We know rules suck but what would be a contest without rules. No worries, we won't trouble you much. They will be simple and easy. So, here we go.

RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS

1) Please be polite to the judges, the awards host, and everyone over here

They are working hard and might make mistakes or delay but remember, they are humans too.

2) Follow this account(temporarily) and the award host permanently

You can unfollow this account once the awards are finished but for further notice on awards, review shops, and graphic shops, we prefer you to follow us. Try not to follow with your backup account. If you do, please make sure to mention it here as well as in the forms.

3) Add this book to your library as well as your public reading list

To get updated with the announcements and have a track on the awards, we want you to add this book to your library as well as your public reading list.

4) A shoutout on your message board 

To reach out to more people, we would like it if you promote our awards on your message board. Thanking you in advance.

5) Fill the forms clearly

Please fill the forms neatly in the right category. Messy and unorganized forms will not be accepted since it's hard for us to check each and every form. 

6) View Range - 30K

Since we want to help the newbie writers and the underrated books to come up, we would like to have the books under the view range of 30K. Hope you understand our point of view.

7) Minimum Number of Chapters - 6

The minimum number of chapters is restricted to 6 (excluding prologue, teasers and author notes) because the storyline would come to a phase for fair judgment. Also, this rule doesn't apply for one-shots. Short stories should have a minimum of 3 chapters.

8) Minimum Word Count - 1500 (One-Shots)

This rule is exclusively for the one-shots. We require you to have a minimum of 1500 words for a one-shot in order to judge meaningfully.

9) Maximum No of Entries - 3

You can enter books under three different categories but cannot enter more than one book under the same category. 

10) Original Works

Translated and plagiarised books are not accepted. 

11) Language Preference - English

Only books written in English will be accepted.

12) Trigger Warnings

Books that include sensitive topics like Rape, Sexual Harassment, Self-harm, Suicide must have a trigger warning beforehand. Also, books that promote these topics will not be accepted. 

13) Follow your judges

Please follow the assigned judges to your book since the work they do is worth appreciating. This is mandatory once the Judging Period Starts.

14) Bribing is not allowed

Bribing is strictly prohibited and anyone who violates this rule will be removed from the awards. Also, do not have any contacts with the Judge during the Judging Period. Let's play fair and square people!!

The password is to indicate that you have read all the rules.
