Firstly, I would like to thank all the members of the community for their warm support in these awards and the applicants for both the participants and the judges. Since I have named the chapter as The Host Speaks - 1, there will be more coming up. My apologies, but you have to bear with me.

Coming to the actual point, I am very much overwhelmed with the heartwarming response you have shown to these awards and I promise to run these awards smoothly. Here are some points I want to convey. 

Date : 8th November 2020

1) Since the slots for Kim Taehyung and Jeon Jungkook are filling at a rampant speed, I would like to announce that the slots have been increased to 20 for both categories. The rest would remain the same.

2) Our community has few Permanent Judges and they would be assigned to few Judging slots by tomorrow. The categories chapter will be updated by tomorrow. 

3) Tag fests and Mini-Games will be held to make the awards interesting but the points will not be added to the Over-all Judging Score. The winners will be awarded enticing rewards other than the addition of points to the score. I believe that every point counts and the awards are mainly for recognition of talent in writing. Sincere apologies for being unable to bring the best out of the events.

4) Please follow all the rules before filling out the form. Also, make sure to fill the form clearly. It becomes really hard since I am noting down each and every participant's detail in an excel sheet. If the number of chapters or reads is not mentioned, I need to go to your profile and check. That is fine but I can't read the book to know if the book contains mature themes or not. Hope you understand

5) We are not accepting ships book this season, so please make sure you are not entering any kind of ships books in the OT7, Short Stories, and One-Shots. If you did, please notify us now.

6) Always feel free to post your queries and suggestions at the end of the chapters, in-line with the arrow below the conversation-themed banner. Also, if you have anything to ask in person, feel to me message me.
