Parkers P.O.V.

you watched Diego take out the last of the guys attacking the house and you helped the people inside, you untied their hands and healed their small cuts and bruises that the men caused upon them, you sensed the younger boy shaking in fear and you held his hand easing his emotion as much as you could smiling at him to ease him.

the Tv was turned up and you heard a voice speak up "were going now live to a breaking story" you saw Diego face it in confusion

"moments ago, police-reported the death of the worlds most eccentric and reclusive billionaire, sir Reginald Hargreeves." you looked up to Diego and noticed his posture had changed. you made sure the family was okay and safe before walking up to him and taking his hand, he acted hard and pretended it didn't affect him but you could feel a small wave of sadness radiate off of him to which you helped solve. he looked down to you and smiled slightly.

"come on" you dragged him out of the building "we have a busy day ahead of us now"

"i guess today is the day i meet the rest of the Hargreeves siblings" you smiled

"i thought you weren't supposed to associate with us" he mocked

"well yeah, but im already stuck with you so may as well meet the rest, plus Reginald is dead, he can't abduct me now"

"one of us could take you instead, you know tie you up, force you to join us"

"oh, how very kinky of you, tell me more Diego it sounds great" you purred making him shake his head at you and smile slyly. you walked into the umbrella academy and looked at it in awe "maybe i should have been abducted, this place is great" he scoffed at you

"trust me, you should be glad you were not in these walls growing up. as you walked around with him you saw two girls down the stairs who you assumed to be Allison and Vanya.

"ah, what is she doing here, you don't belong here, not after what you did" Diego spoke from beside you

"you're seriously going to do this today" Allison spoke now looking at you who stood there whilst he walked off "way to dress for the occasion by the way"

"at least im wearing black"

the two girls looked towards you. "oh yeah, Hi im parker, don't mind me" you smiled at them "oh and ignore him, he's partially moody today"

"isn't he always" Allison replied. you nodded your head to them both and took off after Diego getting lost in the house twice before you found him

as you walked into the room you saw Diego and Luther staring each other down

"you should leave"

"Whatever you say brother" Diego looked towards you and was about to walk out with you

"you're Luther right?" you questioned " the mopey one?" you smiled looking towards Luther who had a slight radiance of anger. Diego smirked but pulled your arm away and lead you to another room. "what was that about?" you asked

"oh you know, just some brotherly love," he said with a blank face

you both entered a large lounge area to be met with a man who had a large drink in his hand

"ah Diego, bringing the Ladies home now are we" he smiled down to you

"i love the skirt, im Parker by the way," you said to him admiring the leather

"Thanks, I would say you can borrow it but i stole it from Allison" he gestured "you want a drink" he offered. Diego looked to you shaking his head " id love one" you gushed. Diego scoffed sitting on one of the chairs as Klaus dragged you to the bar. As you both mixed up random alcoholic drinks into one big glass the rest of the siblings walked into the room and started to discuss what was happening. Klaus clinked drinks with you and walked over to the meeting to which you followed sitting near Vanya and listening intently.

"Will there be refreshments" Klaus spoke up "tea? scones? cucumber sandwiches are always a winner

"yeah they are great" you mumbled sipping the very alcoholic drink making Diego scoff at you

"what? no, and put that out. dad didn't allow smoking in here"

"is that my skirt" Allison noticed

"what, oh yeah this, i found it in your room it's a little dated i know but it's very breathy on this bits, and parker says i look great in it" he winked in your direction which you returned, you both clinking drinks once again.

"listen up still some important things we need to discuss all right?" Luther spoke

"like what" Diego huffed

"like the way he died" Luther spoke authoritatively, you heard Diego mumble under his breath making remarks at his brother. you looked in his direction and helped him to calm his mood whilst listening to what Luther had to say. they all chatted about his death and a missing monocle as you sipped your drink almost finishing it before you heard Diego speak

"he thinks one of us killed dad"

"you do" Klaus exclaimed

"How could you think that" Vanya questioned

"yeah dude that is totally messed up, they are literally you're siblings" you piped up earning luther's attention

"okay who the hell are you and why are you at a family meeting"

"Oh yeah, Parker Jones" you extended you hand to him but Diego started to pull you out the room taking the alcohol out of your hand and putting the glass on a nearby table which Klaus took with him mouthing to you that he will look after it

"where are you all going"

"sorry im just going to go murder mum, be right back"

Diego and you both ended up back in the lounge room laying on the seats chatting nonsense, you started to hear music through the walls and Diego stood up suddenly walking towards the doors looking outside and shutting the doors quickly as the music got louder

"damn, for a big ass fancy house it sure has some thin walls" as you were speaking you saw Diego's body start to move in a robotic way

"you good bro," you asked looking at him questionable before he started to move in front of you and did some random fishing move

"Okay well if you're gonna do it, do it right" you stood up and showed him how to do the dance properly and you both mucked around before the music abruptly stopped and the wind picked up from outside. looking at each other with a raised eyebrow you began to run outside where the wind was coming from. you met all the others at the door and saw brightness emerge from above you all

"what is it" Vanya shouted as Allison pulled her behind them all, Diego look to you and pushed you behind him as your hands enclasped, you helped to calm his nerves as he looked up the brightness. you felt his fingers mould with yours causing your face to blush making you confused.

