"Dai, are you ready to go?"

"Mhm. Hang on." Daichi looked up smiled. He finished tying his shoes and stood. Daichi grabbed his bag and kissed Sugawara's forehead. "Lets go. Asahi! Come on!"

Asahi closed his book and followed them outside. "So tomorrow we'll be at your house to do homework?"

"Right." Daichi stated. He laced his fingers with Suga's and squeezed lightly. "Do you want to stay the night? Just so we can get done and have some fun afterwards."

"I don't know… my parents don't like me staying over at friends' houses…" 

"Yeah but it's me. Doesn't your mom trust mine?"

"I think so… she doesn't talk to me too much."

"Hm. I'll ask then."

"Thanks."

"No problem." Daichi turned to Sugawara. He smiled and laughed. "You okay?"

"Mhm!" Sugawara blew a bubble with his gum, still smiling. Daichi popped it with his finger and grinned. Sugawara frowned and put the rest of the gum back into his mouth.

"Don't be a jerk Dai."

"Sorry, sorry." Daichi let go of Sugawara's hand and wrapped his arm around his shoulders instead. He glanced at Asahi, who looked worried. "You okay?"

"Mhm."

"Asahi. Don't lie."

"I'm not." Asahi pulled out his book again. Sugawara snatched it from him and held it away.

"Tell the truth."

"Eh… I just kind of wish I had someone too. It's nothing bad. I'm jot jealous either. Just being patient."

"Patience is good." Sugawara handed him the book back. Asahi held it to his chest, not wanting it to be snatched again. "I hope someone comes along for you soon."

"Thank you." Asahi smiled.

Daichi kept up the conversation, talking about how strange their team acted, their sleeping arrangement that night, and how happy he was to have the other two. It was normal. For once.

Asahi had ended up staying the night, on a comfortable futon next to Daichi's bed. Sugawara was curled up with Daichi, comfortable. He had occasionally curled up with Daichi during the night, as he'd done for the last two months. It made him feel better than being by himself, all cold and scared.

"Mm. Dai wake up." Sugawara mumbled. He pressed a kiss to Daichi's lips gently and laughed. "Daichiiiiiii. Wake uuuuuup."

Daichi sighed and opened his eyes. "Hey…"

Sugawara giggled softly and kissed him again. "Asahi is still asleep."

"Mm... Okay. Why'd you wake me up though?"

"Cause I wanted to talk to you for a little bit. I'm deciding to be sappy."

"Pfft." Daichi closed his eyes. "Go back to sleep."

"Aw." Sugawara reached over and grabbed a stuffed animal. Daichi opened an eye and watched as Sugawara held the toy, a small snow rabbit. Daichi leaned down and started to run his fingers through Sugawara's hair. "Mm?"

"Did I upset you?"

"Uh uh."

"Okay." Daichi pressed a kiss to Sugawara's forehead and smiled. "You feel okay?"

"Mhm." He turned his head to the side and grinned. "You're adorable."

Daichi blushed. "H-hey… don't say that…"

"Why?"

"It's embarrassing."

"Oh you big baby…" Sugawara kissed Daichi again. Daichi laughed and held him closer.

That's when he noticed how incredibly strange Sugawara felt. "Suga?"

"Yeah?"

"Why um… why can I feel your ribs?" Daichi whispered.

Sugawara shrugged. "I dunno. You probably didn't notice. I'm apparently super skinny. My mom said so anyway."

"Suga that's not healthy…"

"That's why I have the medicine."

"Okay... Be careful." Daichi pressed his lips to Sugawara's cheek. Sugawara nodded and closed his eyes, staying awake.

At least an hour later Asahi woke up. Daichi and Sugawara got up and they ate breakfast. Sugawara took his medication, of which he had to tell Asahi about so he wouldn't be concerned.

They sat around the coffee table and decided how to plan out doing their homework. Soon enough though, Sugawara felt uneasy and knew what he had to do.

"Hey Dai? I need to use the bathroom. I'll be right back." Daichi nodded, moving a textbook onto the table. Sugawara started to get up but Daichi pulled him back down. He grinned and kissed him gently. "Okay now let me pee."

"Pfft." Asahi laughed as well and handed Daichi a paper packet.

Sugawara walked into the bathroom, locking the door and plopping down in front of the door. He forced his fingers into his throat and vomitted into the bowl. Sugawara leaned into the toilet, breathing heavily. He wiped his chin with the back of his hand and coughed. "One more…"

Sugawara felt tired. He felt heavy. He felt… gone. Sugawara reached up and wiped his nose that was now bleeding from the pressure. He stood shakily and grabbed a wash cloth.

"Jesus…" He looked at the dimming room and sighed. "Okay deep breaths."

He inhaled deeply and held the washcloth to his nose. After a moment Sugawara went back to the toilet and shoved his fingers into his throat. He vomited violently into the toilet bowl and tried to catch his breath again.

This time he felt his head start to pound and his stomach tighten. His hands started to shake and he gasped for air, terrified. This had never happened after he'd thrown up. His vision blurred and he collapsed, head swimming. "O-oh no…"

There was a gentle knock on the door and then a sigh. "Um… Daichi wanted me to come get you if you're done in the bathroom. We're about to start our math homework." Asahi knocked again. "Suga?"

Sugawara groaned in pain, almost a loud whimper.

The door handle jiggled loudly as Asahi tried to open the door. "Suga?! What happened?!"

There were footsteps and then the door handle turned fully. Daichi stepped into the room and saw Sugawara on the floor, now unconscious. Daichi pushed Asahi back and made sure he couldn't see the older male on the floor. "Go get my phone."

"W-what happened?"

"It's fine. Go get my phone."

"O-okay." Asahi rushed off.

Daichi turned around and scooped up Sugawara, lightly patting his cheek a few times. "Suga. Suga wake up."  Sugawara's eyes fluttered open, unfocused. He wheezed, trying to breathe correctly through his daze. "Hey, hey what happened? Why-"

Daichi's eyes landed on the toilet bowl and he closed his mouth. Asahi returned and handed Daichi his phone. "Oh god what happened?"

"I'm not sure. I'm just going to say he's sick." Daichi held his phone to his ear. "Hello? I need an ambulance. My friend collapsed and he seems to be having trouble breathing."

He paused and watched Sugawara go limp again. He knew he was still breathing so that was fine.

"No! Why would this be prank?!" Daichi groaned and put down the phone. "They hung up."

Asahi bit his lip. "What do we do?"

"We go next door." Daichi put his phone in his pocket and lifted Sugawara's light body up. "He's so…"

"What is it?"

"Hold him." Daichi handed Sugawara over to Asahi. Asahi gasped as he held the silver headed male.

"He's not supposed to feel this light…"

"I know." Daichi took Sugawara and headed outside. "Come on." He walked up to his neighbor's house and knocked on the door. A man opened the door and smiled down at them.

"Hello there." He spotted Suga and his eyes widened. "What happened?"

"We need to get him to a hospital. Please. My parents are at work and I don't know what to do…"
