~~~3 months later~~~~~~~~~~~

It's been great here. Living with someone else is surprisingly great. Nicole and I get along really well. We watch anime together, eat together, study together, and even go places together.

She introduced me to a guy named Jeffory and a witch named Lucinda. Jeffory is a really nice person. He is part of my acapella class so we hang out together sometimes. Lucinda is also nice. She's always complementing me and she helped me alot when I was still new to the school. She is my partner is science, so it's really great that she is a witch and knows what she's doing.

I've gotten close with Cadenza and Vylad too. Especially Vylad. We hang out together most of the time. He's a really funny guy and he loves to take pictures. He's in photography. I think that's pretty cool. Cadenza is a fashion designer. She's always helping me find clothes that match. I think she made about half of the clothes in my closet.

Today, we are all going to hang out at the mall. I didn't really want to go, but Vylad said he wanted to meet his brother there. He told me he had two brothers but he doesn't talk about them much. After hours of Vylad begging me to go, I agreed. Mostly because I was getting tired of him.

Currently, I'm in Cadenza's dorm. Cadenza and I were watching a movie but now we're just talking on her bed. It's mostly just random things though. Like what we ate yesterday, what our favorite class was, things like that.

"I never really got to ask you. Do you have any siblings? I just learned that Vylad has two."

Ever since I learned that Vylad had two brothers who didn't come to this school, I have been asking people if they had siblings. So far only Vylad had siblings.

"I do. I have a younger brother. He's adopted so he is only a couple of months younger than me. What about you? Do you have a sibling?"

Of course she would ask. If I asked, she had to ask too. Why am I so stupid?

"Ummm. I'd rather not talk about that."

Cadenza looked at me and understood that I wasn't comfortable with that question.

"Oh. I'm sorry for asking. I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable."

"It's okay, Cadenza."

We both stayed silent for a while. Then, I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I took out my phone and saw that it was a text from Vylad.

Hey, Y/n! My brother
said he'll meet us in
an hour. I figured you
should start getting
ready.
-Vylad

What makes you think
I'm not ready? I was
ready an hour ago.
-Me

Y/n. You texted me
an hour ago saying
that you and
Cadenza were going
to watch a movie in
your pjs.
-Vylad

Fine. I'll get dressed
properly. But just know
that I won't really care
about my outfit because
I didn't want to go out
today.
-Me

Just get dressed!
And hurry. I'll go
pick you up in
fifteen minutes.
-Vylad

I guess I should start leaving since I only get fifteen minutes.

"I need to get going. I'm going to the mall with Vylad in fifteen minutes. I had a nice time though."

Cadenza smiled and got up from the bed. I got up too and we both walked over to the door.

"I had fun too. We should hang out more often! Go have fun with Vylad. But not too much fun. I don't want you to end up having a boyfriend before I do when I'm older."

Gross. I definitely do not want a boyfriend right now. I literally just started to have friends.

"Eww. Gross Cadenza. You know I don't like Vylad like that. Plus, I don't want a boy friend right now. I'll get going though. Bye!"

She laughed and said goodbye. I walked out side and went straight to my dorm. When I got there, I walked into my room and began to change into normal clothes.

I put on ripped skinny jeans, a white shirt and a leather jacket. Then I put on a pair of combat boots. I was about to leave my room when I realized I hadn't brushed my hair. I quickly brushed my hair and randomly braided it to the side.(if you have short hair, you can leave it down)

I quickly picked up a leather purse and put my phone and wallet inside. Then I ran out of the dorm and locked the door. I got into the elevator and went down to the second floor. As I was walking down to the first floor, I saw Vylad start to walk up the stairs too.

"Hey Vylad. I was going to meet you outside."

He looked up at me and smiled.

"I thought I was supposed to pick you up at your door. Y'know, like the gentleman I am."

I rolled my eyes.

"Yeah right. Like if you are a gentleman. Let's just hurry and go. You wouldn't like to keep your brother waiting."

"I guess. Let's go."

I walked down the remains stairs and Vylad and I walked out together. He led me to his car and he began to drive towards the mall. Luckily, the mall was only twenty minutes away.

When we got to the mall, Vylad spent over ten minutes looking for a parking space. I got tired of just driving in circles so I told him to let get off and that we could meet up after he finally parked.

He agreed. He said to look for a short, emo guy with only one visible eye at the food court. I nodded and got out of the car.

When I stepped inside the mall, I looked around for the food court. I walked around a bit before I saw a sign with an arrow pointing towards the food court. I walked in that direction and made it to the food court.

I looked around for someone who could be Vylad's brother but I didn't find anyone. I looked around for about six minutes. I gave up and was about to leave the food court but I ran into someone.

I backed up and saw someone I didn't want to see.

Zane.

My eyes widened. His eyes widened as he looked at me in shock.

"Y/n?!?"

"Zane?!?"

We both looked at eachother for a second. Then a voice was heard.

"I see you found my brother."

I jumped back and crashed into Vylad. He smiled at me and hugged Zane. Zane groaned and push Vylad off of him. Vylad ,however, pouted and crossed his arms over his chest.
Zane just looked at him and reluctantly sighed. Then he gave Vylad a small hug. Vylad immediately smiled.

I just stood there watching in confusion. How could they be related? Wait a minute. Zane's last name is Ro'meave. Vylad's last name is Ro'meave. DANG IT!

How did I not see this coming?!?

"VYLAD! EXPLAIN!"

Vylad looked at me and laughed.

"I told you I met Zane before. Why didn't you tell me he was your brother?"

Vylad just shrugged.

"I thought it was funny."

I groaned. How dare he not tell me?!? I looked over at Zane. He was looking at the floor. He slowly made his way over to me and lifted his head. He looked at me and I saw the tears threatening to fall from his eyes.

"Y/n. Why did you leave me?"

He said it so quietly. There was an audible crack in his voice.

"I-i can't do this right now. Vylad, I'm leaving."

I turned and began to walk away. However, as I was walking, I heard Zane's voice.

"All you do is leave."

I stayed still. About to turn and deny the fact. But I decided against it and began to walk again. As I made it to the exit, I took in a deep breath. I never wanted to see him again. I wanted to forget him. I wanted to forget everyone in Phoenix Drop.

Unfortunately, life has other plans for me. I hope I don't have to see him again. How dare he tell me that all I do is leave? He doesn't know my life. He doesn't know the reasons for which I left. He only knows I left him and the others.

I need to lay down. It's been a long day.
