a year ago today I found Sleepykinq's YouTube channel. For those that do not know, Sleepykinq is my main inspiration for many things regarding my art, and this is somewhat important to me

I found his channel and changed my artstyle, while overall it was staying the same as it was previously, there were a couple obvious hints of his older artstyle in there as well. I followed him on Tumblr, and on DeviantArt as well. I turned on post notifications for his Tumblr posts, I've been following him and his posts for a year at this point

He inspired me to get out of same face syndrome. With that, my artstyle then became a somewhat uglier version of what was already ugly, but eventually it did evolve into something similar to my current artstyle

my animation memes were inspired by his as well. I started out by making my animations rip-offs of his, in a sense, but eventually, in the end, what I've done has led to the improvement of what was previously complete trash

this is important to me. Some of my followers are aware of how much he inspired me, as well, and those people are great people
