<Extended Steps>

First, I drew the outline of a dragon. Then, I go back over it all and draw the skeletal structure of the form. This way, I get the proportions correct and is still the same dragon's shape.

Like always, I go over it all in pen...

Then, I erase the pencil markings...

I snap a picture, and convert it into a basic uncolored picture...

I upload the above picture to Recolor, where I add shading and, well... COLOR!

I suppose it could really be any Death Elemental dragon, not just Moridax.
Anywhoo... 'TIS FINISHED!
