" FINN ... "
Marie watched with narrowed eyes as Finn Collins picked up a flaming torch, which had helped keep the camp lit up, and threw it into a building where all the grounders food was. "What are you doing?!"
Murphy stepped back in shock, eyes widening as the building went up in flames, smoke rising. "Finn, that wasn't apart of the plan!"
"We've changed the plan." Finn says, stepping back and watching as a grounder steps out of his home and yells out fire to alert others.
Marie, raising her hands and pushing Finn slightly. "The hell, Finn! That was their food."
Murphy grasps ahold of Marie's wrist, pulling her away from Finn, who holds the gun with his finger still on the trigger. He's worried for her, because in Finn's eyes, she's the one who lead them to this. Clarke would never have gone missing if she didn't lead the grounders to their death.
Finn aims the gun upwards and fires widely into the air, no care about anything else but finding Clarke. He shoots the gun once more and looks around the camp, all the grounders having stilled at the sound of gunfire. "Who's in charge here?!" When no one answers, he fires the gun again. "I'll ask again. Who's in charge?"
A grounder with long knotted looking hair, face tattoos and a warn out attire steps forward with his hands raised. "Our leader isn't here, you can deal with me. I am Nyko."
Finn nods and moves his arms so the gun is pointing at Nykos chest. He would die, right then and there if Finn pulled the trigger.
"Nobody has to get hurt. We just want our people back." Finns voice isn't kind, but it breaks at the end. He doesn't want just his people, he wants the one he loves.
Nyko glances towards Marie, his eyes pleading. "We don't have your people."
"Then you won't mind if we look around." Finn states before he glances towards Murphy and Marie, taking a step away and rubbing towards one of the buildings to hopefully fine the rest of his people.
Marie takes a step towards Nyko, her movements small as she keeps her hands away from her weapons to make sure they know she isn't a threat. "Let me help you, please. Tell us the truth, Nyko, are they here?"
Nyko shakes his head, keeping a small child under his one side as he stands and looks down slightly at Marie. "You know they aren't, Marie Kom Trikru."
"Then no one will die today." Marie sticks out her hand for Nyko to shake, her word of a promise. She then ushers everyone into the pen where they previously kept the animals, as a way for them all to be together and not wandering as Finn searches the village.
Murphy glares at Marie, who is talking to some of the children, telling them to quiet down and listen to Nyko. "Stop talking, Marie. Find something? Finn! Finn, answer me! Are you all right?"
One of the grounders stand when Murphy turns his back, but he hears the noice and whirls back around. "On your knees, on your knees, now! Marie, on your knees! Finn! Slow down."
Finn comes rushing from one of the buildings, a jacket that had previously belong to a delinquent in his hands. He stands at the gate, staring down at Nyko. "What have you done with them?"
Murphy, who's growing a bad feeling in the bottom of his stomach grasps ahold of his jacket. "Hey, Finn, Finn! Come on, let's go."
"Their clothes are here! They were here, Murphy." Finn pulls his body away, eyes wild as he waves the gun and shoves murphy back with his free hand. He turns back towards Nyko. "You killed then."
Nyko keeps his hands down, showing the grounders behind him to stay on their knees and not make any movements. He gestures to Marie, who is crouched beside him. "Your friends were not here."
Finn points the gun at Marie, any trace of friendship they once had now down the drain. "You lied! You said you've never been here."
"Once." Marie exclaimed. "Only once Finn, Anakin was just showing me around. I was barely here."
Murphy tries to pull Finn away once more, his tone pleading as he talks. "Finn, don't do this. Let's just walk out of here while we still can, ok? Finn. Please. Just because their clothes are here, doesn't mean anything."
Finn glares at Murphy, his body tense and his finger itching closer to the trigger. "He told us our friends were here. Why would he do that?"
"You held a gun to his head, Finn!" Marie snapped as she stood slightly. Her body was tense, scared for those around her. Finn was a lose cannon, and it was showing. "He could have been a thief!"
Nyko nodded rapidly as Marie kneeled once more. "He was banished, you were his revenge. He fooled you."
One of the grounders tries to escape by swinging his body over the fence, but Finn is quick in gunning him down and ending his life. Blood soaks the ground, the body being given back to the earth.
"No!" Marie yells out, her throat raw as she lets out another scream as the body on the ground goes still. "Finn, stop! You've murdered him!"
Nyko cried out in horror as more blood seeped into the dirt, dyeing it a red colour. "He was just trying to get away!"
"Come on!" Murphy spared Marie one more glance before he tugged on the back of Finn jacket, momentarily distracting him and allowing for grounders to try and escape.
Marie cried as she hugged a little boy to her body. She had no idea who he was, but by the way no one else had come to his side, she assumed his family was dead or somewhere else. She held him until his chest stopped moving, and then, she stood on what felt like weak legs.
She looked around at the numerous bodies on the ground. She counted them, one by one, reaching a total of fifteen bodies that laid bleeding into the earth. Four elders, five adults, and six children. Dead, by the gun Finn Collins held. She blamed herself, for letting him even leave the fallen spaceship. She blamed herself, for not fighting against him. She blamed herself for it all.
"No!"
"Clarke,"
