After defeating shauna into a Pokemon battle she is going to settle things on her journey to the kalos region. She opened her pokeball with her fennekin to train for the first gym battle with viola.

Ember:Now ember go!!!! Fennekin blasted her ember until she hit something and it fell down getting hurt. It was a fletchling. Fletchling are small, avian Pokémon similar in appearance to robins. They have a reddish-orange head with a triangular yellow mark on the back of each eye. Their body and wings are gray, and there are white tips on the wings. They have long, black tail with a white 'v'-shaped marking near the tip. The tail ends in two points, and has two feathers sticking out at the base, giving the impression of the fletching on the end of an arrow. Their legs, beak, and eyes are black. The legs are thin and spindly, with two toes facing forward and one pointing backward on each foot.
Ember:Are you okay? I'm sorry for hurting you. It wasn't on purpose. The fletchling is getting up and attacking fennekin for hitting him with her ember by using peck. Fennekin is getting chased by a wild fletchling.
Ember:Fennekin!!!! I'm coming!!! Fletchling stop!!! Stop!!!! Stop!!! Stop I say!!! Fennekin is feeling the same way that fletchling is feeling. Fennekin is scratched him on purpose. Ember broke up their fight.
Ember:Both of you stay broken up. Listen fletchling fennekin didn't mean to hurt with ember. It wasn't on purpose. Fletchling forgives fennekin for what she did. He has now become a new member of ember's team. Ember tossed the pokeball and the catch is a success.
