" ANAKIN ... "
Kane steps into the room, disregarding the space where his daughter once sat. Someone had broken her out, claiming that she knew where the missing children were, or where they could be.
Kane knew who was behind it, who had helped Bellamy Blake and Finn Collins take his child. But he wouldn't fight it, not when he had a grounder to get information from.
"Anakin; in american language it means warrior. You are a warrior, and by the marks we had seen on your back, a very good and well respected one." Kane sits, and offers up a plate of food and water, that he notices the grounder look at but never touches. "It isn't poisoned, I can show you."
Kane pours some of the water into a spare cup he had brought, swallowing the cool liquid. He then takes a small price of food, eating it and proving that he was only being kind and not attempting to poison the grounder.
"We've tested your blood." Anakin peaks up at this, his eyes narrowing but his body straightening up. "Our doctor believes it is just a mutation in your blood by the radiation, or something passed down many generations ago."
"What do you want?" Anakin asks before he brings the cup of water to his lips and sips the liquid gently. He has withstood many forms of torture as apart of his nightblood training, as apart of his warrior training in general. He knows when not to talk, and when he can. He knows what to say, and what not to say. Most importantly, he knows what his sister would want him to do. "Marcus Kane."
"I want to speak with your commander." Kane reveals and for a second Anakin is taken back. "I want to negotiate a truce."
Anakin nods his head. "And you want me to take you?"
Kane nods back, because he would be walking blindly anywhere if he didn't have Anakin. He needs the guide, and even if Anakin leads him into a trap, he needs to place some trust on him in order for them to survive. "Yes, I do."
"We leave now then."
" THANK YOU ... "
Marie smiles kindly as she takes the map that had been drawn by a grounder that Bellamy and Finn had taken and tied up in a small underground bunker that Finn had shown them. They had already been to the camp that Marie and Anakin had been it, which wasn't even a camp, it was just a place in the middle of nowhere where they were camping out as they waited for battle.
Bellamy is peaking over her shoulder and observing the map that had been drawn by the grounder. He looks at the mark at where they are, and then he tries to see how much longer it would be before they reached the other camp. "Gather up the gear. We're leaving."
Marie looks at the grounder, who the males had tied to the chair. "What are you going to do about him?"
"We'll leave him," Bellamy starts as he swings his gun over his shoulder and digs out his knife, the one he had made after his first sleep on earth. He had actually been with Marie when he made it, saying how he would use it to keep everyone safe. He had made her one, saying she needed to keep herself safe. "We can deal with him when we come back, when we're done."
Murphy shrugs his shoulders and looks to Marie, knowing that this would hurt her feelings. "And what if he escapes? He knows exactly where we're going?"
Marie narrows her eyes as her hair moves with the quick motion of her head. "We are not killing him."
He gives her a look, a look that shows her he's sorry. Because he is, he missed his best friend. He missed her despite the way he was, how he was just another pawn in the worlds game and did what he needed to do he could survive. "I don't really see another option. If we don't take care of this now, it'll blow back on us and you know that, Mar."
Bellamy pushes himself in front of Murphy, crossing his arms over his chest and shaking his head in disbelief. "He's unarmed, Murphy."
"He's a grounder." He looks to Monroe, and back to Finn, but ignores Marie's eyes this time. "Really come on tell him!"
Monroe shrugs and shrinks back against the wall as she tries to avoid being dragged into the conversation. "I don't know."
"You don't know what?" Murphy throws his hands up. "He's gonna tell his people everything, we're as good as dead. Our friends too."
Marie snapped, giving Murphy a small push. "We're not doing this, end of discussion. You want him you go through me."
He stares at his friend, the shell of the person he thought was his friend. "What exactly happened to you, you're acting like you didn't drop from space and you've lived here all your life. You are not a grounder, just a wannabe."
"This would be an execution—" Bellamy starts before a gunshot rings through the space and Marie flinches as blood splatters on her legs.
The grounder falls, his body thumping against the floor where red blood pools underneath his head. Finn lowers his gun, and turns around to climb back up the later, acting as if nothing had happened.
Marie stepped forward and closes the grounders eyes, allowing Bellamy to hand her a blanket from the bed that she drapes over the dead man. "Yu gonplei ste odon." Marie leaves the bunker, fighting the way she knows she should stab her sword that Abby had gifted her back, right into his chest for what he had done.
" CLARKE ... "
Oslo drags Clarke's body out of the water as Anya slowly swims to shore. He was stronger than the blond, which is why he had dragged her unconscious body out of the water. "Anya do you need help?"
Anya steps towards the two, her fingers clutching a rock that Oslo hadn't noticed. "No."
Oslo nods and stands, preparing to haul Clarke over his shoulder so they could make their way back to the dropship to start their look for any survivors. "We should go then, the dropship first I think."
Anya swings her first, landing a swift punch to his head, which sends him to his back. "Three hundred of my warriors were killed, I can't show my face without a prize."