Luther and Diego tried to discuss what it is but Klaus came running through chucking a fire extinguisher into the hole in the sky

"What is that going to do"

"i don't know, do you have a better idea" Klaus mocked. the lighting got stronger and Diego held your hand tighter. the sky burst with light and someone fell from the strange portal and you all walked closer and you looked to Diego in worry but he stroked your thumb reassuring you.

"does anyone else see little number five or is that just me"

"shit" five-spoke looking at you all in front of you

"whats the date, the exact date" Klaus spoke whilst rushing around the room to make himself a sandwiches

"the 24th"

"of what?"

"march"

"good"

"so are we going to talk about what just happened"

five focused on the slices of bread ignoring Luther for a while

"its been 17 years" Luther stood up

"it's been a lot longer than that" five teleports around him and you looked to Diego mouthing if this was normal and he nodded in response.

"the future, it's shit by the way"

"called it" Klaus exclaimed

"i should have listened to the old man, you know, jumping through space is one thing, jumping through time is a toss of the dice, nice dress"

"oh well danke"

"wait how did you get back"

"in the end, i had to project my consciousness forward into a suspended quantum state version of myself that exists across every possible instance of time" he spoke surely

"that makes no sense" Diego spoke taking his gaze of you and onto five

"well it would if you were smarter" you smirked at his comment and pulled Diego back

"well he's got a point though" you mumbled to him

"ah, Parker nice that you are with us now, we will be needing your help" five smiled up to you

"what, how do you know who I am"

"and why do we need her help?" Luther mocked making you send a dirty look his way

"ill explain later but Parker here has powers too, and we need her so play nice" he spoke. Luther straightened up and looked at you suspiciously whilst the others just glanced your way wondering what your power was.

you raised your eyebrows and sat in confusion whilst they talked about where five was. you walked out of the room and strolled around the house until you stumbled to what seemed like Diego's room. you looked around the innocent room and noticed his case of knives and you touched them lightly

"you must be Diego's girlfriend, how wonderful to meet you, im Grace" beautiful woman greeted you making you blush

"oh no, it's not like that, we are not like that" you smiled stumbling on your words blushing

"its okay, i understand, you stumble on your words just like Diego used to" she smiled taking your arm "come, we must go or we will miss the funeral" Grace and you linked arms and walked outside seeing the others starting the funeral, the rain poured and you held an umbrella over yourself and grace as Diego stood in the rain grumpily.

he looked over to you both with a blank face but his emotions told you he was feeling angry but also happy as he looked to you and Grace. you heard pogo speak and occasional comments were made but before you could stop Diego from saying something too bad Luther and him started to fight which lead the breaking of Bens statute. you noticed Diego pull out a knife

"Diego don't do it" you spoke in worry, but he threw it anyway catching the side of Luther's arm making him run in.

"you never know when to stop do you" Vanya spoke bitterly towards him which made you frown at the girl

"you got enough material for your sequel yet?" He looked at her in anger before everyone walked in leaving you with him. you pulled the umbrella over his head and held his hand

"it's okay" you soothed using your powers to calm him as he stroked your hand

when he calmed down you both started to leave you grabbed your things from the entrance and waited at the car for him. when he came to you, you saw that Klaus ran along from behind him smiling at you as you got into the car.

"hey Diego, Parker" he breathed " you know every time i close my eyes i see a diarhettic hippo about to shit on my face, its terrifying" you laughed at his words and you all started to drive off towards a river. when you got there you and Diego walked out of the car leaving Klaus in the car talking to himself. Diego pulled the monocle from his pocket

"are you sure you want to get rid of it?" you questioned

"Yoo-hoo Diego, parker i hate to rush you through any romantic moment you may both having but come on man were starving"

you blushed slightly at his comment and Diego noticed your pink cheeks as he looked up at you and his lips curved slightly at your pink stained cheeks. he dropped the monocle from his hands and started to walk back to the car before the radio went off saying there were some deaths at a doughnut store

"well, looks like we got ourselves a mission partner!" "vamonos come on" you exclaimed

"can you please stop with the Dora jokes already" he smirked.
