Honestly though, I can imagine that when Tech was still alive sometimes she'd go outside while it's raining or close to it and go on a small walk or something idk xD

Also like this is probably the first time I drew Tech wearing shoes and wearing a hoodie and different pants xD

Not the first time with a ponytail but definitely one of the fewer times. I did it like once or twice before and that's it xD
