The girl gulps but stays put. Jack cocks the gun making her squeak. The small sound catches the attention of Connor, who sees the girl with a distraught look on her face. He goes to wave but sees the man with ebony hair angrily looking at her.

Before Connor could move, the girl spins and slams her knee in his crotch. The man falls to the ground with an extremely high pitched scream. The girl stands there shocked at her own action before running towards Connor

"Connor!"she yells a the sound of a gunshot is heard from behind her. Connor sees the bullet just barley miss her left leg. Another is heard as she's halfway to him. Connor wishes to run over there but his feet feel like they are a part of the cement.

The girls scream rips from her throat. Falling down Jack chuckles. She looks to see her right leg was hit. Jack scrambles back to his feet, still in a horrible amount of pain.

The girl is just looking at Connor screaming his name if we and over again. Once the third scream hits his ears he feels his legs running off.

"(Y/n)! Are you ok?" He says lifting her up. Hank gets out of his shock and hogs up to Jack and puts handcuffs on him.

"You f*cking bastard!" Hank yells right into the poor mans ear.

"I'm ok c-c-Connor." She weakly says wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Let's get inside and I'll check out the wound. Lieutenant?"

"I'll take this piece of sh*t to the station. Take care of her." Hank says shoving Jack into the back of his truck.

"Alright." Connor walks into the seemingly abandoned building and into one of the apartments on the main floor.

"Connor I should tell you-" The girl starts only to get cut off by Connor putting his fingers into his mouth with a silver substance on it.

"Is this your blood?" Connor asks. The girl blushes and nods. "You are related to royalty?" He says confused.

"Yeah...." She says rubbing the back of her neck. Connor smiles slightly grabbing some tweezers to remove the bullet.

"Aren't you going to ask about who that guy was." The girl spitting the word guy like venom. Her eyes pure red.

"I was after I get the bullet out. Unless you would like to tell me now." He says amused.

"He's my ex boyfriend. That bastard left me without even saying goodbye. But I thought he was the one... the one to ruin my life is what he IS!" She screams as Connor gently puts the tweezers into the bullet hole.

"Couldn't you have warned me??" She says gritting her teeth and subconsciously grabbing Connors hair.

"Sorry, I thought this would be he best approach." He says as he removes the bullet. The girl let's go if his hair embarrassed.

"That was mean still." She mutters.

"I apologize for not warning you." He says his cheeks slightly blue.
