You kept running and running, not daring to look back. You'd been to a party at a friend's house, and her older brother had dragged you into the bathroom and raped you. You kept telling him to stop, begging him. By the time you managed to push him off you, it was too late. Now you were stuck with the memories of this terrible, horrible night forever.

~A few months later~

You woke up feeling nauseous and ran to the bathroom. Luckily, everyone was still fast asleep so they didn't hear you. You were getting worried; this wasn't the first time you'd been woken by sickness. Plus, you'd missed your period. You kept trying to push it to the back of your head, but you knew there was only one explanation.

After you'd finished in the bathroom, you flushed and brushed your teeth to get rid of the horrid taste. You quickly got dressed in some jogging bottoms and a jumper, before leaving. You made your way to David's shop ad went in. You found the pregnancy tests and took one, before going up to the counter and paying.

"It's for a friend." You mumbled, not making eye contact when David gave you a look. You don't think he believed you, but he didn't say anything as you passed the money over, took the test and fled the shop. You ran home and locked yourself in the bathroom, where your whole world came crashing down. The test had a blue cross. You were pregnant.

~A few days later~

You'd become very distant lately. I mean, you'd became pretty distant after that night at the party, but since you found out you were pregnant, you'd completely shut everyone out.

"LEXI!" You were snapped out of your thoughts by your older brother's angry voice. You got up from your bed and walked into the bathroom, where he was stood, holding a pregnancy test. Your pregnancy test. Immediately, you scolded yourself for just throwing it in the bin and not putting it where no-one would find it.

"What is this?!" He demanded, practically shoving it in your face.

"I-It's... I-It's not what it looks like. Well, i-it is, but I didn't want this." You tried to explain, tears brimming.

"Well, then you should've been more careful, shouldn't you? You can't just go around having unprotected sex and expect to not get pregnant! You're seventeen, Lexi!" He just kept going on and on. You tried to keep it together, but you let a sob escape your mouth. Aaron stopped lecturing you and his eyes softened.

"Lex-"

"I didn't want this! I didn't even want to have sex, but he-" You stopped yourself, not wanting to tell Aaron what really happened. But Aaron was already onto you.

"Lexi, what happened?" He asked, his voice gentle.

"I went to a party a few months ago, a-and the girl who was hosting, her brother... He.... He dragged me into the bathroom, a-and...." You couldn't go on. You broke down, sobbing hysterically. You didn't have to say the actual word, Aaron already knew exactly what had happened. He pulled you into a hug and wrapped his arms protectively around you.

"Shh, shh, sweetheart. He's not gonna hurt you again, nobody will. If I ever see that guy, I'll kill him." Aaron said, his soft voice turning into a growl towards the end. He held you close and kissed your head, trying to keep in tears of his own. "You're not alone, baby girl, I'm gonna help you through this. I love you."

"I love you too, Aaron."
