Ginny thought now would be the best time to do this because she might never get the chance after this battle takes place. Ginny touched Harry's cheek and kissed him, fireworks went off in her head.

Ginny couldn't believe that she was kissing Harry James Potter, the boy that she called an arrogant toe-rag for years and she was kissing him. The kiss lasted quite a long time mostly because Harry wanted to kiss Ginny since the first time he laid eyes on her.

Ginny finally pulled away and they both were just staring into each other's eyes until they both started laughing, Harry then plucked up the courage and asked her six words that could change their relationship forever.

"Ginny, will you go out with me?" Harry asked, taking Ginny's hand in his.

Ginny looked into Harry's beautiful emerald green eye then started to gaze at his messy black hair. Harry started to worry because she didn't answer him.

Harry started to panic because what if he liked her but she didn't like him, but why did she kiss me? They were the question circling Harry's head until Ginny kissed Harry.

"Yes, I will go out with you," Ginny said as she wrapped her arms around Harry's neck.

Ginny's and Harry's lips crashed together, they were in Heaven and didn't want the moment to end, but of course, it had to be interrupted by something, or more like someone.

Hermione came running down to Harry and Ginny but when she saw they were kissing the moment became awkward.

"Um...hey," Hermione said trying to break the silence.

"Hey," Harry and Ginny said together.

Hermione looked at the two of them forgetting why she came down here in the first place, it wasn't until Ginny noticed Hermione staring that she knew something was up.

"What is it, Hermione?" Ginny asked as she went over to her friend.

"Um...well you see..." Hermione didn't know how to break the news to Ginny or Harry.

"What is it Hermione, It can't be that bad," Harry said, putting his hand on Hermione's shoulder.

"Ron's in the hospital wing," Hermione said with tears in her eyes.

"What!" Harry and Ginny said simultaneously.

"Ron's in the hospital wing, McGonagall found him in an empty corridor covered in blood about five minutes ago.

"WHAT?!" Ginny shouted, angrily. "I need to see him!"

Harry took Ginny's hand and calmed her down with a kiss on the lips, completely forgetting that Hermione was there. Of course, Ginny kissed him back but the bittersweet moment had to be ended by Hermione fake coughing.

"Wait. Are you two together because you both look like a completely adorable couple?" Hermione asked, on the verge of squealing.

"Er... maybe?" Harry replied, his and Ginny's faces turning red with embarrassment.

"FINALLY!" Hermione was about to do a happy dance until Ginny cut her off.

"Wait. We need to see Ron," Ginny remembered. The three walked into the hospital wing and saw Ron.

To describe how Ron looked, awful would be an understatement. Ron looked like hell as he looked awful as his face was swollen with deep cuts and bruises. His body was completely covered with deep cuts and he was losing a lot of blood. Madam Pomfrey was standing next to Ron as she was working hard on healing him.

"Who did this?" Harry asked, completely shocked about the awful sight of his best mate.

"That we don't know, Mr Potter," Madam Pomfrey told Harry, in a harsher tone, trying to heal the deeply hurt youngest Weasley boy.

"So he was found like this?" Ginny asked, concerned for her brother's health and safety.

"Yes, Ms Weasley," Madam Pomfrey replied, in a nicer tone to Ginny than Harry. "We don't know if he'll get through the pain but he'll be in the Hospital Wing for a couple of months as he has been severely injured."

"Is it okay if we come to visit every single day?" Hermione asked.

"Of course, Ms. Granger," Madam Pomfrey responded, in the same nice tone that she did for Ginny.
