womb in disbelief and on the verge of shouting. She had the impression that everything was spinning wildly. Malini assisted her in sitting and gathering her thoughts.

Sivaangi-"Thangam nee (Dear you..)", she struggled...

Rakshan-"un kannu munadi than kulanthai valara poguthu, nee than valaka pora, aana en kulanthaindra adayalathoda valaratum Thangam, please (It will develop before your very eyes; in reality, you'll take care of it. Please give me the baby. )"

Sivaangi-"yen (Why)"

Rakshan-"nee just 18 vayasu ponnu ma (You are just 18)"

Sivaangi-"enakagava? anney nee... unakum ithu okay vaa? (For me? brother you.. are you okay with this?)"

Raj-"avan solrathu sari than ma, unakaga illainalum papa-kaga nama itha pananum.. nalaiku papava intha samuthayam hurt pana koodathulla. (He is correct, papa, and you must accept this for the sake of the child if you don't, otherwise society will injure him.)"

Sivaangi-"en kulanthaiya iruntha hurt aguma ?(Why the society will hurt my baby)?", she is confused.

Raj-"kulanthaiyoda appa pathi kepanga papa, avanuku oru initial venum intha samuthayathula avan mariyathaiyoda valarurathuku (They'll inquire about his father. In order to gain people' respect, he needs an initial.)"

Sivaangi-"amam la, en kulanthaiya irunthaa... appan per theriatha pillaiya valarumla (Sure, if he is my child, then his father is unknown.)"

Rakshan & Raj- "Sivaangi", they shouted.

Malini-"dei, kathatheenga... Inga paru da chellam, ethaium yosikama en kelvikku pathil sollu (Don't shout, Look at me dear. Just answer me)"

Sivaangi-"neengaluma anni (You too.. sister-in-law)", she asked in a hurtful tone..

Malini-"illa da, ne mothalla nan solratha kelu, Rakshan unkita irunthu un kulanthaiya pirikuran-nu nianikuria? (No, listen to me first, dear. Do you anticipate being separated from the child by Rakshan?)"

Sivaangi-"illa anni.. aana nan amma-va iruka mudiathe (Never, never. I won't be a mother then, though.)"

Malini-"anba kodukurathuku amma-ndra uravu kandipa venuma, chellam? (Does showing a child love require being a mother?)"

Sivaangi gave it some thinking.

Malini-"nan unaku verum anni ya than irukena? (Am I just sister-in-law to you?)"

Sivaangi-"illa anni, but.. enaku enamo romba valikuthu.. (No siter-in-law, But it hurts a lot.)", Tears began to come out of her eyes.

Everyone there felt terrible for her. But, they are without any other choices. She stood motionless, tired. Everyone acknowledged her suffering and allowed her space to heal and make a decision.

In hospital, during counselling session...Dr. Amrita agreed when Raj and Rakshan asked her to speak with the counsellor.

Rakshan-"hello doctor"

Dev-"yes sollunga (Yes tell me )"

Rakshan-"Nan Rakshan, Sivaangi -oda (I am Rakshan, Sivaangi' s)"

Dev-"Thangam"

Rakshan explained the things to him. 

Raj-"ippo baby ah ivan baby agave mathida porom (I'll just adopt that child as my own, then.)"

Dev-"appo kulanthai-oda amma? (So what about baby's mother)"

Rakshan-"delivery iranthutatha frame pana porom (We'll stage it so it looks like she passed away during birth.)"

But kulanthaia vangita responsibility koranchudum nu neenga ninaikurathu ennala ethuka mudiala.. amma-va illama athaiya appavum kulanthaioda than iruka poranga, ithula neenga patient ku enna nalathu irukunu solreenga nu puriala (I'll be there for you. Yet that is not the case; after this, her responsibilities will alter. She continues to function as an aunt. What is unique about this choice, then?)"

Rakshan-"appo avale ammava irukatum nu solreengala? (So, you want her to be a mother)"

Dev-"illa, ava life ku unga plan enna?, ethavathu yosicheengala? (No, I'm merely inquiring as to what led to your choice by asking about her future intentions.)"

Raj and Rakshan stood silent.

Dev-"she is just 18 , kulanthai ku ippo ammava iruka vendam-nu ninaikurathu okay than, but avalukana identity ku neenga inum ethuvum yosikalaye...  (I don't mind that she is just 18 and cannot have children, but what happens after that? Have you made a decision yet?)"

Raj-"enna ethirpakureenga nu direct ah sollunga (What is your suggestion?)"

Dev-"nothing much. Avala marupadium padika vainga.. let her mingle with this world. Avala unga veetlaya vachirunthathu pothum. inium apadiae iruntha avanga psychological ah pathikapaduvanga. avangaluku oru diversion venum athu oru improvement agavum irukanum. (Almost nothing. Let her explore this universe as she studies. Have her outside of the actual residence. She may experience psychological effects, thus she requires a distraction and a life enhancement.)"

Rakshan-"aana ava payabuduvale... (She's terrified of)"

Dev-"ippo kooda than kulanthaiya koduka varuthapaduranga.. athukaga vituteengala? (She was hurt again just now; did you make any changes in response?)"

Raj-"puriuthu, Neenga solratha patha unglauku ethavathu College suggestion iruka? (Understood. It seems like you have a college to suggest us.)"

Dev-"yes, If you dont mind, *** college try panunga (Yeah, If you mind, join her in *** college)"

Raj-"sure"

Dev-"baby poranthu six months kalichu join pani vidunga..  (Six months after her delivery is enough)"

Rakshan-"kandipa (sure)"

Dev-"okay, Thanks. Enaku patient waiting, Bye (Okay, Thanks, I have my patients waiting. Bye)"

Raj-"okay bye", they ended the conversation.

Raj -"dei avan aduthu pesaporathu papa kita thaan, analum romba punctuality pakuran da (His patient is our sister only, He ivery punctual)"

Rakshan-"vidu da, ipo varaikum ivan unamaiah oru nalla friend ah pesaran, athukagave vitralam (Its okay, he is a good friend to her till now.)"

Dev-" appo nee happy ah thane irukanum kathu-kutty, en sogama iruka? (So you ought to be glad. Why are you acting so depressed?)"

Sivaangi-"thangam gift ah kulanthaia kekuraru (He need my baby as a present)"

Dev remained silent for some minutes, " nan sonna kepia kathu-kutty? (Will you pay attention to what I have to say?, Leaning little?)"

Sivaangi-"koduka solla poreengala? (Do you want me to give him?)"

Dev-"neyum antha mudivula thane iruka... Unala itha thanga mudiama thavikura.. enaku puriuthu (You too made the same choice. You can't accept it, though. I recognise that.)"

Sivaangi-"hmm, enamo valikuthu dev.. oru mathiri, romba valikuthu.. Nan enna thappu panen enaku ivlo thandanaigal-nu puriala, enaku moochu muttuthu.. Please dev ethavathu panunga (Hmm.. It is very painful.  What did I do wrong for these punishments? I'm struggling to breathe.. Please help me. )"

Dev remained silent.

Dev-"ithuku enkita oru vali iruku, sonna seivia? (Will you implement the solution I have?)"

Sivaangi-"sollunga, enala itha thanga mudiala (Yeah, I am unable to bear it)"

Dev-"nee nianikura ellathaium pesu ma enkita.. ellame ethaium maraikama vidama.. nan enna ninaipen nu nianikatha... en mela nambikai iruntha ellame pesu.. (Just speak your mind without any regard for what I might think without any filter. If you're convinced, just tell me.)"
