Okay, so I am on an artistic roll today, so I figured I'd start two projects while I was inspired, just to get the idea down at least.

So this is a request by spacetodream , and she asked for a drawing of her story's Dragon Two-Toe. I have started sketching out the basic idea. If you like it so far, please let me know. If you want any changed or additional details, that would also be appreciated.
So below I have clearly a very messy dragon. The qualities I wanted to get down in this sketch were small wings, curly horns, big smile, and a large and friendly overall appearance.
I have Sam also drawn out as a small kid in pajamas that are too big, holding the dragon's hand and staring off at...
The last part of the sketch! The pirate ship sailing through the sky with sparkles and crashing waves, very Peter Pan ish.

I also started the scene's background. I wanted it to be night, and I wanted to draw magical sparkled and add to a "wonder aspect" to the scene. I am still going to add a lovely golden glow, a moon, maybe some clouds?
